I ordered an Americano with a splash of heavy cream, but when I received my drink, there wasn't even a drop of cream in it. The coffee was completely black. It's a simple customization, so I was disappointed that it was missed. I hope staff can pay closer attention to drink orders to ensure customers receive what they requested.
Refreshing beverage in Mililani, Oahu,Hawaii... After a nice lunch at Mililani Town Center, Irene M. suggested that we stop by this Starbucks since we're all the way our here... LOL... ok! This location of Starbucks is on the theater side of the shopping center... at the end. The free shared parking is a big advantage for this store. Inside the door, the Clearance merchandise and regular merchandise caught my attention... but I resisted! I was too full from lunch to order anything, but Irene got a drink - and a discount since she brought her own cup! Smart! She will also get bonus stars for helping to save the environment! This is a popular location... many customers were served efficiently. We got a chance to sit at a table and get some work done! We did leave promptly to let others enjoy the air-conditioning! Note: check the basket in the front for used coffee grounds for your garden! The bags are free for all!
Sip and chill... After a wonderful time having lunch in Town Center of Mililani with Nadine C, before the food come sets in we still had so much to chat about that I thought we settle a bit at Starbucks and conveniently I had my cup lol! Walking in we both loved seeing a basket filled with discounted cups that were really lovely with a gradient color design along with selves filled with cups it really caught our attention as I do love their designs and style and as I scan to see if there are seating available there was a couple of tables and decided to grab one immediately. There were a couple of community tables which several others took advantage of that with their laptops with outlets right beside making it a great place to do some work. After ordering the Spring special of Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha which is a current favorite of mine ordered it and since I brought my personal cup got additional 25 stars and a discount of 10 cents making it a earth friendly on this earth month of April. We did get to enjoy the ambiance here though it does get pretty busy it did give us a moment to chill and decide our next adventure making it productive. Thank you!
10 out of 10 would recommend came in the day after my birthday today , got the utmost exceptional Customer Service i couldn't remember my order and Gabe was so kind and patient with me. On top of that I gotta say one of the most delicious caramel crunch blended double espresso coffees that I've had in a very, very long time and yes, I am writing this after drinking that but I still mean exactly what I'm saying!!!! Great Customer Service delicious coffee. I'm coming again sometime this week even if it is out of my way . Gabe you and your team today ROCKED!
Workers has been slacking lately. If I'm paying for my drink I would like it to be filled up in my venti cup. This is probably the third time it happened with the morning shift. PLEASE fill up the cups! Thank you
Used to be great. The staff is really nice and friendly. They are great.. The area manager however, glares at you for sitting there. I don't think he likes regulars. Internet is intermittent and slow. They just blocked all the outlets. This place had great reviews talking about the plentiful outlets and how it was nice to work there. No more. The manager has decided to block them all. I understand there is electricity cost. Lost a bunch of consistent customers. Will be going to non-Starbucks shops from here on out.
Early morning expresso gets my engines kicking. The staff was very friendly as I walked in. I looked for a protein nut bar and cashier went into the back to look for it, but didn't have any. So, I thanked her and picked another snack. I was trying to fulfill a challenge and gets me out there looking for Starbucks on my routes. What did I do with the expresso over ice? I made my own heathy mocha by adding REBBL dark chocolate that had MCT, 16 grams of protein, organic cocoa, coconut milk and water, Maca, and other goodies from Down to Earth. I use 1/2 a bottle that had 4 grams of sugar...nice. Everyone complies to mask wearing, distancing, and hand sanitizers. Of course they have stickers on all their Starbuck's floors. I'm a happy camper with my mocha and snack! Ciao everyone! Treat yourself!
2 words: cinnamon overload (see photo of the bottom of my cup, and that's after swishing it around). And they gypped me product - see photos showing almost an inch of empty space at the top of my cup and ice all the way to the bottom of my cup. This was supposed to have been an iced shaken espresso (without any customizations). If only I hadn't been in a rush this morning I could have asked for a remake. Sigh.
I've been to this location many times and today just was terrible. Girl in the left says she's a supervisor, who I guess doesn't need to wear a name tag and can just do what she wants to make people feel uncomfortable in the store. Food was eh and my drink which I ordered was very simple yet the girl Bee asked me to repeat my order and rolled her eyes at me. All I wanted was green tea in a tall cup without ice, water, or sweetener. Ambiance is loud especially when the high school gets out and all the kids come rolling on in.
We've been spending the past few weeks in Mililani with my eldest sister and have found ourselves relying on either her recommendations or our trusty Yelp app. In need for our caffeine fixes, we came across this Starbucks. This Starbucks is located in the Town Center of Mililani nearby to the Mililani Theaters and Five Guys. It's clean, efficiently run and even serves Reserve coffees. The baristas are very friendly and proudly wear their aprons that show their spouse's Military Service affiliation. During our several visits, the baristas all greeted us upon entry and thanked us for our beverage orders. The flavors and cup volumes were top notch. Amazingly, inside this Starbucks, there were many open tables and seats so each time we would sit and sip our beverages instead of taking our beverages to-go. We enjoyed the service, beverage flavors and friendly ambiance at this Mililani Starbucks and wouldn't hesitate to return.

