Gave this Starbucks another shot! And i'm glad I did my drink was amazing. Also got done pretty fast so the service was great!

No obfuscation folks, not exaggerating. Not one particular location.....we travel extensively across the US. I will place an order via the APP from whatever hotel I am at. Usually within 10 minutes from a SB's...drive over... already been 15 minutes now at the Minimum. Usually 20 minutes. And NEVER... probably....47 different SB's....never has the coffee been ready. Never. What am I ordering? A tall coffee. That's it! A tall cup of coffee...light roast or medium. That's it! And most of the times I still have to wait inside before that sticker is placed on the cup of coffee to be made!!! read more

My friend and I came to this location a couple days ago. I like this location. Nice store front outside and a spacious, nice decor inside. We ordered the same drink, Hot Venti Caramel Macchiato. Drink was made tasty and a great temperature too. The drinks were made perfectly and were ready fast. It was nice and quiet sitting in this place! It was cold outside, so I appreciated sitting inside to warm up with a nice, warm coffee!!! I highly recommend you try this Starbucks, great service here with a smile! Conveniently situated so that we can get our drinks before going to my spouse's work. The slight drawback this morning was there was a line inside of about eleven customers and no orders "on deck" even though we had mobile ordered ahead. This is a regular stop for us, so we will continue to patronize this business. Small setbacks do not define our overall good experience here. read more

Wow! I was VERY impressed with the service we received from this Starbucks. Par for a Saturday morning, there was an enormous line snaking around the parking lot, but the crew kept it moving and we got through the drive-thru in record time. And they did not sacrifice accuracy for speed, still getting correct every item in our order, which was especially impressive considering we had a lot of special requests (sorry). So, a special thank you to the Saturday crew for working so quickly and for still being friendly even though our order had to have been super annoying. read more

Very rude unprofessional uncaring people. Come all the way from Beatrice. Get here at 9:16pm and they're closed. Sat at the window no one answered. So we pulled around. She opened the window and said we're closed.I said it doesn't say you're closed until 9:30pm. She said it is 9:30pm. I said no it's not. It's now 9:19pm. My husband says can you just make one coffee? She gets rude and says no our machines are down and drawers are counted. And shuts the window. So they would of had to shut the machines down and stuff way before 9:30pm. Ridiculous. This is a Starbucks...you get pretty much the same stuff you would anywhere. Around 7:30 on a weekday morning, there were 5 cars in the drive thru and 10+ mobile orders pending. The app said 3-7 minutes until my order would be ready. I gave it 10, and still waited over 5 minutes inside. After all that time, my drink wasn't even made correctly. :( They had plenty of staff working; it was just a busy morning and they all had a lot to do. I've been here a couple times, and it's always packed. Parking in the lot is a nightmare, and I've seen a couple fender benders from people not paying attention when they back out of the shallow spots. It doesn't help that some people pull up and park along the red curb while they run in, making the limited space even tighter. Overall, if you need a caffeine fix, this Starbucks will do. I would suggest tasting your drink before you leave to make sure it's right, and also giving yourself more time than you think you'll need. read more

MY TWO MISTAKES Just ordered a Cold Brew Salt Carmel Grande drink from this particular Starbucks. Mistake #1 - I failed to take into account that all Starbucks are not created equal and that consistency of product varies, sometimes radically, from one location to another. I've had this drink many times before but never from here. Got all the way home only to discover it was only Cold Coffee and Cold cream in the glass. Absent was any Carmel taste or salt - in fact absent was any flavor whatsoever. Which leads me to Mistake # 2. Never ever leave the store without taking a long pull of your drink or a bit of your sandwich etc. Once you get home and discover it's wrong it only serves to piss you off even more!!! read more

This place is just too busy. It has gotten extremely slow. There needs to be one, maybe two more free-standing Starbucks put out in this area. It is the rare time of day where there are less than 10 cars in the drive-thru. You can pretty much guarantee a 20 minute wait minimum during peak times. I can't count how many times they have simply lost my business because I drive by and don't have time to wait. Avoid this place if you can. I've been going out of my way to 33rd & O because the line is never long. read more

