Salted caramel latte!

Actually this Starbucks is better than most. It's your typical cookie cutter not so great coffee Starbucks. The thing that made my experience better here was the customer service. Being from NYC I want my coffee and I want it done right the first time and in a hurry. Look I can go to a Starbucks anywhere and it should taste the same but the experience usually sucks. I always have a special order because face it this isn't my deli or the coffee guy on the corner that I just get light and sweet in the early morning. So I ordered my drink and they did it right. No long wait and I had three drinks and a panini on my order. Good job barista if you can even be called that since Starbucks uses super automatic machines.

Can't go wrong with a Starbucks in my opinion. It's in a decent spot and noon on a Tuesday isn't too crowded. Free wifi is always a plus. It's clean. Plenty of seating. The employees seem to enjoy each others company and that's a good thing to be around when you're sitting in the cafe. Just giving it a 3 star because Starbucks are everywhere. I approve for sure and if I lived closer to this location I probably would frequent it and more stars. Anyways if you're looking for a good coffee shop on Reserve St this is a good one.

After we ordered, however, we were bummed to find them promoting anti-ICE ideology in a prominent way at the front counter. Can't a coffee shop just make good coffee and not get political? If not for having political things a prominent part of the experience, I probably would give this place five stars. But it takes away from the experience if, even when you are just trying to get a drink and a bite to eat, you must ascribe allegiance to some cause or some political agenda. Typical Missoula I guess. I just would love to be able to have a relaxing time getting a cup of coffee and nobody carrying whether my values are democrat or republican, ICE or anti-ICE.

It has a cool, modern coffee shop aesthetic with a clean layout and a good amount of seating. The ambiance is definitely a highlight and makes it feel like a place you'd want to hang out. Unfortunately, the coffee and service didn't match the vibe. The drinks were underwhelming and not particularly memorable. Service felt rushed but also slow? It was a big game of hurry up and wait. On top of that, staff is not very warm or welcoming. Nothing outright rude, just not friendly or engaging. Overall, it's a visually appealing spot, but based on my experience, the quality of the coffee and the service are what hold it back. I may give it another try, but it didn't win me over the first time.

The pastry case is impressive with a huge selection of pastries, bagels, and goodies, including massive pies that are hard to resist. Coffee and tea options cover all the standard classics, plus some fun twists that keep the menu interesting. The coffee is good for the area but nothing outstanding. The space itself is large with plenty of seating options, and it never feels overly crowded, which is a big plus if you want to sit and relax for a while. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill. The baristas used to be incredibly friendly, remembered drink orders, and made you feel genuinely welcome. Lately, it feels rushed and impersonal, like you're just being pushed through the line with little acknowledgment. The experience has been very hit or miss, which makes it hard to want to return regularly. Overall, amazing pastries and pies, solid drinks, and a great space, but the inconsistency in service is what keeps this from being a frequent stop for me anymore.