I'm falling for an iced cold beverage, Only Starbucks knows how to please and satisfy my thirst, I've looked at other places, Unable to find what I'm searching for, Oh how you've read my mind, I've finally found that amazing drink, That makes me smile, For those who worked together, And made a divine treat with love and care, I've finally found my Venti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino! I've been going to this particular Starbucks for years and I've never had a problem. Their coffee is always great and their employees are always great too. Overall: Great location in Mililani Shopping Center that's been around before Mililani Town Center was ever built. This Starbucks is across from 24 hour fitness and Ross. Ross used to be Pay N Save and Payless. The Fastop gas station on the corner has been there for years too. Check it out!
I love the new furniture that Starbucks put out! Makes it feel very homey and nice like the good old days. Back in the day this location had some nice cushion seats, they got rid of it yrs ago. Hopefully this time the nice furniture lasts. They have good customer service here, service was fast and I like how they had a big screen up now to tell you when they receive your order, preparing, and if it's finished. The drinks are typically of course of any Starbucks but if you have their rewards program, pretty decent and with the rewards my drink came out reasonably priced. So make sure to come on down and give this Starbucks a try if you haven't already. Much better seating than the Mililani Shopping Center (fyi: that location got rid of all their in store seating, only has outdoor seating). read more
5-21-26 Last week I tried one of their colorful refreshers and today I decided to try their new summer drink, horchata frap. It was creamy, sweet and blended. Just like last week I don't understand why they don't pour it into a clear cup. Having it in a compostable opaque cup seems smaller in appearance and not fun. Part of the pleasure in a cold beverage is seeing it in a clear disposable cup. read more

I did a mobile order while in the parking lot right next to the store and my drink was ready shortly after entering the store. The barista also greeted me as soon as I entered the store and directed me to the mobile order pickup area. read more

The Mililani Town location is always busy however today is Christmas Eve and everyone wanted coffee of some sort. Me, I just wanted the Extra Large Strawberry Acia fix that will hopefully last me through Christmas. I dropped in after leaving Walmart. You can't see the line from the outside windows. As I walked in, I was surprised by the number of people already standing and waiting. As I approached the register, the young man was struggling to put the receipt paper In correctly. We laughed loudly. He went on to take my order but didn't ask my name. Which was unusual because of the number of people already waiting. Luckily, there was enough staff working. They were focused on getting the drinks made so not that many pleasantries today. This would have been a prefect time to be a little more friendly. After 20 minutes, I got my Strawberry Acia no ice. I thought to myself, man I must of really wanted this drink. Luckily, they had good music. Maybe, I'll try and wait until after the new year for my next refreshing drink read more
October 17, 2021. Important to not because of COVID restrictions. No indoor seating. Aside from that, this was your normal Starbucks experience on a Sunday morning. Pleasant customer service with nice overhead music. What I like about this location is that it is in an extended strip mall with a City Mill, WalMart, Five Guys... and just about anything you would want. Unlike Honolulu, there are no sketchy characters. I'd feel safe letting my kids run to Baskin and Robins while I get my coffee fix. I just wish Mililani wasn't such a long commute from Honolulu during the weekdays. If it wasn't, I'd live here. read more

