Visited twice in two days. Both times the drive thru service and wait time were just plain bad. Had to wait 20+ minutes for two drinks the first day. Both drinks were the same, yet they handed us one, and proceeded to take no less than another 5 minutes to make the second. Day 2, same dreadful wait for one drink. This has got to be the slowest starbucks I have ever been too! I waited almost 40 minutes in line for three simple drinks and 2 snowman cookies (which they had a hard time finding) by the time I had left the drive thru line was in the road. And not to mention the parking lot is horribly designed. I almost got backed into while in the drive thru. Will definitely not return. Try the one in Southaven if you have the time. I've come here on several occasions over the last ten years that my family has lived in Olive Branch. But, recently, I've started hanging out here to use the WiFi and get work done when I'm away from home. This location, just off US 78, may have the friendliest staff of any Starbucks location I've visited in the US or abroad! Drive thru line is often long. While efficient, park and go inside if you have the time. But, you may need to park on the street. This place is popular at certain times if day. Kudos! read more

This is the second day in a row I have been to the Olive Branch Starbucks. They are unbelievably slow. I placed a mobile order today thinking this would speed the process. Normally when a Starbucks is backed ip the staff are working double time when you go inside. I went inside today and they have one new person making all of the drink orders while the other three are standing around. This is annoying beyond belief. read more

Worst service I've ever had. After waiting for 15 minutes and watching 5 people that order after me get there coffee I requested my money back. I watched my cup get picked up and put back down atleast 3 times. The whole time employees just standing around talking. Only person that was actually helping customers was the young lady working the drive through. At $5 for a cup of coffee I expect so much more. Will never go back to this store again. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. They make the best as you want. Customer service is the best.

Stopped in for an iced tea, bacon/gouda/cheese breakfast sandwich and a coffee. All were very good and your traditional Starbucks faire. The store was clean. Lots of tables to choose from. It was fairly open inside at 10:30 AM. The parking lot is a traditional pain in the rear Starbucks parking lot. Why can't Starbucks figure out they need longer drive thru lanes. Plus the lanes they do have block the parking spots which makes it impossible to get in and out when there is a line of people waiting for their orders. And this is at almost every single Starbucks I have been to, not just this one. I had to back out and go out the in because it was impossible to go the other direction. Plus, most of the patrons there were the traditional 'not paying attention to others' type of people and they wander in the drive thru way out in the middle of the driving lane. Just because you can afford expensive coffee doesn't mean you should be a complete jerk and take the entire parking/driving lot for yourself and make it hard for everyone else to navigate. Hug the curb so people can actually get in and out without almost hitting your car. Staff was ok friendly but they seemed as if they were having a bad day. She slammed my tea on the counter saying my name and walked away without looking at me or saying thanks or anything. A big fat 'nothing.' I am not sure when places like this started been allowed to treat their customers like junk. I do wish management would pay attention to their staff and train them on this concept. It is really pretty simple: be polite, deliver their items as quickly as you can, and act as if you want to be here. read more

This one is better than many. They size and layout are pretty cookie-cutter, nothing special. But the folks who work here have a little extra spunk. They are energetic and appear to by trying to have a decent time at work. This makes a difference. read more

I go here basically every single day! (especially this time of year because I love pumpkin spice!) The staff are all so amazing and all know me and my order. They're all really friendly and great at customer service and all of them can find a way to make my day. There are some really awesome employees here that really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make sure you're taken care of! Trevor, John, Theresa, Logan, Dustin, and Matt are just some of the awesome employees that I know by name. I honestly enjoy coming in each visit because of them and this location is close to where I work so it's convenient for me but even if there is a closer starbucks to me when I am out and about I'll still make a trip to this one because of the awesome employees here. read more

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. I always mobile order. For some reason it still takes 20-30 minutes over the suggested prep time. Every. Single. Time. Half of the time my drink is incorrect, which they do remake, but it adds an extra 5 minutes. It is not like my drink is complicated- just an iced drink that takes 2 minutes to prepare at other Starbucks locations. I could literally save time by driving the 20 minutes down to the Church and Airways store. Hopefully management can get this issue under control. read more

The staff is a little loud! My coffee was sitting on their counter for who knows how long before I asked about my drink, they never announced it! As a frequent visitor to "Buckins" (that's what I call it) this location is one of my favorites. The staff is great, there are some really friendly, personable people working there. The only complaint I have is that they always seem to run out of my favorite banana walnut bread. The menu may be the same, but the atmospheres are different at each one. I stop by this Starbucks almost daily. I used to think I had the "time strategy" down; as one reviewer said, this place does get really crowded at certain parts of the day. To go through the drivethru for my morning latte (and maybe a bagel or blueberry muffin) without waiting in line, I need to pull in a little before 7am. However, it will often vary from day to day. The good thing about their drive-thru line is that it typically goes fast. The baristas at the window are super friendly and fast. I come through with my dogs (pitbulls) a lot; they always prepare a small cup of whipped cream (Puppacino) for my babies. There are two others Starbucks in the area; one right down the road at Target and one several miles further in Southaven. However, the Olive Branch Starbucks is most definitely the best! read more

I travel around the country to a new city every week and visit at least two Starbucks in every place I go. This is by far the worst I have ever been to. The most unfriendly staff. We waited at the counter for at least five minutes before someone even acknowledged us. And there were A LOT of people working. And running back and forth behind the counter. I counted six employees. They seemed extremely unorganized. When she finally did greet us she wasn't even friendly she just said " what can I get you?" I started to order my drink and before I even finished she turned to another employee passing frantically and said " I have to go do drivethru. Can you do this?" Ok , no biggie. So the second lady took my drink order while a third one was writing it on a cup, the one taking our order left and said that the third one would finish our order. But she too disappeared to make my drink before my boyfriend even ordered his drink and before we even paid! And then a different person finished my drink and while she took my boyfriends order and then left again without saying anything before we even paid again. It was just so weird. And on top of all of this the soy milk they used in my drink was old and chunky. I thought for sure this must be a new location that hasn't gotten it down yet, but it seems this is not the case. read more

I live in Olive Branch and have a specialty drink I have been getting there for about 3 years now. Everything was fine until about a year ago. They can't seem to make it correctly anymore. I have spoke to the manager about it and we have tried to figure out what is wrong with no results. Now when I bring my drink and request them to remake it they act like I'm the problem that I don't know how it should taste. The last time I requested it to be remade they simply did a milk and a white mocha with no toffee nut flavor which produced basically just a sweet milk drink with no flavor. I was very insulted that they thought I just wanted a sweet drink. I could not drink it and discarded rather than asking a remake. I stop at the Starbucks in Southaven, Ms 3 times a week since it is on my way to work and they make it perfectly. I have never had to ask them to remake the drink. I don't know why Olive Branch can't do it and act like it is my fault when they have to remake. I will probably stop going there which I hate because I live in Olive Branch but just do not feel that they want me there. I also purchase the drink in Memphis at several different locations and it has always turned out perfect. Just frustrated that there is a Starbucks where I live that I can't go to for the drink I want. read more
