With there being 3 Starbucks in Mililani. This is one of my go to Starbucks on my way to work or on a lunch break. Welcoming, Quick, friendly cashiers & baristas. when on a lunch break I'm able go in order my drink and get it in a reasonable time. Great to see that Starbucks has returned hand writing messages or doodling onto guest cups. Great way to uplift or put smile on someone day. Personally I know this does for me. Thank you! Located in the Mililani Shopping Center the smaller in size versus the Town Center which has Ross Dress for less and Foodland among other tenants as well is this cute Starbucks which I tend to pass on not that it's small but there isn't a bathroom in here and the shopping center provides a single bathroom that you need a code. For it's size they do provide a decent amount of seating including a large picnic style table right out front makes it a great place to relax and enjoy though I couldn't find any outlet to plug your electronics. The service here is nice and friendly with a clean and organized decor and lots of free parking provided by the shopping center makes it a wonderful place though wished they had a bathroom considering the sparse availability in the radius location. I want to like this Starbucks because it's close and convenient, but every visit reminds me why I don't go often. The staff is consistently unpleasant and seems disorganized when it gets "busy". I've waited over 15 minutes for a simple tall black coffee, even after ordering ahead, and when I politely ask about my order, it feels like an inconvenience to them. I would like to update my review. As a person with multiple food allergies, it can sometimes be a challenge to eat out. Today, I discovered that there are a couple more items in the Starbucks menu that I can have in addition to the rice crispy treat. I ordered my food on the mobile app. I love the feature where I am able tobread the ingredients of the food item that I am interested in ordering. I ordered The Apple Crossaint and the bacon gouda egg bites along with the iced pumpkin Chai Tea Latte. After putting in my order, I headed over. I decided that I was going to eat in. The store was clean and you can feel the good vibes from the baristas. One even apoapologized on taking long due to them being short staffed. Truthfully, I didn't even notice. They called my name when my order was ready. There was another customer who had accidently picked up my order and they had politely told them that their entire order was in their bag and that belonged to me. This is always my go to spot if I'm not able to make it to another Mililani Starbucks. For this experience, it was my first time doing a mobile order. And boy let me tell you, it was super simple and convenient. I was able to customize my order such as adding any toppings, syrups, ice, milk and etc. Thus once double checking my order I was able to use my reward and of course my birthday reward (free drink). This order was researched by tik tok. The only thing I would change is adding more sweetener for a more milk tea vibe. However it was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by such friendly and wonderful workers. They were able to immediately ask what I needed. Thus they checked my mobile order. Second closest from work and regardless of how low this rating is, I will come back for more lunch bites and lunch sips. Most times, app says they have available stuff when in reality they are out of stock. This happned to me more than 5 times already in this location. Most locations auto updates the app if there's certain menus that are out. Also I guess, another resolution to this is to do a thorough inventory so you don't ran out of items, hashtag forecasting. Few times, they forget to do my sandwich order that were place via the app. My drink would already been ready for 5 mins, and I would still be waiting for my sandwich. This happened twice already. The staff are ok, welcoming to others, but not very courteous overall. The store is clean and organized. This location is in a plaza with a gym and Ross clothimg store that was very busy on a Sunday mid-afternoon. I assume the plaza was only this busy because of the holidays (it was 22nd Dec). Either way, it made parking a bit difficult. Once inside, it was easy and quick to order. I was meeting a friend so I decided to find a table. There were a lot of empty tables however, the two high tops near the wall were both dirty and wet from the previous customers. I like this Starbucks in the morning because there's not that many people and they are usually fast. I usually use cards but this particular day I did not have my bag and had to get to work asap. I only had a 50$ bill and I told myself thank god I have a 50$ bill because I know they don't take 100$ bills. Low and behold, I hand the 50 and the barista says "do you have anything smaller?". I told him no and thought to myself Duh if I had something smaller I would've gave it to you. Then he said do you have a card, I told him no (again, if I did I would've used that.) Then he asked can you get change, I said no I need to go to work now. He said can you buy more things then? I said ok I'll add a croissant to my drink if that helps although I wasn't hungry at all. He then says will normally I'm supposed to not accept a 50$ bill but since I have that many 1$ bills I can give you that. My total was $9.01. So he brings out a stack of 1's and a stack of 5's. Walked into this small Starbucks located just next door to the 24 Hour Fitness Club the other day. Okay, I should have showered or changed clothes but I was too darned thirsty from my workout and forgot my water thermos at home. So, luckily, this cafe is small, not many people were in the shop during this visit who would've given me a "stink-eye". I liked the quick and friendly service as the barista shook out my Venti iced green tea. It was a thirst quencher as I chugged it down but started to get a brain-freeze. In the few minutes that I took to drink it then refill, no one even came through the doors and it was near lunchtime! As I was leaving, my sweet tooth could "hear" the sound of a pastry calling out. It was a guava-cream cheese croissant! But, but, I had just worked out and my willpower fell weak! So I got the pastry, the barista heated it up and I headed out before I could fall victim to more sweets. That pastry tasted so good and became a self-defeating prophecy to my workouts. Well, it's a Starbucks with nice and friendly service. The