Although this isn't the best Starbucks I've ever been to, there aren't many options for Starbucks in Newnan. This place is the most convenient because it's located just off of highway 85. I've found the drive thru to be slow as well. The parking lot is almost always full & now that a new business has moved in next door, it's even worse. The size inside is unusually small from the looks of the building. It's not the best place to study. This location is more for socializing with friends. In my experience the customer service & cleanliness has been acceptable & I have no complaints. Although it is helpful I usually do a mobile order & it's ready when I arrive. read more

This location is extremely slow. Every time I come here I swear I'll never come back. I think there would be a riot if it was in a large city due to the long waits. The drive through is always tedious and there is no escaping the line once you're in it. Plus the drive through is always littered with trash. I come quite often since it's the closest Starbucks from both my job and my house. The workers are very friendly but I gotta say they mess up my order often. I always order soy milk because I'm intolerant to lactose, and since I mostly go to the drive thru, by when i notice i got regular milk instead of soy I don't feel like facing Bullsboro's traffic to get my order straight. Since soy milk is an add-on to the price, i think they should pay a bit of mind to this kind of details. This is the reason why I can't give them 5 stars. read more

Seriously one of the slowest locations I have experienced. They will offer in store pick up on the app but when you go to walk in their doors are locked. You have a minimum 15 minute wait just to get through the drive thru. Even after ordering online. read more

My daughter and I went through Starbucks this afternoon and I ordered the new tea refresher (it's a raspberry color). When we got to the window the girl handed us my daughters drink and then a clear drink and we asked, "Isn't this suppose to be pink?" She said, "Here's the thing, we are out of the syrup." So she just handed us the drink without saying anything and we weren't suppose to notice? They didn't offer us any money off or a credit or anything. Plus the drink tasted terrible...it was Apple something. The main thing is that she didn't tell us before handing us the drink so we could maybe switch to something different and then didn't offer us a refund or credit. Most disappointing experience I have had at Starbucks, thus far. As I wait patiently for my Carmel Brule, I observe the entire staff taking a sampling a beverage that another staff member just created. Looked delicious. However this took priority over making my coffee as well as others who are waiting in line. After enjoying their sampling. The lady who was making my coffee, Savannah, proceeded to wipe her mouth after her treat-touch her face, nose and mouth numerous times while pulling up her pants and coughing also not covering her mouth... wait for it!!!! WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS before preparing the next four orders. As I quivered and watched her opening new syrups and handling the pumps that go INSIDE the bottles, and making guests coffee, I was truly in shock and unable to say a word. I noticed what appeared to be the manager speaking to another employee at one of the tables, I was going to mention these things to her when I noticed she was repeatedly putting her own hair up in a ponytail, in her visor, at a table around numerous guests. I don't believe my observation of unsanitary practices in her store would've made very much of an impact being that she was practicing as well. Food safety and handling is nothing to joke around with. People get very sick! Customers are aware of safe practices and are observing staff members. We are not oblivious. read more

On this visit I purchased my go to favorite, which was a Caramel Macchiato. I've never had a problem with the way my drinks are made here, so of course it tasted delicious. The only con this particular Starbucks location has would be the appearance. This store kind of looks like a warehouse. If the Starbucks sign was not outside the building you would probably pass right by it. This is a smaller store so there is limited seating inside. The customer service is good and the staff is friendly, which makes up for the not so cute appearance of the store. read more

Me and my husband were in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. My husband ordered my latte then asked for any hot tea with honey in it and the man said "sure, I'll put honey in it." We finally get to the pay window and the man did not ring up tea and put honey in my coffee?? I don't understand the level of incompetence at this location. I go here probably more than I should. The drive thru is far to convenient when I'm rushing to work every morning. During peak hours it can be a loonnggg wait, however it's to be expected. The staff is always so friendly and helpful in the few occasions they messed up my order. (Very rare) but always quick to fix it! The drive thru is always slow and takes so long. However, I like their coffee, food, and service, so before I go there; I use the mobile app and order ahead of time, walk in and just pick up my drink and leave! It's very easy and makes my morning routine a lot faster and my day more organized. read more

I've lived here in newnan my entire life. The coffee is always great and correct here but the lines are so bad. I ALWAYS sit here in the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes. They used to give you free coffee if you waited that long. Now just a headache. read more

This was by far the best Starbucks I been to. The customer service is fantastic. I even got a free Frappucino one time because they messed up somebody's order. The Wi-Fi works great, and there's lots of places to sit with your computer. read more

Driving by this one for the first time a week ago, there was a huge line in the drive through & decided not to go. However, I did want to give it a try and went the other day, despite the long line, we went through the drive through and regretted it w/in a couple minutes as the line was not moving. Everyone knows that Starbucks is the place to go for coffee! However, their chipotle chicken pinini is amazing! Great food, awesome customer service and a wonderful place to pass it forward! I came into this location, and waited patiently in line for 15 mins. I order a simple passion tea, and waited 35 mins for my drink while 6 people behind me received their orders before me. I understand cups get lost, so I asked the lady at the register if she had put in my order in, and she looked at me like I was asking her what the chemical formula for the moon was. She responded with "well I put the order in so go find it". I finally received my order from a young lady who still had the reminisce of large black Xs on her hands from a bar. She had messed up previous orders, and was working extremely lethargically. She was most likely too hungover to read the orders. I am a frequent costumer with Starbucks, but this location has made me strongly rethink about returning. I will from now be continuing my consumer experiences with Black Rifle Coffee. read more

If you go to the drive thru the Waits are generally extremely long I made the mistake of trying the drive-thru again and waited around 20 mins. Usually I'll get a cold brew black coffee however the last few times I've had it the cold brew has clearly been old. Thank goodness they are opening a new location down the street the terrible service and location at this store will make it easy to not come back here. read more

Went in and the staff were talking amongst themselves and never acknowledged that I was there. Upon finishing their personal conversation, two of them walked away from the counter while I was standing there. I finally asked one of them where did I need to order.