I ordered this drink today July 30th around 9pm, it had a stopper so there was no way this FLY could get in my drink before drinking it as I didn't drink it till I got home, i Thought it was a piece of the tea bag at first, but when I looked closer it was a fly that had crunched in my mouth and I immediately threw up, this place is disgusting and I don't recommend going here. Hygiene is highly neglected and I am pissed!!!! read more

Lazy and rude employees. Always turn off order ahead even when they won't let any customers in the store. So you have to wait in the line of cars. Even when we had point that were expiring they wouldn't let us in. Have placed orders before through app and they turned it off causing me to drive to north 27th to get the coffee and food I ordered. read more

Due to times where I've had to be in to work early I'm so happy this Starbucks is open at 5:30. Everyone I've interacted with on those early mornings has been pleasant and attentive, and very chill for being still dark out. As another reviewer said, Peter is awesome and very, very nice. It's always a treat to have him be your barista. Yeah, the prices are high, but with this shop I can expect the same quality each time I go in. It's nice to know it won't be a toss up wondering if my drink will taste the same as the last time I ordered it. It's definitely a busy shop, but the atmosphere inside is what you'd expect of a coffee shop. I've been able to sit quietly and do my own thing as well as hang out with friends here. One time I had someone in front of my step-dad and I in the drive thru, and that kind person paid for our drinks. I've never had that happen before, and was incredibly touched. Absolutely terrible service, it's just that simple. You provide and serve coffee, entitled attitudes by you employees is not needed.

Whoever posted a sign at the drive-thru addressing customers needs to have a lesson in customer service. The sign stated that some new baristas were training so be polite. That pretty much would put anyone in a bad mood because it accuses them of being impolite before even talking to them. If I could have backed out of the line, I would have. My order was wrong also. This is definitely the best Starbucks in Lincoln. The remodel looks great. It finally looks more relevant to SB's in larger cities, which this travel happens to adore. The staff is amazing too! When I lived in Lincoln for a few years, I spent hours and hours at this location. It always vibrant and inviting. The people actually gave me more energy for my work than the coffee. I adored it. I love Starbucks & their consistently great coffee, large, clean restrooms, good food selection (with nutrition info on each), a great app to pay my bill & an interesting atmosphere. That's why I use Starbucks as my office at 2-locations here in my hometown of Lincoln, Nebraska (33rd & O street & 27th & Pine Lake Road). I don't particularly appreciate their radical attempts at being politically correct, the weird people they hire, and that they refrigerate their shops so I occasionally have to head outside to warm up. They usually have 2-registers open at the front counter, but I've never seen them open up more than one at any given time... even if there are 15 people in line waiting to be served. It's kind of annoying at times to have to wait to be served because the staff (usually at least 5 or 6 behind the counter at any given time) are busy discussing something more important than the customer at the head of the line. I love their coffee ... And none of the other coffee shops have it, so I'll keep coming back. read more

This is the Starbucks that i am a "regular" at. I have a few friends that work here and generally know what i want. Like every starbucks in the world its busy most of the time but its also very well staffed. Its expensive as far as coffee goes but you can get it EXACTLY how you want you beverage. read more

I rate 2 stars for the drink and NEGATIVE 5 stars for a bad customer service I have ever seen!!! I ordered 2 shot espresso and 3 pump white mocha just like normally i have a full cup of coffee but this time not even a half cup yet then I asked them and they said i have to order latte or something like that. Then i said " okay can you make me the latte , i can pay it " and the guy said " it's okay i just give it to you " ( But his face and he sounds like he upset at me because the customer ordered not right then and I don't asked for a free drink ) . And the girl who was gave me the cup need to learn how to be an OK server again , I don't even want to said GOOD . they said the lobby was closed because of too many people even after six people had left they still didn't let two of us in. at first we didn't know it was because of too many people but when we tried to ask the lady unlocking the door to let people out she cut us off and said the lobby's closed, which we knew because of a sign on the door. before that we waited by the door for a few minutes because we saw customers inside. how are there too many people but plenty of people have already left..? no need to be rude either. read more

I do not like coffee so as a treat once in a while I get their hot white chocolate. It is perfect every time! But the wait is terrible. They have so many staff members working and only one register going. Drive thru is a forever wait. I have to be in line 30 minutes before I have to be to work or I am late. Messed up my order. Then called out all the orders by the order instead of your name, so didn't recognize "my" drink and it had cooled.

