Yeah, not the best. Go elsewhere if u can. This was my dragonfruit lemonade. Mostly lemon, very little dragon. And it is the Year of the Dragon you know! Color was actually a lot pinker when I first got it. The photo was taken after a bit, when some of the purple from the initial one piece of dragonfruit had fragmented and diffused a little. It's my birthday and Starbucks gave me a free drink. I was so excited so I drove over to the drive-through ordered a mocha Frappuccino with a couple of extra shots. When I got to the window scanned my free drink and everything was great. Until they handed me an ice coffee. I asked was this a Frappuccino? The guy was like nope. I showed him the order slip that said " mocha Frappuccino five shots". He apologized they took it back to remake it. I had to pull over to the side, but I was like " no problem it's my birthday and the coffee is free". What came out next wasn't a Frappuccino either. The ticket said "ice Mocha 5 shots". I don't know what that is, but it tasted like crap. Since it was free I just said thank you. Staff was nice but I'm going to the Wawa. read more

Rude staff Went to pay for my beverage at the drive thru window and the coworker with the long brown hair made a comment about my arm! Mentioning that it's long and something else under her breath that I couldn't make out. It wasn't like she was doing it as a joking gesture either. I absolutely could but believe it. The old Mays Landing Starbucks across from the mall closed and this new, beautiful Starbucks opened. I love a good Starbucks- it's where I come for coffee and where I come to study (by myself or with my classmates). This new location has high ceilings, a lot of natural light, and most importantly, a TON of space to sit. From the tables, to the booths, to the comfy chairs... Even seating at the coffee bar. There's also comfy looking seats out front. The familiar and new baristas are so kind and always cheerful, which I really appreciate. read more

I love this place ! Not today though. I walked in there and every single employee just stared at me. There was no line, and yet I still was not being talked to, or greeted like normal. I stood in line for five minutes as every worker stood right infront of my face and blatantly ignored me. There was a girl at the register who just sat at her computer and stated. Another girl fiddled with the cup holders for 2 of the five minutes. It was absolutely ridiculous and my colleague and I walked out and took ourselves to Dunkin. How how how can it take 15 minutes to get coffee with only 3 cars ahead of me. This is the 4th time and absolutely the last time. I understand COVID causes staff shortages however they have adequate staff as I have gone inside. It is an issue with management and employee responsibility. They cannot take an order and give drinks at the same time. Perhaps go to McDonald's or Dunkin and learn how it's done. Third time getting coffee I was disappointed again. Not the first but second time. I asked for grande coffee with sugar never got it but today I ask if they can please don't forget the sugar. My girlfriend and I went through the drive thru and got a nasty attitude from the cashier at the window. We had enough stars for a free drink and when we informed him of this he snapped at us and said "we needed to let hit know ahead of time". Drive thru is always a mile long, go inside and wait 10 minutes for a coffee. Go to Dunkin, it's not worth it. Hire more people.
