I love Starbucks this one great except they do not enforce the no smoking policy (law?) posted on their door and tables. Most annoying to be sitting outside on a lovely day with great coffee only to be ruined by breathing in smoke from other customers). They can fix this. read more

Every Starbucks is usually the same-friendly staff, good service-BUT, I noticed something different on the menu today: COFFEE ICE. yay!!! No more watered down iced coffee. I rarely ever get iced coffee because the ice normally waters down the coffee and I like the coffee too much. So seeing 'coffee ice' was an answer from up above. I got an iced vanilla chai latte with a shot of espresso and coffee ice- it's a pretty sweet drink but the ice makes it perfect 2 mins in :) read more

My husband and I stopped in to get a coffee to keep us awake for our the last leg of our drive. The second I walked in I knew I didn't want ANYTHING. This was the first time we have EVER walked out of Starbucks. Disgusting!!! Trash everywhere inside and outside right by the door. I could clearly see all the trash on the floor behind the counter. While my husband was looking up another Starbucks I watched the barista throw things all over the counter, use milk that looked like was sitting out for awhile. I've never been so disappointed with Starbucks. What a shame! read more

What more can I say, other than, it's a starbucks. I love their drinks, especially the iced lattes and the chais. The staff is friendly. The drinks coem out quickly. And my daughter is head over heals in love with their pink cake pops. read more

Really like this location's drive thru. The people that great you at the pick up window are the friendliest of any of the Starbucks I've been to. The drinks are always just a tad more "crafted" than the other locations - you can definitely tell a subtle taste difference for the better here. read more

Disgusting the bathroom was messy and so was the inside of the establishment. Crumbs, paper, sugar etc. everywhere!!

Way to take a wrong order. I asked for a grande flat white at 120 degrees and said I wanted to use my stars, when I was given a price I repeated that I wanted to use my stars and I got a toned "I know". I ended up getting a tall, way over 120 degrees and was charged for it and I was given a decaf, which wasn't even part of the conversation, how do do you that? read more

We have never had such watered down tea lemonades. The green tea one tasted like lightly sweetened water.

I know i'm late, but I'm just now getting on the Coffee Band Wagon. I was never a big fan of it, and recently I've been drinking Coffee like it's juice. I guess that's what cold weather does to ya. Anywho, when I went to Stabucks I was greeted with a smile and a " How do you do", which I always love. The pastry's were looking delicious, so I got a Blueberry Scone. Mmmmmm, I'm a sucker for Scones. The Blueberry Scone was very flavorful, nice and flaky, just melt in your mouth. I definitely will be going back and getting another. I also ordered a Pumpkin Spice Iced Chai tea, because its just not Fall without Pumpkin Spice. I've never had Chai Tea, but I wanted to be adventurous and I will be ordering them more often. It was very creamy, just a little bit rich, but not enough to deter you away. Now, this is going to sound weird, but at first the only thing i didn't like is the size of the cup. I bought a small ( which is what i think they call a Tall, I know Crazy, Lol) because that was the more affordable one at around $4.00. However, the small looked too small, at least for what I paid for. As i continue to drink the Iced Chai Tea, I realized that the small didn't need to be bigger than what it was, because the tea is so creamy, that if you had a bigger cup, it would be too much. read more

Typical Starbucks....nothing to complain about but nothing to make a positive point about either.

As Starbucks go, this one isn't to bad. It's generally quite and quick. And pretty much they make the drinks to order as expected with no hassle. The only problem i have is with the layout. They have rail style seating along with the more traditional sit down (they also have spots outside). But the rail is adjacent to the counter, and it doesn't leave to much room for the order line in between. While this is not a problem most of the tome, it can be when it gets busy, such as the various shift changes from the various facilities in the area. But all in all, if in the area and i want to grab a coffee, i have no problem with hitting this location up. read more

I came into this Starbucks on my day off to complete some work. Although they were very busy, the staff was extremely polite and quick with getting my order out. I ordered a strawberry açaí refresher. It had two small pieces of strawberry and was a little watered down. When I went to sit down I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness. They must do better with keeping the seating area clean. read more

Just left the parking lot and tasted our coffees and wanted to go back. My husband ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha and I had ordered a creme brûlée latte. We were charged for those specific drinks however, after tasting them we realized it was only espresso and milk. Absolutely NONE of the flavoring or syrups. Stopped in for a cafe mocha, which the barista made without chocolate. I politely asked her to remake it, which prompted her to argue with me for about a minute until another customer (an older woman) told her to just remake it and save everyone time. The barista remade it again without chocolate (we stood there and watched). The other customer and I exchanged a look, after which she said to me, "There's another Starbucks up the road at the Avenue."
