If I pay $22 for two large drinks because i asked for 2 extra shots of espresso in each, I expect them to both have the extra espresso. Neither of my drinks do. I knew something was up when they already had them ready at the window. Considering i go to Starbucks religiously, I know when those shots are not added. Why charge me for them if you're not going to give them to me? I also want to add that I'm so close to the edge of ending everything in my life and this just put me one step closer to doing so. I have nothing. This is all I look forward to in my life. So thanks for that. Please get better employees and actually give the customer what they order and paid for. You never know what someone is going through. I won't be around to come back to this store to try again. read more

The staff is courteous and this location gives better vibes overall compared to most other locations. I can't really say whether the coffee tastes better or worse than other locations, since the taste is always very consistent from location to location, but overall nothing wrong with the drinks every time I order here, yet nothing spectacular of course. read more

I have been to several Starbucks locations from Seattle to LA, to AZ, airports and in-store facilities. NONE have compared when it comes to customer service at this Lucas store! Hands down the employees and managers are absolutely the best! They are kind, welcoming, caring, and some even go out of their way to put smiles on my girl's faces (messages on their treat bags or cups...so sweet)! They know us well and also are quick to fix any mishaps. Chandler, Kevin, Zoe, Julia, and so many others there show that they love their job! I enjoy the food and drinks for sure, but the stars are really for their service! They keep a clean facility and take care of store! Well done! read more

Watch out for the barista with the purple hair work in the drive-through she tipped herself on my card left herself a dollar tip which I understand with one dollar a order is not a lot, but if she's doing it to everyone that's theft and inappropriate definitely ask for a receipt when you're in the drive-through when I did, she knew that she got caught read more

This the slowest drive thru in Allen of any restaurant, by far. Gave it two stars because during the weekday it's good, but do not come on the weekend unless you've food and sleep because you will be for waiting forever. read more

I had to get in my car and immediately leave a review. I just drove through the drive thru and got my usual: Bacon egg gouda sandwich & the new pumpkin cream cold brew (which is amazing btw). I took one bite of my sandwich and it was still a bit frozen. Blah! So, i ran right back inside and was greeted by Kelly. She made me a new sandwich AND credited me back for my drink and sandwich which she did NOT have to do! That was soooo sweet and made my day. Amazing customer service!!!!!! read more

This location is great during the weekday, but if you go on the weekend prepare for gross and sloppy drinks. This is supposed to be a Venti Java Chip Frappachino -sub white mocha. I am a regular Starbucks consumer, sometimes 2 times daily . Usually this location is great, but the weekend crew is horrible and rude. I always order a grande iced pitaschio latte but in a venti cup with extra ice. This is the first time that I drove up to the window and received my iced coffee in a venti cup but less than half full of milk with ice. When I asked to put more ice and a little more milk she was rude and got her manager, so I asked for a refund which he claimed he refunded to my card but it did not show up. So I walked in and he said he couldn't provide me a receipt so he gave me a card that says next drink on them. valid for up to $4; my drink that I never got but paid for was $6. Shame on you Starbucks, customer service goes a long way. Which clearly your team did not have at this location today. You just lost a loyal customer. read more

The baristas at this Starbucks are amazing! Very helpful, explained the drinks that we were wanting to order in detail, and recommended options. Very friendly, smiling, fun place to be in the morning. I brought my daughter in to get breakfast and a coffee. It was a very pleasant experience. I give them five stars!!! read more

2 rude employees here who roll their eyes and almost blow smoke out of their ears. The girl with the dark hair, long strands around her face and the dude with curly blond hair, blue eyes are horrible. No smile, nothing. These drinks are not cheap. Be good to the customers. I honestly thought they forgot to make my frappuccino. Starbucks wasn't busy at all at 4pm on a Wednesday & yet it took me 20 minutes to get my drink. Everytime I come to this location they always mess something up. Today we ordered a peppermint mocha and a cloud drink. They both look nothing like advertised. Peppermint mocha frapp is missing the chocolate chips and the cloud drink they gave me wrong lid, can't even enjoy the flavors with a straw and has too much caramel at the bottom. read more

I love coming to this Starbucks. There's several more that are a lot closer. I enjoy the short drive to Lucas and the service is really fast. I've never experienced a long line in the drive-thru here either. I recommend making the 5 minute drive to come here. read more

So after waiting in line for 10 minutes in the drive thru we were approached by a female employee telling us that they closed at 5:00 pm and would no longer be able to serve us. I get that you close at 5:00 pm (ridiculous on a Saturday) but if a customer is in line before the closing time, I suggest that you actually help them. We won't be coming back to this location anytime soon. read more

I feel societal norms are that most people associate positivity with Starbucks or at least the personnel who work there, not the prices. I go back and forth with how often I frequent them and in all my visits, I've NEVER experienced such an awful one until this morning at this location. I placed my order at 0745 as stated on my app. I ordered 2 teas and 2 pumpkin bread slices. I got the pumpkin slices immediately at the register and didn't walk out with my 2 teas until .....0825. They kept over stating to each other how overly busy they were and IF you got your order they apologized. What irks me most about this absurd wait was how greater their attention was to the regulars who come in versus treating everyone fairly. Weather you walked in and placed your order, ordered on the app or drive thru.....you should have gotten your order in the order in which it was recieved. Give an overall apology outloud to ALL customers for the ordeal going on. They ran out of paper for the machine that pops out the orders that adhere to the cups, so from there not quite sure what their course of action was going to be to ensure orders were properly done. They never offered to refund or give a gift card for the stressful ordeal expect to ONE individual out of probably over 50 that I saw as I waited for 40 minutes. read more

The first time we went, the drive-thru line was all the way in to the Wendy's parking lot next to it. My husband was able to go in & get our order fairly quickly but remarked how understaffed for a Sunday morning. The second time was late morning on a Tuesday. There was only one car in the drive-thru so we drove up. Placing the order took several tries. How one places an entire order, the barista asks if that's all & then asks to repeat the entire order is mind blowing. After we paid, I remarked how understaff being there was no one actually making coffee. Finally the one who took our order & money went to start making coffees. Then we sat for ten minutes while the line behind us filled up. The same lady came over & asked what we were waiting on. The drinks were ready...I dont know how long they had been sitting there. And to top it off, my husband's coffee had syrup when I always make it very clear unsweetened, so it went down the drain. I'm new here & was hoping this could become my go-to Starbucks. Hopefully the new one on Exchange is better. read more

This is the most horrible service, we ordered for and they gave us a different flavor the said oh sorry we are out of what you ordered... so instead of telling us that they just serve something else. OMG...some of these reviews are ridiculous! "no chocolate curls on my drink!" Hey...they're out of season, genius! Get a flipping life! I love that the worst reviews are from people who don't frequent the location. Seriously, if you think you have the wrong lid on your drink is ruining your day, you must have a pretty good life...for crying out loud, tell them, they'll fix it. This is a hard-working crew, that for as long as I have been going there, has always tried to do whatever they can to make it right for their customers.
