Unfortunately this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Even worse than any airport Starbucks. They run out of everything!!! No breakfast sandwiches and they were rude about it. Rather than list everything you don't have- tell me what you do have! When we got our drinks they asked us if we needed a straw! Ummm yes. Who the hell carries around their own straws in their car? And to top it off we had to ask them for our credit card back. This place is a nightmare. read more

* Hot Coffee & Hotspot * As "coffee snobs," my wife and I went here during our White Mountain vacation this summer. The nearby hotel and restaurant coffees didn't cut it for us. Starbucks may be a chain with a bad impression to some, but they serve up good coffee at a reasonable price. We don't get any of the expensive, specialty coffees like mochas, lattes, or puccinos --it's just regular coffee for us. The coffee was good and consistent every day we stopped over. Starbucks coffee is naturally a bit on the strong side, so if you want wimpy coffee (e.g., Dunkin Donuts), then go elsewhere. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance was relaxing. They also offer free Wifi. But, then again, all cafés offer Wifi these days. (Even McDonald's offers free Wifi!) * Bottom Line * Get your java jolt here, while in North Conway. read more

I'd give this place a 0 star if I could. Terrible service! Nobody was in there and I ordered 2 iced teas that took 12 minutes for them to make! The person that came in after me (3 mins) got the same thing and somehow got theirs first. And when I get my drinks the whole thing is ice and I got 2 venti's. So disappointing! read more

I went to this location because other coffee shops were closed. The woman who took my order in the drive thru was rude and very short. When I first pulled up, I asked for one moment so I could scan over the menu board quickly and the employee informed me that "they were closing soon so I would need to order quickly". I work in a coffee shop as well and when customers come close to closing time I wait on them like I would any other customer. If it is past closing that is one thing, but if a customer comes before that then I don't see an issue. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I would rather go to a Cumberland Farms and get convenient store coffee before going back to this Starbucks and having to deal with ignorant employees. read more

RATING WOULD BE LOWER THAN A .5!!!! this place is awful. me and my party waited a very long for 4 drinks and it took approximately 15 minutes to get very simple drinks. when i did not like my drink because i was my first trying it i asked one of the baristas to make me a new one and she was extremely rude in response and i did not appreciate that. when we were waiting for our drinks they were taking there sweet old time and i looked over to see a worker playing with frappuccino lids. worst starbucks. read more

The worst! My husband and I have a second home up here and are in the Valley almost every weekend. As a former barista at Starbucks when I was younger, this place drives me crazy. Service is so slow and there's nothing more annoying than seeing a line out the door and 5 people behind the corner who walk around like there's no rush. Not typical Starbucks service. I've given up on this location and from now on whenever I'm in N. Conway I drink Dunkin. read more

Nice Starbucks, in walking distance to a Borders Express if you need to stretch your legs with your cup of coffee. They have good indoor and outdoor seating, with easy parking. Kind staff, very tourist-friendly, and a drive through (which kinda dampens the mood when you're inside if you ask me, but it's okay). read more

The location is great right at the junction of Rt. 16 and 302 and next to LL.Bean. Nice if you are in need of some coffee or place to rest up while shopping, but there are some better options including Frontside grind and the MET coffeehouse. My small cinnamon bun needed frosting, and my chocolate milk was small. My parents and sister liked their coffees and food.

I like to go here and order coffee and pastries. The trick is to get here when there is no waiting line. You can get spoiled fairly easily. It's a nice place to bring your lap top and go on the web. It's always clean and the staff is always polite. They have a good selection of packaged coffee. read more

I want to say that this is a great store and location. The staff is not only friendly but helpful. The GM/DM is very nice as well. Their new Moca cookie crumble is so good and I am not a big fan of any coffee type drink. They offer great deals and do give to charities. Their quality is a lot better than most out there. It also comes at a better price than their competitors coffee which is a bigger plus. Although this is a franchise it is better than others out there. People say you have the MET and frontside grind which are good but Starbucks is just as good and you are still supporting business in the area. Again I do want to say the staff here are exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to make sure they have a happy customer which is different than the competitor chain stores. read more

Crowded at 4:00 on Jan. 2nd --- Only one barista of five workers making most drinks. Very slow, poorly organized service; multiple drinks for one customer come as much as 5 minutes or more apart. Too few seats; some loaded with supplies. read more

This is the first Starbucks to overcharge me for a shitty drink. I get the same drink every time and every Starbucks. I even got my drink here before too. It's always the same price range. $3.15 - $3.50. I was charged $6.05 for this drink while on my honeymoon. I went through the drive through, ordered my regular drink. When questioning her if she is positive that's the price for espresso and almond milk she said yes we have to charge for almond milk. lol I could've went across the way to Hannafords and got 2 cartons of almond milk for less. Then I get my drink, it's wrong and doesn't taste right and it's warm, not even iced. I walked in and asked about it and just asked for what I ordered and all 3 girls working that day behind the counter all started talking at once at me. Apparently they charge that for all the almond milk. When I've never been charged for that. I looked at the receipt and it said latte $4.45.. ok where did the other $1.60 come from ???? What the hell was I even paying for. After all three girls barked at me basically, I left with melted ice, a disgusting drink, and double charged for something I know i was jipped for. Nice. Clean store, little wait time, and friendly service. Starbucks is just too pricey for it to be a regular coffee place for me. Im not a fan of DD coffee, so I often go to McDonalds. Their coffee is not as good as Starbucks, but a third of the price. read more
