Nothing hits on a cold, snowy morning like a good Starbucks run, and today did not disappoint. Ryan's peppermint mocha was the perfect holiday mood booster, festive, cozy, and honestly elite. I grabbed an iced cinnamon dolce latte and it was delicious!. The drinks came out fast, the baristas were friendly and efficient, and the little "you rock!" note on my cup definitely gave me a serotonin boost. I'll be real... a few weeks ago they ran out of peppermint and it was basically a community tragedy. But peppermint is BACK, redemption has been served, and all is right with the world again. They were out of the sugar cookie latte today, which was a tiny heartbreak, but we'll survive. Between the good vibes and great drinks, this Starbucks redeemed the morning in full. read more

We stop everyday at our local Starbucks in Hanover, PA and really got to know the staff very well, they always provide quality, friendly service. However, this location on Quentin Road in Lebanon must not be providing customer service/interaction training to certain staff members, particularly a young lady named (JJ) who was handling the drive-thru window service yesterday (December 14 around 4:00). We placed an online order and drove down to pick it up. When we pulled up to the window. She handed us the iced coffee and you can see that it wasn't shaken like we requested, and it was on the darker side, which simply means they did not put enough cream in it Granted, when you have light cream in it, everybody will make it a little bit more different, which is understandable and not an issue so we went on to ask her we needed to add a little bit more cream in it and this staff member developed a very shitty attitude And pardon my words, she said we can give you cream and you can add it yourself. Well, let me say that that is not providing good customer service. We've never experienced any barista saying we'll hear some cream at yourself. They always take it in cheerfully and add some cream and re-shake it and hand it back out to us and we always leave really good tips. But this young lady had a really bad attitude like it was a bother to ask for additional cream and to have the iced coffee shaken and not stirred, and when she handed a drink back out to us and we started to wind up the window, we heard her say something to some other staff members that was kind of demeaning to us, which is unacceptable And we are not sure what she said, but it wasn't too kind to the other staff members and if there was anybody inside the store, waiting at the counter, extremely unprofessional. She could really use some training on how to interact with customers and what customer service is all about because definitely she lacks it . Is this a dealbreaker for us stopping at this location in the future? Indeed, we are not gonna stop at this location anymore and provide them with our business. I would rather run into a Sheetz convenience store and grab a coffee instead of having to deal with a staff member that lacks training and etiquette and professionalism she does not represent Starbucks in the least bit of way We apologize having to put this out there, but people wanna go in have a drink have a bite to eat and make it enjoyable not be belittled or feel like it is a chore to do something for a customer. You know what I'm saying. Management really needs to sit down and have a talk with her if she's really that unhappy working there then why work there or at least give her some really good training on how to interact with people because she really needs it !!!! read more

We live by Hanover Pennsylvania, but come up to Lebanon Pennsylvania to visit family and I often time stop into the Starbucks. I am a very loyal customer of Starbucks, I go to the one in Hanover daily. I was appalled today at the service I received from a young lady named JJ at the Starbucks in Lebanon Pennsylvania on Quentin Road. I ordered an iced coffee and yes, I did ask for light cream, but I had asked if they could put additional cream in my coffee because it was too dark. I understand that the interpretation of light cream can vary from person to person, but when I asked her to, please add some extra cream, she told me she could not do that. She would have to give it to me on the side. And when I asked her to take my cup of coffee and add the cream and please shake the coffee she really had kind of an attitude. I have asked this numerous times of baristas at our Hanover Pennsylvania store, and never once and I ever get an attitude from any of them. They have always assisted me and gave me great customer service, she did not. I will never return to this Starbucks again. read more

I'm not going to any Starbucks again because a random .80 cent increase for a squirt or two of syrup is a little much. It should not be that costly for some sugar water with flavoring added to it. My friend just wanted a peppermint mocha frappe and was told "it will be another .80 cent increase for the peppermint syrup". No thank you. read more

Absolutely annoyed right now because my head is pounding! I only get headaches when I don't have caffeine. I've been drinking 1-2 coffees a day for 10yrs now. My body knows when I don't have caffeine. Funny, because I had a Venti Mocha from here this afternoon. My hypothesis is I was given decaf. My drink was cold to boot and my cookie I requested warm was not. As a hospitality professional, I'm so annoyed by the passive aggressiveness by any staff THAT CAN'T DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. Train you staff better or please have a watchful manager on site. It's already ridiculous we have to wait 20-30minutes to even get a coffee. I will not use this Starbucks anymore. Back to Lititz we go. So sad that Lebanon finally gets a Starbucks and the staff is terrible. I'm sure corporate will love to hear about this as well. read more

We went there for the first time over the weekend It seems that this Starbucks only recently opened. The staff that we encountered during our visit were friendly and the drinks and food were good. Speed off service was so so..... The problem that we have with this place is that the interior is not inviting, cozy and warm. It gave us a cold bus terminal feeling. Not a place to hang out with friends to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a chat but more like a grab and go. read more

It's unfortunate when paying such a high price for starbucks and they don't even have what you want off the menu. I ask for a wrap NO wraps I aks for a fruit parfait box NO parfait. BUT the supervisor Zach gave me one free strawberry refreshment which was kind BUT still wasn't what I asked for. Terrible service- waited in a, not so long line, for over 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window 1 latte was cold, and the other latte had no whip cream. When we asked for the whip cream she said we can't put it in due to COVID, so what do you want me to do. 1) why are you asking me? 2) I didn't want them to remake it cause it's such a waste of product 3) Your mistake, why are you asking me what to do, how about a refund on an almost $6.00 drink. read more

This Starbucks is the fucking worst! They constantly change their hours without any notice, and when they do post their hour changes they don't follow anyways! Good luck trying to call ahead of time to see if they're open because calling them is pointless. The phone will ring twice & disconnect. Same goes for their mobile order it's constantly a mess. Shows that they're opening but they're not. Overall highly disappointing with this store location. read more
