This is a particularly loud location. There was no purpose as to why it was incredibly noisy! I kept to the basic drinks mostly as I found that the employees had a difficult time performing their barista duties when trying to customize the order. I've visited here quite frequently and haven't had a "none" off day with the staff. Whenever I placed an in-person or mobile order there always seemed to be an issue with the level of sweetness to my beverages. Note to self you as a customer pay for additional pumps. I caught the staff on several occasions not even adding in the paid-for customization of the drinks. I would have to go out of my way as a customer to correct them on their purposeful disregard of stealing from consumers. No morals or ethical values behind taking people's money (to harbor it for a multi-billion dollar corporation) and not rendering service. That is not okay. As for sitting in the lobby if you can manage to get a decent spot and block out the discordance or have a good pair of headphones then it's a place to sit and get productive. This is my favorite Starbucks location in town. The baristas are prompt and knowledgeable, and if they make a mistake (which has only happened twice) they are happy and quick to fix it. This location is always really clean and the staff is genuinely pleasant. The wifi is fast and connecting is a breeze. read more

Actually this Starbucks is better than most. It's your typical cookie cutter not so great coffee Starbucks. The thing that made my experience better here was the customer service. Being from NYC I want my coffee and I want it done right the first time and in a hurry. Look I can go to a Starbucks anywhere and it should taste the same but the experience usually sucks. I always have a special order because face it this isn't my deli or the coffee guy on the corner that I just get light and sweet in the early morning. So I ordered my drink and they did it right. No long wait and I had three drinks and a panini on my order. Good job barista if you can even be called that since Starbucks uses super automatic machines. read more

Can't go wrong with a Starbucks in my opinion. It's in a decent spot and noon on a Tuesday isn't too crowded. Free wifi is always a plus. It's clean. Plenty of seating. The employees seem to enjoy each others company and that's a good thing to be around when you're sitting in the cafe. Just giving it a 3 star because Starbucks are everywhere. I approve for sure and if I lived closer to this location I probably would frequent it and more stars. Anyways if you're looking for a good coffee shop on Reserve St this is a good one. read more

I got an iced vanilla coffee with a little bit of room and it's just what I expected! Service was super fast and everyone was very friendly! The atmosphere isn't the best for studying, which is what I'm usually after in a coffee shop, though it's not too busy or loud. The inside of the store is a tad messy compared to other coffee shops. read more

This Starbucks is my favorite when I am driving the vast expanses of Montana. It is so easy to jump off the freeway and get back on from here. The staff here are cheerful and helpful. The only thing that I just don't understand is why their front door won't open? It sticks so hard I have thought they were closed many times. It has been like this for MONTHS! I'm sure there are repair people in Missoula who could fix this. Going into Missoula means committing to at least an hour of trying to find what I want, and often places are closed! This is a pretty good Starbucks. I ordered a cup of coffee and they got it to me fast. Once I got it, I found it to be very tasty. The employees all seemed to be pretty decent folks and the parking was ample. If I ever find myself in the area and needing some coffee again, I will be sure to stop in. read more

Best Starbucks in town! I typically prefer local businesses, but in a pinch I will always go to this Starbucks. The employees are always so personable and friendly and they've never messed up my orders that I can recall. You're in and out of the drive through in a snap even when it's busy. love starbucks when I really want to wake up. this one? was different than the rest. Mainly cause we paid with a fifty? and got change for a ten. this tells me that the employee hadn't really been paying attention, and maybe needed her own cup of joe. I normally don't go to Starbucks but it was on the way to my destination and I needed a pick-me up. Whenever I go to this location they mess up my order which isn't that big of a problem if they have a good attitude about it. Today the girl at the window wasn't friendly at all. When I handed back the drink and reminded her I ordered iced instead of hot the expression on her face showed that she was frustrated at me. No apology. And when she handed me the correct drink, I thanked her but she just gave me a firm "uh-huh." Won't be going to Starbucks for a very long time..if at all anymore. Hard to hate on this place. Employees do a great and fast job, and it's a hell of a cup of coffee. Fu fu if you like or a nice bold drip. I love this Starbucks! The Baristas know my name, they know my favorite drinks, and they bend over backwards to make sure they are right. Today, I wanted a Caramel Flan latte, and since they don't have the syrup anymore they actually gave me a Latte with Toffee and Caramel. It tasted perfect and it cost the same as a regular latte!! Horrible barista, who had SUCH an attitude with me. Slightly concerned my coffee was spit in. Every time I come here my coffee is always watery and definitely not the best. That's what you get with Starbucks in Missoula though I'm assuming (I'm from Seattle and never had a problem there!).
