This Starbucks sits at the corner of Bullsboro and what is now known as Celebrate Life Parkway. It is an oddly situated location in a small plaza that also features other businesses who have heavy traffic. Given this, parking can be tough, and the drive thru lane, plus entry into the lane, can be a bit cumbersome. Just be on the lookout and move cautiously throughout the parking lot! Even with all the location has against it, the drinks and treats always solid and hit the spot every time. Additionally, service is always stellar from the speaker to the window. This is one of the few Starbucks around Newnan, and in this immediate area, so it can get pretty busy, even at random times. Overall, solid Starbucks location. I don't like the fact that the drive thru employees ALWAYS put out a pinpad and ask for a TIP. WHY do I have to pay the bonus for the employees? Why not PAY THEM MORE and eliminate this tipping scheme? It's not needed and you are losing business because of it. After 10 years of going to this Starbucks location, seen 2 different renovations. Known many different managements, seen new district managers cycling through here. This lady is by far the worst person to have managed this location. She is rude and disrespectful. She will ban anyone who questions her authority or point out her poor staff training. Ever since she started managing this location all of the good staff that left has told us personally how harsh the atmosphere is and wright ups for no reason and she is the reason why they left. The new employees she hires and train are lazy, always complaining, and does not pay attention to details. She band my fiancé first because he has told them for the 10+ times for putting whole milk in his drink when he orders it with soy milk...HE IS DEATHLY ALLERGIC!!! She then decides to just ban him from the store and had her employees lie about him cussing out an employee. Here recently when I tired to use the restroom (because I thought she just banned my Fiancé) she confronted me and told me and my other fiancé to get out. Then she caused a ruckus and somehow inserted my personal family situation and screamed in the lobby in front of all the guest in the lobby that I was just upset because I abandoned my brother and that she can take care of him better! First time at this location. It's well lit, good natural lighting and the bathroom is clean. The baristas have calm energy, which I'm a fan of. I hate that I have to rate this establishment so low, however, if I could give it "zero" stars I would. I am not a Starbucks lover by any means. I would prefer to give my business and money to my local coffee shop any day. However, on occasion, I will drive through my neighborhood Starbucks in a pinch. Yesterday was the last day I will ever visit this location. The employees are unprofessional, rude, and their quality of service is embarrassing. Not to mention, last year I had an entire drink spilled on my lap, in my center console and in both cupholders. Mind you, this was a hot drink. I will not go into that entire experience because it makes me so upset, but yesterday I was humiliated for the woman that spoke so obscenely to me through the drive-through. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Starbucks and it was all because of a barista named Alyssa. I came in not sure what would happen but I had an offer that was on my app that was supposed to expire that day but when I went into the store and open my app the offer was no longer there. I explain to her that the day before I try to use it at a Starbucks inside of a target store but their system couldn't take it. So I decided to wait and go to this store the next day. But like I stated before when I opened the offer it was no longer there. I show the list of the text where it was some program going on there if you text the number to the Starbucks it was send you 150 stars for a free drink. She just explained That she's not sure why it would've gone away and sometimes things happen that they can't control on her end. But you did show me the information and I can just get you a free drink. There was no oh I have to have proof of a code, or oh no there's nothing else I could do. She simply took care of her customer and gave an amazing experience. That means a lot because I work in a retail environment and having a good customer experiences is key to the job. This was my first time visiting this location. I went through the drive thru at about 5 PM on a Saturday. The line was not very long and the person taking my order greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the speaker to order. I ordered a PSL and pumpkin loaf. There were only two people in front of me, but the line moved a bit slow for it not to be full. When I got up to the window, the lady that took my payment and handed me my order was extremely welcoming and cordial. My order was correct and fresh. Ever since management changed this Starbucks is always giving a hassle, if it's not one thing it's another. My main concern is their line takes 20 minutes to get through if you have 4 cars in front of you. I used to come to this location all the time and loved it. It's silly now they close at 7pm. Almost every person at the window has an attitude. They do not break $100's they will straight up tell you they won't take it and they will ask you to pay with card. We still use cash people... keep cash in your drawers. I went to the Starbucks down the street and they were more than happy to accommodate. And they are always nice at the window. Where to start? I'll say this, the staff is nice. Outside of that.....eh. Since this store was rebuilt\reopened, the quality or skill set needed to make drinks has gone down hill TREMENDIOUSLY. I don't like using terms like, always, never, all the time because normally that's not the case. But since this store reopened, I have NEVER had a drink taste the same when I order the exact same thing all the time. Our last visit my wife ordered a drink with "cold foam" - a $1.25 up charge. The charge is not a big deal, but part of the story. My wife received the drink and noticed there was no cold foam. She asked about it and the server said "yeah, sorry...I tried to make it twice and couldn't get it right....do you still want it?" My wife replied, well I paid extra for it and wanted it with my drink, so yes please. Instead of the server saying, Hey, I couldn't get this right so I took the charge off...she just passed the drink off and wasn't going to acknowledge hoping my wife wouldn't either. The server tried for a third time....still couldn't get the cold foam right, so my wife said it was fine and just took the drink. This store is in some SERIOUS need for retraining their employees. I get slight variances in taste depending on day and who's making drinks - No one expects perfection. But again...I have NEVER had a consistent tasting drink from this store since it reopened. Just stopped by off the highway, should've read the reviews ... one of the slowest stores I've ever been to; the entire time took 30 minutes for ONE drink. The drink (a Nitro iced coffee with salted cream) was made wrong, tasted gritty and had no ice. The restrooms had no paper towels, but was replaced with Starbucks napkins, that should've been a sign to leave. Last time I stop off the highway without checking reviews. Terrible! read more

Never had any issues with this place, until I ordered a cappuccino. The cup was full of foam with hardly any coffee. I ordered a Grande and 75% of it was foam.When I brought it up, the girl at the window proceeded to explain to me what a cappuccino was. Unfortunately not a great experience at this location. Poor customer service. I recommend you go o the one inside of the nearby Target. Ordered two venti ice coffees and it took a long time to get them once we were at the window. We tasted them after we pulled out to let others get their drinks, and they were wrong. One was suppose to only have two pumps of cinnamon dolce and cream (no classic). It had cream but no cinnamon dolce. The other was a plain iced coffee with classic and extra cream. It had cinnamon dolce and milk. Went back inside and the barista argued that he had prepared them as I had ordered them. Not sure why he was argumentative. Turns out he though I had ordered a latte. Hardly go to a store that gets your order right anymore. Stopped by this location on Sunday 1/10/15 at 8:22AM with a "friend" to get breakfast on our way to Atlanta. There was one other customer in line, our order was taken promptly. We waited maybe 3 minutes before our drinks were ready. The food came shortly after that. I, like every other Starbucks customer, gave a kinda complicated drink order. The barista who took my order did not repeat my order back to me, which gave me cause for concern. I'm seeing a lot of complaints about wait times and I did have to wait in a long line to get my drink however I was very happy once I got my order. My iced white chocolate mocha was perfect I couldn't have asked for a better drink.
