Roasted Coffee Shop is a nicely decorated coffee shop in a strip mall. They have lots of cute coffee quotes and the decor colors are warm and inviting. There isn't tons of seating, but there seemed to enough. Most of the people ordering were ordering to go. It is much more of a coffee shop as opposed to offering pastries. There were not many pastries available and the few they had did not include varied dietary needs. I chose to sit and drink my coffee and I was given a to go cup. I've been going to Roasted ever since it opened. The first couple years it was great service and a very welcoming environment. In recent times that I have gone, specifically the same two girls have been rude and had attitude for no specific reason. My most recent time in she said hello and I responded with "hello, how are you?" and she let out a laugh, and then gave me a weird look. Also when she takes my order and asks if I want whipped cream I say no and every single time she will put the whipped cream on my drink. Mind you it was not busy so I don't know what the attitude was for! I'm just getting frustrated with the service and don't enjoy going there anymore. read more

Friendly, helpful service! I was indecisive about my drink but the women behind the counter pointed out all my options. They were out of "Mom's cookies" that afternoon, but one staffer pulled out her phone to show me photos of the colorfully decorated treats. I am an iced coffee drinker and always enjoy an iced latte. Have never stayed to relax and enjoy but they do have some tables to sit and relax at.
