The ridiculous looking barista proceeded to tell me that in the future she will not refill my iced tea because I sat in the blazing steaks seats right in front of their store. I love this location. The baristas are super friendly, and work as quickly as they can to get your order made accurately. I've been coming to this location for about a 6 months now religiously because they've gone out of their way to remember my name and my order. Being a former barista myself, I understand how difficult it can be to remember guest's names but when you are the one being remembered it feels super special! Sometimes when I walk in on a busy morning and they shout "good morning Jenn!" I feel like a celebrity! The new mobile ordering makes ordering your favorite drink even easier. I just open the app at home and with a few clicks, my drink order is processed. By the time I here, it's done! Voila! This Starbucks is in the shopping center with Ross and 24 hour fitness so parking can get a little hairy. Give yourself extra time especially if you are heading to work, as you may not be able to find parking immediately between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm. read more

I agree with Missy S... but then again this is for ALL Starbucks locations in my book... it's either hit or miss... you'll get an awesome drink made JUST the way you like it... or you'll get a drink that sucks and you just wasted 5 bucks... I guess I don't drink coffee religiously enough to go EVERY single day and to be considered a 'regular'... where a certain staff member would recognize me and know what I want and how I want it... I've frequented this location for a number of years now since its located right next the 24hr. Fitness. I come in after my morning workout and have a tall decaff pour over before heading home. Being a regular, the staff eventually realized that I always have the same drink. It's always nice when they recognize you and give you a "Good Morning", some remembering my name. If they're not too busy, some of them might start preparing my beverage the moment they notice me in line. Two thumbs up to Kelly, Loren and all the other baristas! Wow, great service! What can I say, I'm a coffee whore. I'm Starbuck's bitch. They got me. Caffeine addict supreme! But there are limits to even my most intense cravings for a good Pike Roast or a double espresso. I go to Starbucks for the coffee, but I also like the prompt and friendly service. I normally go to the Starbucks in Waipio (which is awesome), but have come to the Mililani Mauka cafe several times. Unfortunately, during each of my visits I was waited on by disinterested and bored-looking employees and/or had to wait way too long, either inside or at the drive-thru, for simple orders that would have been filled at Waipio in half the time. If you must get your coffee in Mililani, go to the cafe at the Town Center. They are friendlier and faster. read more

This starbucks is a hit or miss. Some times the drinks are good, other times lousy. It really just depends on who is making your frappe. Few years back when I came here the guy who was serving me was a jackass. So was the girl working with him. They asked me a smart ass question which I found offensive so I wanted to walk away. But I haven't seen them working there since, so hopefully they got fired. Been to this starbucks since then and most of the workers are nice. But quality is really important to me. Some days I go and the frappes I order are great. Other times not, they are not blended enough and have chunks of ice. Big turn off! Just 3 words like I said: hit or miss. read more

As always, this sbux gets 5 stars. This is the one that I find pretty consistent, with the occasional new girl working the register (you know what I mean). Anyways, I come here every morning before work; sometimes stop here on my way to practices after work. Customer service is always good; baristas are always very friendly, contrary to my horrible morning grumpiness. This location is nice cuz it's not super busy, but it does have its occasional rushes. As I read in another review, parking here is sometimes bad after 5pm, but I think its because everyone is trying to get their daily workout at the gym nearby... I ordered a large caramel macchiato, but only received cream and coffee inside. Called the store about the mistake Sam was friendly enough to give me a replacement. The worst parts were they let me wait 30 minutes for my replacement really? Not cool traveling 12.3 miles to get my replacement was inconvenient enough and Time consuming. read more

This isn't my first time that I had to experience their bad customer service. We decided to study and work on applications at this Starbucks because it's closer to home. Upon entering, the employees didn't greet us, even though the place was pretty much empty. They weren't enthusiastic or friendly. When we ordered, we preferred to order separately, so we could get the stars for each drink. After the first order, however, the cashier just left and we just stood there, waiting. He only noticed after a few minutes and was kind of irritated that we wanted to do a second order. We're never coming back to this one. We'll make the drive to the town center one, even if it is a little farther and busier than this one. The employees there are way better than this one. read more

I love it when I walk in the door and immediately, one of the Workers there remembers me. She knew our order and started making our coffee the way we like it. The Cashier was still reloading my friend's Starbucks card and the coffee was done before the cashier. Talk about service with a smile. I believe her name is LaTonya, and she is amazing. No fault to Starbucks. .. people who get starbucks know that they going to pay for some ridiculous over priced alright coffee, I would prefer some Juan Valdez, but I'm not in my country so yeah... the price doesn't affect the stars I give this place, like I said I know what I'm paying for. For the most part, Starbucks is pretty much Starbucks wherever you go. Quality was on-par with most other locations, but my Green Tea Lemonade was pretty awesome here. This location is very small, so don't come expecting open outlets; I actually don't think there are any at all. In this day and age, outlets and internet are sort of essential to a coffee shop... so I find it odd that there aren't any. Location-wise: it could be better. The franchisee should've picked a better location if possible because it feels somewhat... claustrophobic. I think it's the smallest enclosed Starbucks I've seen yet.. The small size and poor location costed the 1-star but 4 is still pretty good to me. The service and products are fine. read more

Great barista's and what you'd expect from Starbucks. In this Mililani shopping center parking is limited so during peak shopping hours (after 5pm) it can be hard to get a spot close to the door. No public bathroom and the seating area is small. If you have a choice hit the one in the Mililani Town Center by Jamba Juice. read more

This is probably the least friendliest Starbucks I have been to. I have never felt more unwanted especially when you go in early in the morning. I'm always cheerful with people and expect the same if I am being polite. Not here. They treat everyone like they are idiots, they stare at people and overall my experience was horrible. I came over to this Starbucks for the first time randomly on a Tuesday morning. I don't really come out to the Mililani area but it seems like it is one of their main Starbucks locations in the area, maybe if not only (Waipio doesn't count). Anyways, the vibe and atmosphere over at this location seems kinda different from the other locations. I think the interior has to do something with it. It does have a decent amount of table and seating areas. The staff and customer service at the time of my visit was ok. It was semi busy and they were taking long to roll out orders but it is ok and of course understandable. The barista who took my order seemed kinda off but the main thing was that I still got my drink done and correct. Out of the Mililani Starbucks, this one seems like the least busy. Which is a good thing considering how swamped some of the other locations can get. It hasn't been largely renovated so it'll look a bit older than the others, but not bad by any means. They get the drinks right here like any other Starbucks. They're relatively quick too. This location has quite a bit of seating available so it could be a good work spot. Overall, just a pretty typical Starbucks. read more

I love Starbucks mililani shopping center location! This one is the best. I used to live in this area nearby but I moved to the Waipio Gentry area. I still go to this one near food land mililani. I love it there. I enjoy the atmosphere and all the baristas are very nice and accommodating. I am sorry I do not know everyone's names though I go there everyday. I usually order a double chocolate chip Frappuccino with a banana added to it and they all know my order soon as I walk in. Whoever is working there knows my name is Janet so they always greet me hi Janet the usual? I say yes. I am not a complainer unless Something was not to my likings which never happened to me yet.
