Great coffee in an inviting space. My daughter and I were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of cafés available here in Lincoln when we had to stop for a car repair on our cross country trip. The Mill at telegraph is definitely a stand-out. We actually went to another location so decided this one's the best. The location has so much parking which I appreciate, the vibe inside is so unique it's similar to others but more modern, they do create similar themes across other locations. The pastries, coffee are always so good, staff here are friendly, I love bringing people from out of town here! Great location, to swing by before going into work. read more

The Mill is a great spot in Lincoln to get a fix of caffeine, pastries, and to hang out or study. Great vibe! Service is great and everyone is pretty friendly and accommodating. There's a lot of seating to go around, so that shouldn't be a problem. Parking is available on the street, but like the seating, it's plentiful. The restrooms are located down a hallway which seems like it's shared with the other businesses in the building. read more

What a gem! We're from the Omaha area and drive down to Lincoln when we have a free day. We are coffee shop enthusiasts and this place is right up our alley! PLENTY of seating, but note it can get busy depending on the day and time so plan ahead. There is free wifi. Saw a lot of students studying, group sessions, dates, solo dates, etc. you won't feel out of place! They have cute merchandise you can purchase as well. They also sell a variety of whole bean coffee and an endless supply of coffee mugs, tumblers, and coffee accessories! The barista was a huge help and helped me customize my drink. I got a hot cold brew coffee with mocha syrup and toasted marshmallow syrup! I've never had a hot cold brew coffee, but it was highly recommended. He said they steep the coffee to get that rich taste, but very light and not so heavy! They have a ton of pastries and sandwiches to choose from as well! We will definitely be back! There is a lot in the back, otherwise free two hour street parking, also restaurants available. They are also dog friendly and you can purchase a dog treat here for your pup! read more

Magnificent. I've said The Mill at Innovation Campus is my favorite coffee spot in Lincoln. This was my first visit to the 21st St. location and... it's a legitimate competitor. Obviously, the coffee and pastries are basically the same but it's a different atmosphere, more urban than the campus location. Equally great mood for my preferences. I lead a non-beverage centric life. But sometimes I go to the Mill to get one of their baked goods or a turkey sandwich. Tonight I was going to pick up some coffee cake for tomorrow morning and stopped in. While I was waiting to place my order, I noticed a fly on the inside of the pastry cabinet. It was not alone, there were at other flies crawling over the coffee cake, the muffins, and the homemade pop tarts. At that moment, I decided to just get a chocolate chip cookie wrapped in plastic wrap. if you like undercooked chocolate chip cookies made with extra butter, these are the cookies for you. read more

Made my day!! On my solo cross-country road trip from CA to DC, I stumbled upon this cute cafe and it was the best thing! I ordered a regular Cappuccino with half oat milk and half whole milk, it tasted nutty and fresh. I can still remember the taste lingering long after drinking it. Beat coffee in Nebraska. I recently moved to NE from Nyc. Yes yes.. big change but this cute. Offer shop has made me feel like I'm back in Nyc. It's clean, great place to work at, and I love the variety of coffee choices, teas, and treats. I even bought my pup a treat here the other day. The flavor of the coffee is just one of the best I've tasted. And Im well traveled when it comes to coffee! This is def my new coffee shop and to go. If you enjoy cocktails they also have a bar! I'm from DC and we don't have this type of coffee shop there. This place is so nice and cozy. The staff here are so friendly. I like how they're open late back in DC we don't have coffee shops that are open until 11. I was stuck between the fruit smoothie and the hibiscus cooler. I'm used to ordering the hibiscus flavored drinks from Starbucks so I decided to go with what sounded the most familiar. I ordered the hibiscus cooler with raspberry syrup and it's delicious. I'll preface this by saying I am a bit of a coffee snob, but I do enjoy a keurig or gas station cup in a tight spot. (ATMOSPHERE, 5 stars) The Mill is a vibe! Lovely room and aura. (TASTE, 1 star) The cold brew was a disappointment. The beans are flavored...?? (SERVICE, 5 stars) When I came back to ask for regular cold brew, the barista gladly brought me a drip coffee instead. (TASTE p.2, 1 star) The drip coffee was slightly better, but I took a couple sips and threw it away outside the shop. I've had convenient story coffee that was quite a bit better than the drip here. read more

