Had a meeting in the area and needed a place to plant myself for an hour or so to do some work. I chose this Starbucks due to its proximity to my meeting. I didn't want coffee at the time, so I opted for their lavender matcha oat which I've enjoyed at least a handful of times at other Starbucks locations. Theirs was consistent with others -- refreshing and delicious. The dining room is large, open, and spacious. Clean, too. This location is great for working or studying. I usually go to another location but stopped at this one along the way and I would not recommend it. Service was slow, I came inside. They had 3 people working but seemed to care more for the drive thru. I order a peppermint mocha(hot) and my husband a Carmel Macchiato (hot). First they made a cold macchiato on error, no biggy, it happens. But when we did finally get our drinks, both were just bland. They tasted like hot milk, no flavor. If you want a properly made drink and an employee who doesn't act like you personally ruined their day, go literally anywhere else. Stopped by this sad excuse of a Starbucks stand on a Wednesday afternoon with my boyfriend. No line. No rush. Just us and what I thought would be a simple drink order: the same one I get at every other Starbucks with zero issue. But no, apparently this location thinks they're special. The girl behind the counter (you know who you are, the one with the dark green hair and darker attitude) immediately snaps, saying it's "against company policy." Okay, sure... never had that problem anywhere else. At this point, we were over it and just ordered a Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble. Big mistake. Apparently not leaving a tip is now a crime, because the look and tone we got? Absolutely uncalled for. Sorry I don't tip for attitude and spoiled milk. Speaking of the drink: it tasted nothing like it should. The milk was definitely off: spoiled, and it was missing that signature creamy, chocolatey flavor. It honestly tasted like regret in a cup. Starbucks drinks from the menu tend to be the same each time wherever I go. There is some variation in the whip cream sometimes. It sometimes comes out with stiff peaks and other times of more oozy or soft. I like them no matter whch way as long as it is sweet. Other than that most of the stores are the same. The ordering process is fast unless they are busy and there is a long line. The stores have been mostly clean. Sometimes there are variations in how friendly the baristas are. read more

So refreshing to walk into a Starbucks and have the staff be so friendly. I completely understand that most Starbucks are just busy and have to get the drinks going, but this Starbucks really goes out if their way to be friendly and make sure that your drink is how you want it. I've been searching for a good substitute since my normal drink is no longer available and the sweet barista was able to make great suggestions for me and it just made the experience so much more enjoyable. It has one of the best seating areas with mostly cushiony, comfy chairs and work areas. There's a nice patio. Whoever was working the window at 10:20am today (6/1/2025) needs to be fired or something. I ordered 3 food items and 3 drinks. Nothing crazy, not complicated for anyone above average intelligence. But apparently this was too much to handle for the girl taking my order, she very rudely and condescendingly took my order and muttered something I didn't even catch. (Usually should be something like "I'll see you at the first window") Then I get up to the window, and a drink carrier is shoved in my face with all 3 drinks and 3 food items sloppily packed in there, with my venti coffee dangling out the side. I took it and literally set it down on my passenger seat, and the venti coffee fell out almost immediately, to which I even made the comment "awesome, saw that one coming". It spilled all over my seat before I was even able to catch it. The chick working the window did not care in the slightest. Admittedly, my foot did slip off the brake for a moment during this whole ordeal and my car moved forward maybe a foot. That apparently angered this individual who cannot do her job, and I even heard her make a comment to her coworker either over the headset or next to her I'm not even sure, but I definitely heard some sort of jab about "and she even spilled her drink". I paid, and thank God this girl didn't have the audacity to ask for a tip like they usually do because oh man I think I would have lost it after this experience. I love this Starbucks location, have been many times and ordered the same things and it's never been a problem. But apparently that was just way too much for the girl working the window this morning. Starbucks even helps their employees with tuition, so I am confused and angered when I have such incompetent, entitled young people scoffing and seething over a very, VERY basic order. So thank you, now I have coffee spilled all over my passenger seat and probably won't be back. read more

Very friendly staff! Excellent customer service. The drive through line moves fast. They have a very warm person who takes the order at the drive thru line. It was really cool they try to get to know you in that brief moment! It makes you feel like a person and not just a robot. I will go back to this location just for the extra personal touch! A lovely Starbucks indeed. The staff at this location really makes the place great. They are so nice and have the best awkward small talk conversations that I have ever had at a Starbucks. They almost always manage to successfully convince me to buy a cute adorable cookie as well. Nicely done! Inside is mostly filled with chairs rather than tables and the few tables they do have are pretty small. Don't expect to be able to have a large monthly book club or writer's group meet up here for a discussion. Not really gonna happen unless it's cooler and you do it at the outside tables. The bathrooms are clean except for the floors. The floors always seem to look like someone with dirty shoes walks all over them right after they were mopped. I'm not sure if that's just how they look or if that is what is really happening, but that is the only little bump at this store. read more

To start, the wait is ridiculous. There was one person ahead of me who ordered 3 drinks and then just me. I waited over 10min for my drink. I ordered a pink drink with no ice and light coconut milk. The barista messed up and added lots of ice and lots of coconut milk. I told her I wanted no ice and light coconut milk and she got upset, walked away, and asked another barista to make the drink. Not only did I not appreciate the attitude, but I also think she was very unprofessional. Then, the barista who made my drink seemed to make up the room that no ice provided for extra coconut milk. Also, I did not ask for no berries but they seem to have just not added them. At this point, I don't want to ask for another drink although it was still made wrong because the baristas don't seem happy to provide good service or even a good drink. I won't be returning. There was plenty of space, and even tables that seemed like they were designed for studying or reading. The atmosphere was upbeat, but not too loud. The service was incredibly friendly. The drinks were typical Starbucks (as expected)-- take that for what you will. Cindy was rude after I ordered 13 drinks. She treated me like I was a pain in the butt because she had to make all the drinks. I kept thanking her for making the drinks she never once said you're welcome or anything kind. She also questioned me at all when I grabbed an extra straw. She said she gave me all the straws I needed but when I counted them I was short ones so I took an extra. I could just feel her attitude the entire wait for my drinks and after spending $70 I would imagine I would be treated differently. We stopped into this location today after going to see a movie at the AMC theater next door. I ordered our drinks through the mobile app and they were made pretty quickly. I didn't realize that it was the anniversary for pumpkin spice latte and when I got my PSL there was a pin on the top that said I heart PSL. This place is okay. I think the workers are great- really patient with my kids, but the drinks seem to be a hit or miss.
