The croissant looked crisp and airy, not over filled. But when you bit into it there was no crunch, completely lacking that delicate glass like texture that really makes a croissant. It felt days old stale and thick, no layers, just a block of filled bread. The breakfast sandwiches are premade and microwaved (at least that as the texture) to order. Underseasoned and dull. While this was going on, the supervisor was ignoring everything except one employee who was apparently being graded. She never acknowledged that there was a crowd or even if anyone was there at all. They need a new manager who pays attention to business. They also display no prices on the online menu, where I first looked, as-well as no ounces of the smoothie drinks.
