I tried the new 7th Inning Stretch sundae made with chocolate hard serve. It was awesome. It had caramel, peanut butter, chocolate covered pretzels, caramel corn and crushed peanuts. It was fun to try a new sundae. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was more than disappointing. When brought to the attention of management that the almonds in my heavenly hash ice cream were rancid and foul tasting, their response was that I could throw it out and buy another one. When we reapproached them, they claimed that nothing was wrong with the almonds, and they said they get them fresh. As a professional baker and someone who has worked in the food industry for 30+ years, I know rancid nuts when I taste them. To be invalidated AND have to throw ice cream out is beyond a bummer. This place is cash only, which I generally view as suspicious, but it's good enough not to matter. Order a small soft serve and they give you more ice cream than most adults can finish. The quality is surprising, as well. If you are used to the sad barely dairy soft serve that comes from the national chains, you are in for a treat. My daughter ordered chocolate peanut-butter cup ice cream tonight. There was nothing in the way of a single peanut-butter cup in the ice cream. I told her to take it back and let them know all she got was chocolate ice cream. The manager told her that they could give her some peanut-butter cup pieces for an additional charge! It was supposed to be included in the ice cream. We have been going there since they opened in the Pizza Hut location. After the treatment tonight (I went in afterwards and got the owners information and intend to call them tomorrow) we will not be bringing our guests nor will we patronize this business again. Such a shame. It all could have been solved by them giving her some pieces of peanut-butter cup to add to the chocolate ice cream. Instead they have a bad review and customers who will not be returning. We can go across the street to Dairy Queen where they add in the items to your ice cream and you are not given plain chocolate if you order peanut-butter cup ice cream or Blizzard. My wife and I went to the Minot avenue location to get a couple cups of ice cream. My wife got done almost half of hers and there was a Frozen long hair in her ice cream. We were never offered a replacement. Email the company and message them on Facebook. We were told sorry we will let our staff know to be more careful. Not an offer to make it right, not an offer for a gift card, not an offer for a free ice cream for her to replace the one that had ahair. This is one of my favorite places to get ice cream with my friend who lives close. The atmosphere is great and the value and prices are beyond fair. It's nice and cold in there and I was able to use outlets to charge my phone. I have the same order every time- medium pumpkin hard serve w/ hot fudge and peanuts, obviously not including a cone anywhere in the order. But, when I went earlier today, as I got further down into my ice cream, I found small pieces of waffle cone to my surprise. I still ate it but I was very confused :) read more

After several days of craving ice cream I break down, going to fielders. I order a medium 1/2 cookie dough and half cookies and cream. Two of my favorite flavors. I order on come get it in a dish. There are no words to describe the nasty flavor associated with ice cream, maybe it was a texture thing but pretty sure ice cream does not look like balls of rubber. Not impressed to pay close to 5.00 for a cone. Over all impression folks drive a half mile down the road to Gifford half the cost and you even get to eat it. read more
