12.1.24 I stopped at the Laurinburg location for a hot chocolate. I actually used 200 stars and ordered a short 8oz Chestnut Praline Latte. I didn't picture in my mind what 8oz looked like. It was a human error. I should have gotten a Tall 12oz or the Grande 16oz. The small chestnut praline has 2 shots of signature espresso. I could taste it richly. I wanted a receipt from my app order. Nicole was more than happy to assist the barista with getting my receipt. The Drive Thru line was lengthy but it moved quickly. As I backed in To as this location to Yelp. I could see the lobby was just as busy. Customers walking in and leaving with hands full of drinks and food. I'm glad laurinburg has a Starbucks. Much Needed addition. read more

This entire location should be permanently closed. The bathrooms were so bad! They were reusing the clear cups without washing them even to make drinks. Juices and milks left sitting out. We were there for 40min and half our order was mobile. They were making things out of order and multiple guests left without their items. There were multiple flies and the general cleanliness was shocking for a Starbucks. Corporate should come in and retrain this entire staff. read more

Employees not friendly, cashier must've been new which is ok to take a little longer, but then got part of the order wrong. The biggest issue is the place is dirty, bathrooms disgusting. They didn't look like they had been cleaned in days. read more

If I could give them 1/2 a star, I would. There are 15 people standing in here, and that's not counting the four people ahead of me that have already gotten refunds and left. Terrible service, flies every where, I waited 40 minutes for a grilled cheese on sourdough. They reused cups to make drinks not cleaning them. Rolled their eyes when I complained about it. My food was sitting there for maybe 10 minutes while I asked about it. People that were behind me got all there stuff super slow. Someone ended up leaving because how long they were waiting. So, for once on my early morning drive, I decided to order ahead at this Starbucks. They open at five, or so they say. Because the system recognized that they opened at five, it allowed me to place my order for pick up. But when I got there at 5:45, no one was there except additional cars from people who are also looking to get their Starbucks. Some had pre-ordered and some were looking to order when they got there. But for those of us who pre-ordered? Starbucks basically got our money free and has not returned it. Yep. Starbucks in Laurinburg is off my list. read more

After a disappointing experience at DD I found this Starbucks nearby. When I entered there was no one in line. I Stood at the counter for at least two minutes before I was even acknowledged. It was another two minutes before someone took my order. A venti latte, small half decaf coffee and two items from the pastry cabinet. Not rocket science. After a few minutes the kid gives me a giant iced beverage. I saw "whats this" and he says its the coffee but he put it in a large cup to hold the ice. WTF? I said it wasn't an iced drink. He looks stunned. I repeat the order. He gets it. I say I'm waiting on the pastries and the latte. He says, "The latte's right here" pointing to a drinking in the espresso machine and a woman says they will get the pastries at the other end. The kid gives me the latte and it is very hot. No sleeve. I look around. None to be found. The tatted up woman asks, "You looking for something?" I told her I'd like a sleeve and she asks the kid where the sleeves are. He gets one from the drive-thru area and gives it to me. Then he goes to get the pastry. I wishI had gotten the receipt, goodness knows what he charged me for. Store was filthy. Gallon of milk sat out on the counter the entire time I was there. Every surface needed a wipe down. Never heard a "welcome" "please" or "thank you" read more

Tried to go to Starbucks yesterday afternoon for the Thursday Holiday promotion. Nightmare! Over 20 people standing around inside waiting for their orders. Another lady & I approached the register & we were told they could not serve us inside, that she was closing the lobby & everyone would have to go through the Drive Through for service. An employee was leaving when we got there, which left the business with only 3 employees who clearly couldn't handle the volume of customers. So I told Mom they refused to offer service to us two who walked in together, saying we had to go through the Drive Through, which had cars wrapped around the building in a line that was not moving efficiently. So I went on my Starbucks app to place an order, and they had blocked out all their lattes & other special drinks on the app. I told mom it looked like they might have blocked them out just to prevent people from being able to order any of them. What a disappointment. I'm not used to any Starbucks being completely unable to provide service. They probably should have just closed the store for the day. read more

The outside of the Starbucks seems promising. When I walked in it was clean and had the Greta smell of caffeine. There was a lot of people which I assumed this was going be a good Starbucks. The employees are nice and they gave me a free cakepop! I recommend going here it has great service. read more
