Very simple. I asked "May I have a dark roast please?" Cashier response was "no". I then asked "May I have a dark roast pourover rhen, please?" Cashier response was "no". I then said, "thanks anyway!l" and left without ordering. I don't expect to come through Little Rock Airport anytime soon, Starbucks, but you could do better than this for sure. I made the effort to patronize your establishment, while your representative made no effort whatsoever to provide me with the product I sought. I don't blame her. Maybe you pay sub-minimum wage and she doesn't care. Or maybe you just didn't train her the right way, because you don't care. How do you staff an airport Starbucks with ONE PERSON! I don't care how small the airport is, that is ridiculous. Wanted to change my order b/c I couldn't swap out sugar free syrup and wasn't told until after she rung it up and there was no manager on duty to assist so now I get to pay $7 for a drink I won't drink. Fast service, friendly staff and a quick meal. Strawberry lemonade açaí and a chicken maple butter sandwich. The sandwich was a tad overheated and the juice wasn't as sweet as it normally is but both were good enough for me not to return to the counter. So a win is a win. read more

I was unable to order a drink before boarding my flight because the employees working did not acknowledge or greet me. I waited at the register for 10 minutes (at 12:30 pm on November 19, 2024) and watched the employees talk to one another as I waited. I eventually had to leave due to the poor service. Starbucks, I didn't not feel valued and I hope other customers don't experience this level of disregard. I'm truly disappointed. This poor service affects how our visitors experience our beautiful city, as the airport is their first and last stop upon arrival/departure. Please ensure that the working staff greet customers, acknowledge their presence, and communicate that they will be helped shortly. Super sweet ladies that are behind the counter, but the line moves slow and they got my order wrong. They were out of red pepper egg bites, so they offered to sub with turkey bacon. It ended up being a full sandwich, not even egg bites. read more

There are two Starbucks locations at the LIT airport, one groundside and one airside. This review is for the one near gate 5. It's a typical airport location and has the usual Starbucks goodies. This is great for your morning wakeup flight or if you need a snack for the plane. I didn't get a great night's sleep, so a double espresso was just what I needed. It was fresh and hot and prepared quickly. Friendly staff here. read more

Normal airport Starbucks. Take rewards. Will warm up some food. Limited menu but a ton of seating. Starbucks inside past security and this one at check in. Well staffed for the early afternoon departure. Grabbed my coffee no issue. One in the actual terminal seemed a lot more busy. Smaller too. If you have the time just have a coffee pre security. Ordered a cold brew with some seasonal sliced sweet cream. The girl taking my order seemed confused. Another team member explained what it was and how to make it. I apologized and they said it's no issue at all, first to request it but it's seasonal and they need to have it prepared for others. Made my drink quickly but correctly. Didn't just toss some stuff together and for that I thank them. Pickup and ordering counter was clean. Staff friendly. Shelves stocked and not half hazard. Goes a long way with me. She asked if I needed help and got me exactly what I needed. Because I was so excited to get the "Arkansas Mug" I accidentally left my phone on the counter. I've only been here once. I walked in right after they opened their doors in the morning (20 min late). There was already a line but the 3 employees worked very well together and the service was fast. Everyone was polite and had a smile on their face. The coffee was made correctly (being a former Starbucks employee I know) and the sandwich was good. My only issue is that he charged me for extra syrup even through I got half of each which equals the regular amount. But it's only $0.50 so I'm not going to make a big deal out of it. This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had... We ordered two drinks, a skinny mocha frapp and a skinny caramel frapp. First of all, I don't think they were even sure what that was, as she confirmed "you want fat free?" Then she had to confirm how to make it to her coworker that was mixing the drinks, who was presumably new. We asked initially for 2 Splenda with the mocha, but she was so preoccupied with it that it was not conveyed to her coworker, so I reminder her again after she'd passed the cup to her coworker, and she rolled her eyes as she grabbed the cup back and added it. "And no whipped cream on either", we said, to which the person making it nodded in confirmation. But by the time they were doing the caramel one, I was trying to simplify it as much as possible. The caramel one, when it came out, was not skinny and had whipped cream. I ended up throwing it away--I know I could have asked them to redo it, but honestly they'd already made me feel like I was overcomplicating their lives, and I didn't want to go through the steps again. Only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the two behind the counter seemed like fun and nice enough people, just clearly not that interested in their jobs or the finer details of customer service. read more

1 star only because 0 is not an option. 6 am flight. Starbucks upstairs (inside security isn't open) - the girl keeps telling people "nobody showed up and I can't open with another person". The odd thing is that there are people just standing around at the Starbucks downstairs (by baggage claim). There are NOT flights coming in this early but several flights going out. read more

She then put on make-up, did not wash her hands, and kept touching her skin and neck. The cuticles on her nails were bloody. In my case, I have yet to enter a Starbucks anywhere in the United States where I have seen the service levels anywhere close to the service at the Little Rock Airport, 2nd level. Typical airport Starbucks for the most part. I am not a huge Starbucks fan, I guess I am just spoiled being from Oregon where there are a lot of better options. Still....Mediocre coffee is better than no coffee. The line moved fast and the ladies working were super friendly, which I appreciate. I have been to several airport Starbucks where staff acted like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning or spend more time talking to each other rather than slinging coffee. Starbucks is not my favorite coffee spot but it seems to be the lone java joint while traveling. This one in particular had exceptionally nice staff whose efficiency and timely turnover was surprising for a chain kiosk in an airport. Very upset! How is Starbucks not open at this time at the airport. It's 6:50pm on a Wednesday . Their business hours say 5am-8pm. Unacceptable!!! Businesses should be open as business hours are listed. If they have to be closed at least post a sign stating why you're closing early. read more

Unbelievably bad. I ordered my usual - a hot, venti, Green Tea Latte. Unfortunately that's not what I received and there was not time to return it as my flight was boarding. For whatever reason the barista put coffee in my green tea latte. It was disgusting, horrible. I was unable to drink it - threw it away.
