This Starbucks is located off of Grant Greek Road, and we came here early in the morning before going back on the road to continue our road trip. The place is sort of dark inside, but the place is well-maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly and kind! I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte, extra hot, and it came out deliciously. Parking is available in the small lot. +well-prepared drinks +friendly staff +parking available in lot

BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. Why?? Staff made it for me Was on a long roadtrip & visited this Starbucks 2 mornings. Mother's Day and they were slammed!! Staff was sweating but still upbeat, friendly and genuinely engaging. They had me smiling all day!

Slow, slow, slow. Breakfast Sandwich come up on time, Mocha was 25 minutes plus. Not sure why, 5 baristas, two on drive thru. i ordered through the app, for instore pickup. The coffee barista slow, not sure if it's because something is broke, but not starbucks normal standard.

This Starbucks is closest to my house so I end up coming here a lot. It is conveniently located right off the highway, but because of that you will usually have to wait a little longer. The parking lot is poorly designed and at busier times of day, it can be a pain getting in and out of there. As far as their service goes, they are usually really good. They have only messed up on my order once and were happy to fix it. The quality is just as you would expect for Starbucks. Occasionally they will be out of seasonal items such as pastries and specialty drinks, but for the most part they usually have what you order. Prior to Covid-19, I enjoyed going inside to order, but haven't done so in many months. There isn't a huge amount of seating inside, but when weather permits they do have tables and chairs outside. All things considered, I do like this location with the exception of the horrific parking lot design. You either love Starbucks or you hate it, and I have been a fan for about 18 years now. What can I say? I'm a sucker for those specialty drinks and my usual shaken black iced tea.

Perfect location for a quick cup of coffee for traveling. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly young lady who took my order and exchanged nice small talk, "where are you traveling, how's your day going?, etc". This place seemed to be very work friendly. Lots of people on their computers and having business meetings I ordered grande Pike Place for my husband and a tall blond latte for me. I don't usually get lattes. I usually order the Pike Place. I'm not sure if I'll get the Blond again but that's on me, not this store.

Nice the inside is open and there in a great location right off the highway. Everyone was nice and my order was right

Service is usually good, price fair, washrooms Nasty. For a nationwide chain they should have standards on cleaning.

It's a huge hangar type space filled with locals bustling in for their morning coffee. My typical way to know if I'll like a coffee shop is if their cappuccino is only offered in one (or two) sizes. Black Coffee had that-BINGO. Delicious and perfectly made. My only regret is not buying beans to brew at home.

(525) is worth a stop for the building alone--that curved corrugated-metal shell, the tangle of Edison bulbs strung across the high ceiling, and a sunny little patio out back make it one of the more distinctive coffee spots around. The service was friendly and quick. I ordered at the counter and had my drink in hand in no time, with genuinely nice folks behind the bar. The menu has some fun, unexpected touches too--the mint cold brew is a standout you won't find everywhere, and it's refreshing without being gimmicky. The pastry case is where they really shine. House-made bialys, savory danishes with coconut greens and pork belly, sweet danishes with black tea and roasted rhubarb, plus a rotating lineup of cookies and tea cakes. Everything looks like it's made with real care, and the bakery side (Grist) clearly takes the craft seriously. One heads-up: there's no WiFi. If you're hoping to post up and grind through a few hours of work, this isn't the spot for it--plan on a shorter visit or bring a hotspot. For a quick, high-quality coffee-and-pastry run, though, it's a winner. Come for the architecture and the mint cold brew, stay for the bialys--just don't expect to get much emailing done.

HOWEVER, you guys have got to get your shit figured out. The cashier gave us a number placard, and told us to stay at the front to get our drinks before sitting. So we did. Employees were abuzz, swarming like ping pong balls, and making food/drinks. We stood and waited, then after like 15 minutes a gal came out and handed me my plate of food!? We hadn't even gotten our drinks yet. Why was I being handed food first , vs my drink then served food at our table? So I wandered to a table without my spouse, and started to eat as he waited at the front for our drinks. :( I'm not happy about the disorder and chaos. This is NOT the way to run a restaurant. We sat and enjoyed our lattes, and the eclectic ambiance. Finally another ten to 15 minutes later, my husband's biscuits and gravy arrived. I was already done eating, when he began to eat. Sad to say, our experience was extremely disappointing. Totally disjointed experience, and it left us feeling very frustrated and irritated. This shouldn't need to be said, but you guys need to serve people in the order they come in. Get those tickets done asap, and it'll clear up your insane bottleneck you create by serving the "easiest" drinks and meals first. Yummy food, but NOT a good dining experience. Also, there are some funny reviews whining about feeling uncomfortable that this place is anti-ICE. Pro-lgbtq. "Oh the horror" to be inclusive, and tolerant of other people! lol Clyde Coffee is said to be a "liberal" coffee shop, but if you think about it, this is simply human decency... Treat others with basic kindness, and you won't feel such guilt. :)

It has a local following (and ownership story), a friendly vibe, a cute logo and stand design that fits the name well, and the kind of welcoming personality that makes you smile a bit before getting back on the road. The menu is broad and should satisfy just about anyone in the car. There are numerous hot and cold coffee drinks, tea options, a wide variety of syrups, and several milk choices to accommodate different tastes and dietary preferences. Service was prompt, cheerful, and genuinely friendly. The coffee itself, however, lands closer to average for me. The drinks tend to rely more heavily on syrups and sweeteners than allowing the coffee to be the star. If you've visited places like Mercury Coffee around Seattle or Dutch Bros, you'll have a good sense of what to expect. As someone who has probably spent more time debating roast profiles than any reasonably adjusted adult should, I recognize that I may not be the ideal customer for this style of coffee stand, so take that criticism with the appropriate grain of salt. That said, context matters. For a drive-through stand in Missoula, Loose Caboose compares favorably with many similar options, and if you're willing to set aside any Seattle or San Francisco coffee snobbery, it's actually a bit above average for what it aims to be. Final Thoughts: Loose Caboose isn't a destination coffee shop that I'd build an itinerary around, but it's absolutely worth pulling over for if you're driving through town and looking for a pleasant caffeine stop. Friendly service, plenty of options, and a fun atmosphere make it an easy recommendation for road trippers. -AC

Biscuits and gravy was very disappointing: Biscuits- hard, chewy but the taste was good if that makes sense. Actually had to use my knife to cut the biscuit properly over cooked or warmed in a microwave?? For the Elk gravy- it was disgusting, there was a couple small specks of meat to be found. But it was over powering taste of onions. They should call it Onion gravy because that's all you can taste and no meat. Definitely don't not recommend the biscuit and gravy! The rest of the breakfast was fine and tasty. Coffee is very strong and bold flavor. Not for the weak of heart. A lot of people have commented on the wait time for their food. So we had about a 15 minute wait to get seated and the food took 40 minutes from the time we ordered until it arrived at the table. Will I go back? Yes I want to try some more of the food. My coffee was never refilled, nor was there an offer of a refill on my black coffee until they literally brought the check. And then, after receiving less than stellar service, when they saw that I wasn't tipping on my credit card was actually verbally scoffed at with expectation by the waitress who was processing the card to the point where it made my wife uncomfortable, and she had to tell them that there was a cash tip on the table. Had I known their behavior would continue to be so abhorrent towards their customers I wouldn't have bothered to leave a cash tip either. Unfortunately, the food is great, but the atmosphere is about as good as an outhouse in summer. As a Missoula native and longtime liquid planet customer, we won't be spending any more money with that business, or any of their other locations.