I am blown away by how affordable this place is- I got a small breakfast burrito (spinach and bacon) and an iced chai latte for $5, which is the price of just the latte at Starbucks. And both were quite delicious. My friend is also enjoying her coffee, which was super affordable as well. We love the interior decor- it's so charming, artsy yet rustic. Very warm and welcoming. This coffee is by far better quality than Starbucks or even scooters (in my opinion). Plus I met my husband here!

I stopped here for a few hours while spending a day in Lincoln. The ambiance is awesome. There are tons of old, comfortable chairs and couches with side tables for your drinks. The front of the space also has regular wood tables and chairs. I ordered an iced americano, which was delightful, although it's a hard drink to mess up. There were a lot of students studying and on their computers, but plenty of space for everyone. This location also serves beer, wine and liquor, which makes it an all around great spot for meeting a date, or a group of friends to talk...or study. They have another location in the Haymarket area, which I would definitely check out if in that part of town read more

I'm happy with the vibe at this The Mill location. It's a big place with plenty of light, plenty of space, and a big patio for the warm months. There's a large selection of tea, a few beers on tap (haven't tried), kombucha on tap and quite a few quick bites. I've only tried a couple flavors of scones and biscotti, all of which I enjoyed. What I really like are the prices and taste of the coffee. I believe it's slightly less than Starbucks, it tastes better, and I like that the place is local. The people working have always been friendly. The wifi has a password they post at the counter. read more

I am quite a regular customer and have bought the Double Shot Latte with Chocolate Fudge at least 3 times every night for $4.00 and some cents. Tonight I came in and there was a new guy who charged me $5.73. I'm not sure what is going on, but I am highly unsatisfied with what happened. The mill has always been a family favorite... Being new to Lincoln, the mill is one place that makes everyone happy. One of our favorites is crapes on Sunday. We love to ride our bikes down, we love the energy and we love the staff as well. Today was exceptional. We were able to meet the new manager Shelby. She was over the top phenomenal. My husband and I were so blown away with our experience with her today. We left with smiles on our face and in a good mood because of all of her positive energy... Approachable, delicious coffee, that's what The Mill provides. The menu is easy to follow and staff are happy to customize your order. The Mill has lovely venues across town, this location being my current favorite. This location is large but feels intimate. There are moments when equipment noise makes conversation levels rise to be heard which is expected when hand-crafted drinks are being prepared. The use of old fixtures and vintage furniture give this location a special feeling. Plenty of off-street parking. There are food options available but I so enjoy the beverages I haven't ordered a pastry. read more

Great atmosphere and good coffee. As opposed to their other locations in Lincoln, NE, the Telegraph District Coffeeshop has an acre or more of free parking. The food they serve is good and the service is prompt. The Telegraph District is Lincoln's latest "hip" area of this growing city. Construction is taking place everywhere nearby and there is some esteem attached to owning a business there. Highly recommended. read more

I LOVE The Mill. I'm from out of town and always am sure to stop by when I'm in Lincoln. I love this location because parking is so much easier than at the downtown location, for example, and you still get that cozy, inviting, coffee shop feel. The smoothies and coffee are delicious, of course, but I'm a huge fan of the GRANITA. Not too bitter, not too sweet, the perfect icy but not too chunky consistency, and somehow they NEVER taste watered down and are so refreshing at the same time. I'm a fan of both Mill locations. This one has a more relaxing environment and lots of room. The food and coffee is great and the staff is usually friendly. The patio is inviting on a nice day. It's a popular hang out for the college crowd. The only true fault was that my daughter dropped a dominoes and it shot under the couch only to be halted by a large curious dust bunny brigade, good catch btw. read more