Their coffee is good but tends to error on the side of over brewed. The prices are horrible though, way overpriced coffee and so many add-on options that it's hard to walk out without spending $5-7 or more on a cup of Joe. I guess nobody is forcing me to go there and add stuff but I guess competition is good and other coffee joints like Scooters are able to thrive in their wake. I will say this, they have some tasty other drinks so worth a stop if you have money to burn! Note: the drive through has 8-15 cars in it at ALL HOUR of the day. Some mornings the line of cars wraps around into the street (20 cars). The store manager said this was the busiest Starbucks in the entire midwest, including Kansas City. read more

The coffee and tea are good, staff are friendly, but I won't buy food there again. The breakfast sandwich was frozen. They microwaved it and served it to me still cold in the middle. I was sitting outside, so went back in asked them to cook it longer. They microwaved me a new one. This time I left, so when I bit into another ice cold sandwich, I did not bother to drive back and return this one. I did go online and report it, but never heard anything back from Starbucks. Recently in the last week, I tried the drive thru twice, both times they made my orders wrong. Guess I'll stick with the other locations.

I frequent this business for my favorite skinny vanilla latte. The drive through can get really crazy at this place so you may actually be better off going inside to order during the busy times of the morning. If you're going to do some work, there are about 5-6 outlets available, so plan accordingly with your PC or mac charging needs. Smaller 2 person tables only, though you can pull them together to make more room. There are 4 large comfy chairs, plus one large study table that can seat 4. Music can be kind of loud at times, but it's coffeehouse so expect the blender and a little coffee related chaos from time to time. Overall, I like the ambiance of this location and the staff is very friendly and always cheerful (at least every time I've been there!) read more

I understand that we're in the middle of an epidemic and everyone is tense/scared. That is still no reason to be rude to customers. I've recently gone to this Starbucks because it was closest one at the time. We waited ordered and almost left, but wouldn't you know it. There was a hair in my drink, no worries though I'm not someone to make a big deal out of it. I just simply went inside to try and get a new drink. The first door was open, but the second was closed so I just waited to get some help. The same person who took our order just looked at me and kept pointing at me to get out and leave while shaking her head no. I didn't leave, I didn't do anything wrong and I wasn't causing a scene I just wanted to get a new drink, because THEY messed up. Finally, I was going to leave before she came and yelled at me, but one of the off duty workers saw me and came to see what the problem was. I told her I had found a hair and she apologized and told me to not worry and that she's have a new one for me in a bit. But then get this, ALL the workers flipped out and started to ask what was wrong. She told them there was a hair and they all went silent. She was super fast and came back with a new drink and a gift card! Honestly, GREAT EMPLOYEE! To the person pointing at me to get out and shaking your head, I hope you got the break you needed. read more

20 March 2016 Sunday 5:10 PM I was highly disappointed in the service I received from the young woman at the drive thru window while visiting Starbucks today. She was very rude and acted like she could care less that I was a customer. Opened the window, didn't greet me, and couldn't be bothered to even make eye contact when telling me how much I owed. This was not during morning rush hour when people are on their way to work. There was not a single car behind me in the drive thru. Then I made "the mistake" of asking this "delightful" young woman if I could order something for my puppy. Her response was that some stores do that, but this particular store didn't because it ended up costing them money. I guess I'm confused on how something I was going to order and pay for would cost the store money. I've never gone through Starbucks with my dog and just didn't want my hot drink spilled on my lap because my puppy didn't have something for himself. Which is what ended up happening. I paid too much to get bad service and an overpriced drink that I wasn't even able to drink because this particular store wouldn't sell me a "puppuccino." read more
