It was an EXPERIENCE! The perfect amount of crunchy on the outside but the inside is flaky and just the smallest hint of sweet. Hands down the BEST croissant I've ever had. Side story- they close at 1pm on Saturday, I was working on my computer and lost track of time. Even thought they were closed they didn't kick any of us out OR ask us to leave. They just locked the door so no more people came in. No dirty looks, nothing. They just let the people still inside enjoy their drinks and food. I thought that was incredibly sweet.