Delicious drinks & sweet workers. I usually get my coffee/pink drink fix when I'm in the central area of Mililani. There are 2 other Starbucks, and this one is located at Mililani Town Center. There are lots of tables, although I can rarely find an open one. I've had a couple meetings here and it wasn't too distracting with the incoming customers and blended drinks. I had my first hot white chocolate mocha and blueberry bagel from this location and have been hooked ever since high school. I'd say it's usually busy an hour before the high school starts and after school, and of course peak hours throughout the weekend. But who knows, anyone can get their coffee fix, just between the hours of 430am-10pm specifically at this spot. read more

BOGO day. Ordered 2 via app. App said pick up in about 30 minutes. Longer than normal but it's ok causes it's BOGO day so lots of orders to be expected. Went in about 30 minutes and had lots of orders waiting to be claimed including mines. Got mines which looked like was ready for pick up in 15 instead of 30 cause was kinda melted. Baristas must have been Jammin'. Kudos to them. Pick up timing though needs to be reconsidered. Main thing our drinks was still onolicious. Welcome Fall! read more

I never had problems with my order here before. I usually order before I go to a class at ufc gym. There is always a good selection and the place is fairly clean. I ordered macha lemonade with light ice. This is my usual drink. What could go wrong? Well, I got macha with lemon water. There wasn't a drop of lemonade in it. So gross. Service is good. But eewww to my drink. I should have known something was wrong. The color was way off. I couldn't even get a quarter way drank before I couldn't take it. My friends tried a few sips and agreed with me. It was just too nasty. Belonged in a toilet as far as I'm concerned. Worst macha lemonade ever. The server redid my order. It turns out Starbucks changed their lemonade recipe for the worst at the start of March. It tastes like lemon water. Like someone squeezed a drop of lemon into a bucket of water. It ruins drinks and is nasty. It would work better as a bathroom cleaner with baking soda. I don't want to order my favorite drink anytime soon. I'm getting a tongue scraper later tonight. read more

Stopped to grab something to drink. I hardly ever go Starbucks. I decided to try and order from the app and saw kinds of new stuff. So I went in to order instead. Ended up trying this macha pineapple drink. Thought it taste might a plantation tea. Tasted like a pina colada diluted with watered down tea. Not my favorite. read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks very frequently over the past three years as I work very close by. Everyone that works here is super friendly and my drink is made perfectly every time. The store is very cleaned and organized. It's a very popular location so be prepared for a bit of a line no matter what time of day it is. read more

Talk about WOW customer service! Yesterday around 12pm, my visit to Mililani Town Center Starbucks was on point! From the warm welcoming & informational connection with Kelley, to the Barista behind the bar, Charly; making my Trenta red eye white mocha breve iced coffee to perfection, with a sincere, & kind demeanor. The store was well stocked with snacks, all sorts of food offerings from behind the counter/pre-packaged food from the refrigerated case, inventory merchandise, canned/bottled beverages, & all of your favorite Starbucks handcrafted beverage ingredients. For the stores cleanliness, you could tell the staff were on it, & managed to up keep the store well through the day. Today's team at this store, aced the Starbucks customer experience, & beverage quality. Being myself, a Starbucks partner for years, & currently a licensed store manager. Hands down, one of the best services provided, effortlessly. I've visited this store a couple of times during the evenings as well & received just as great service from a male Barista with glasses, & tattoos (can't recall his name.) This store's team puts itself on the map, from other Starbucks. Big props to you guys, keep up the great work! read more
I'm not A regular everyday coffee drinker. I have a caramel frappe, soy milk, once in a while, this morning was that while, lol. I live super close to the mililani mauka drive thru Starbucks so that's where I went, hallelujah for drive thrus, yes I'm one of them lazy ones to go inside, ugh oh well. I have nothing but good feedback for this Starbucks, drive thru was clean, the person taking my order was very cheerful and in such a welcoming mood, he actually made my morning as I wasn't feeling myself, so mahalo plenty to him and shucks I didn't get his name. My drink was on point and so was my toasted butter croissant, sorry I gobbled that up before picture taking, lol. I'll definitely recommend and return to that Starbucks. Awesome Job! I just called that Starbucks lol yes she did and found out the person that took my order and made my morning his name is, Gavin... mahalo plenty Gavin for making my morning read more