environment was clean, not crowded and actually quiet. A convenient coffee spot for me to pick up my morning caffeine & breakfast, catch up with friends and old coworkers and I've also had meetings here with clients and vendors. Parking is a hit or miss. I've actually seen 2 cars back right into each other.....smh. Just be very alert and don't just rely on your reverse cameras. As usual, most Starbucks locations will be busy in the morning, sometime around lunch and right after kids get out of school. I try to avoid most busy times, but morning for breaky is hard to avoid. I typically come to this location for kids snacks or breakfast in the morning as a last resort option. I'll order from the app, and just drop by and have my son pick up. Whenever I have gone in for mobile app pick ups, there's no rhyme or reason to the orders being left. They are very sloppily just left on the pick up counter. Town Center location has a shelf to leave foods and drinks stacked nicely. Would be nice to have some kind of uniform system for all Starbucks locations. I guess chaos will always be met with more chaos, whatev. Starbucks will always be part of my routine although I prefer other coffee shops, it's just conveniently placed like, everywhere. I know, I know, I am being hard on this Starbucks in particular and this is a national thing but still. Consider this a public service announcement! I was pretty excited when I heard about it but the actual thing is extremely disappointing. The edges of the bread were hard and stale and the egg was rubbery and patty-like. the "vegetables" were basically a salsa spread over the egg. Shoutout to the Starbucks in Waipio) I mobile ordered in a grande Green Iced Tea no pumps of sugar extra ice. EVERY time I ring in this order everywhere else they put it in a Venti cup. It naturally makes sense because if you're putting in extra ice you're not longer going to be able to fit into a grande cup. I show up to pick up my drink, and it's sitting in a grande cup. Weird. I've never had that happen, but that's okay. I asked her to put it in a Venti cup extra ice. So she DUMPS OUT SOME OF MY DRINK and then proceeds to fill it SOOOO full of ice that I could not even put my straw in. My least favorite location. I've lived in Mililani for a few years now. I only come here out of convenience, but I'll drive to the Town Center location for better drinks and service. The drinks are inconsistent half the time. Then the female baristas have been bitchy when I've asked them to remake my drink, or too pushy when you don't order immediately, and they can't handle when it's busy. Their mobile order service is unreliable. Sometimes you have to wait for your order anyway or someone swipes your order prior to your arrival. They don't have a designated "mobile order" area. The parking lot is also annoying, but at least they have "20 minute" stalls fronting this SB. read more

I love this Starbucks. I've always had super friendly service every time I've come here. I wanted to try a new drink once, and the girl said if I didn't like it she'd make me a new one for free. I ended up loving it (skinny iced caramel macchiato), so I didn't take her up on the drink switch, but it was nice knowing I had a "backup" in case I didn't like what I got. This Starbucks always has ample seating when I come here. Maybe it's the times I come here, but I've never had to wait for a seat. All of the other Starbucks I've been too, I've almost always had to wait for a seat to open up. Also, this one has a nice outlet power strip near the windows, so you don't have to search for an empty outlet like at other Starbucks. 5 Stars for good customer service and ample seating! Ever since I have been going to 24 Hour Fitness in the morning a few times a week, I always come here right after to get my coffee fix (and sometimes a bite for breakfast) before a long day at work. I come here either around 8:00am or 8:30am, and I notice it gets quite busy at 8:30am. Parking isn't so bad in the early morning, which is what I like about it. Customer service is awesome! The staff is friendly and prompt. I have been assisted by Brian at the register a few times that he greets me by name. I've never been a regular at a place before, so it's really cool. The only thing they don't have is a bathroom, unlike the other Starbucks I've been to. I always make sure I go before I come to Starbucks if I'm going stay in for a while. Also, there's a few outlets. If you're lucky, there's one in the back corner between the bar table and high table with the stools and another one near the trash can and newspapers. read more

I would not recommend this location unless you are getting a drip coffee only. The staff is often rude and they dislike having to do any extra steps to ensure your coffee is done how you requested. So...before I decided to write this review, I called the store at the 30th of Sept at 1250 and tried to get the manager's name and email address. I figured I would first email her but I believe the person who answered the call was named Amy. She first put me on hold while she went and got the information. She came back on the phone and said that information was not available but for me to call again tomorrow to get the info, which was surprisingly odd and I figured they would have that info readily. Anyways I wanted to speak to the manager about my mobile orders (plural) as I have utilized the app and have placed the same order 5 days in a row. One is a coffee, with cream and Splenda, no issues. My second coffee has been a latte, and I had indicated that I did not want any foam. I picked up the two coffees on day 1, never checked them. To my surprise there was foam in the latte. Since I had already left, I was stuck scooping out the foam...making a mess. Ordered it again, this being day 2, and this time, checked the order before I left and...again, foam. I looked at the cup label and on the label it said...no foam. I informed her of the error and she indicated that "she did not make it but she would remake it... I found that odd but whatever. She made it again..and I left... To make this short...this continued to happen for the next three days, back to back. I figured I would say something as I try to make sure I use the app to save time and so I can get in and out of the store (less exposure) while I am on my way to do things. All times I was having to check and have them remake the latte. I am surprised that my order was not correct, not once but every time.
