I ordered a medium drink they gave me a small then I corrected them and they proceeded to gaslight me and lie to my face. Came in on a Sunday morning for a sweet treat. There was an about of a line when I got here, but service was quick to take orders and complete drinks. There is not a drive thru at this location, but there are lots of parking options and places to sit while in the restaurant. I love this location and have been coming here for a few years ever since I moved to a nearby apartment building. It's a very convenient location and I appreciate that it isn't central to all of the hustle and bustle of the cities nearby, but rather has a little bit more of a local feel. The employees are always diligent in completing drink orders in a timely fashion and on the off chance they are running behind, something gets missed, etc., they are always willing to provide compensation in the form of a coupon or reimbursement, even without me asking! This has only happened a few times but each time it has felt more like a delight than a bother. I can always count on my drink being ready when I arrive (cheers to order ahead) which is so helpful for my busy schedule, and I also appreciate that my drink always tastes good and is made correctly. Caribou coffee must be the Starbucks of Minnesota... I saw more Caribou's than I did Starbucks around here. My coworkers and I stopped by to get a quick bite before the long day ahead... I needed fuel first thing in the morning, so I asked if they had any bagels available. That was a no, but they did have breakfast sandwiches available so I gave the "egg white and turkey bacon daybreaker" a shot. Turkey bacon, egg whites, swiss cheese, spinach florentine spread on a whole wheat brioche roll. It was DELISH and filled my belly with so much warmth. It didn't taste like it only had 330 calories. So good and held me over til lunch. The staff here were incredibly nice too... they were joking around with us while we waited for our food/drinks even as the line continued to get longer and longer. The staff are consistently especially friendly & helpful for years on end. I love that they have Papyrus brand greeting cards available for so many times I've been in a pinch for a quick card for birthdays, etc. Also, the Caribou perks have gotten better! I'm a tea drinker & no longer only have perks calculated favoring coffee... tea is equal in consideration & glad for that. Periodically I'll have a coffee & the cold brew here is truly cold brew, btw (not heated & then made cold, but a true cold overnight process - while other establishments use heat & then cool it). read more

I tend to go to this Caribou location before my Spanish class. Service is usual pretty good. There was a time when one of the cashiers wouldn't add my points to my perks card and told me she did. She guess she didn't figure out someone with a perks card knows you can't simply say the points are added without taking the card or a phone number. Hmmm...I was too tired to argue and needed to get to class. Other than that, this location is generally pretty decent. read more

Caribou, though not a local shop, produces a quality product with some atmosphere. I love the daily trivia (for my own knowledge & the discount), as well as the discount for using a reusable travel mug. It's the little things that count! This location saved my day! I bought a white chocolate mocha at another location this morning and they made it wrong. I was so bummed cuz I totally had my heart set on it so I drove to this location by my work and they made me the right drink! My day is back on track; I heart you! I like the people that work here. My complaint is that the temperature starts down around 10 am and the fireplace does not actually work. A group of us were forced to keep our coats on today while we were sitting there. I have asked the employees before and they have always said they cannot control the temperature on site. I know you want to sell warm drinks but I feel you are driving us away by keeping it too cold. Warm it up when cold air blows in every time the door opens or fix the fireplace! read more
