Ordered the Venti Java chip with no whipped cream and an affrogotto shot in a trenti cup. What a lovely tasting beverage. The service provided my the associate Sara was highly friendly and upbeat. I go to this Starbucks very regularly, probably everyday. I love the coffee, atmosphere, and service the staff provides at the Midland location. However, there is one factor that has become to make the favorite part of my day a little sour. The last few times I have gone through the drive thru and ordered my drink, the employee taking my order has "huffed" in response to hearing my order. The first time this happened I thought the employee was just having a bad day and it was nothing to worry about. Then this happened a second time, the employee huffing after hearing my order and I now think it's just rude. The 2nd instance, my drink was also made incorrectly, but the employee already huffed when taking my order and then made my drink wrong, so I couldn't imagine what would have happened if I came back complaining my drink was messed up. Probably WWIII. Anyway, I'm not writing all this complain, that isn't my point. I just hope the store possibly reads this review and maybe takes some consideration. I work in customer service too, so I understand the covid times, being short staffed, always being out of everything. It sucks. But you still treat people decently. read more

Hands down the best Starbucks I've been to! The baristas are warm and friendly, and they'll remember your name and drink pretty quickly. The seating area is warm and cozy, and it was a perfect environment for me to study on the weekends and get work done. So I order the Valentine's day special and didn't know that they needed a barcode because I have only been to starbucks 3 times . We asked where the barcode was at they were really rude and snappy at us it took us asking 8 times before he snapped and said your card on your account. We got that finally then the drink was not what I ordered and I ordered a salted Carmel hot chocolate and they put unsalted. I asked for whipped cream they didn't. And on top of that it took another 25 minutes after I got there and after being asked if I had a mobile order and telling them my name for me to even receive my drink. All of the staff here were very nice, but it took 4 tries to get my drink order correct. I don't know if they were just understaffed or what, but my mother and I went into the store because the drive through line was too long, and it still took close to 30 minutes for our two drinks. I asked for an espresso frapuccino with soy milk and half the caffeine - I used exactly those words to order my drink. Round 1 was cow milk with an extra shot. Round 2 was still dairy. Round 3 started with 4 shots in the cup. ... ? Round 4, my mother's drink is done, and the poor guy who had been waiting since before we arrived for his mobile order finally said something, so they started working on it. I guess I'm happy for the mistake, because apparently I was charged for the extra shot I neither wanted nor ordered (by asking for half the caffeine...). Never had a bad experience here. Our family goes at least once a day, been coming to this location for many years now and quite honestly its the highlight of our day.
