Came here for some snacks for our roadtrip. Stopped at the Starbucks in the store to get a discovery series mug, couldn't find any so we asked the employee and she was not friendly nor helpful. Apparently they ran out Went to the checkout lanes after we got our goodies, and the employee there wasn't friendly either, we even complimented her on her lip rings and she didn't even say thank you. Horrible service, the baristas were very rude, ignored when asked, and refused to fix the order when they messed it up. Asked from the beginning to make the eggs crispy, and got barely warm. And when asked to reheat was ignored more than once and then said we have to wait like 15-20 min. Then they did the same thing with our second eggs. By the time we got out breakfast our eggs the coffee was cold. They tried to call the manager and make up some fake story saying we weren't letting other customers order which was untrue and when manager came they had nothing. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I ordered a small vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso. When I picked it up, the cup felt unusually light. Upon checking, it was only about half full and mostly foam--more like a cappuccino than a latte. I also couldn't taste the extra shot at all. I went back to the counter to ask for a replacement. Instead of addressing the issue, the staff looked at me as if I was being overly picky and charged me again for a new drink--without even offering an apology. After paying for a second coffee, the barista took my original drink, threw it away, and handed me a "new" one. I asked to confirm if it had two shots of espresso, and she said yes. However, when I tasted it, there was no vanilla flavor at all. When I pointed this out, she simply took the cup back and added two pumps of vanilla syrup on the spot. Overall, I ended up paying for two drinks and received only one poorly made coffee. The taste was disappointing, and the service was even worse--no acknowledgment of the mistake, no apology, and no effort to make things right. Very disappointing experience. Proper training and better customer service are clearly needed. read more

Rude barista to start with. All we wanted at 8:30 in the morning was a cup of brewed coffee. I asked for the Guatemala since they had the sign for it and was told they only had Pike Place. When I said I didn't like it they said that was all they had. I asked for a pour over, they couldn't do that. Finally left with a sub-par Americano. Never returning here. First off the drink was delectable! The drink came out in an amazing amount of time. It was very clean as well. I never thought that I would go to a Starbucks that is as good as the ones on Mars which had me questioning the barista... The cashier/barista, was named Draven.. very mysterious type guy... Service was a little bit slow but the product was delivered accurately. the problem is, this Safeway store, although they have someone at the front door apparently monitoring for covid-19 safety compliance, has customers walking around without masks on. Visiting for a business retreat. Young gentleman with dirty blonde hair and snakebite piercings was beyond good customer service. The whole time the line kept getting bigger. On 8/2/25 I stopped here for coffee. There was a small line and it turned out to move at a snails pace. Finally I get to counter -the employees did not speak to, or look at customers except while taking orders (not even a "good morning") Not friendly, Weird vibe. I always get the same coffee, a venti ,hot mocha with only 2 pumps of chocolate. When my coffee came it was a not a mocha. It took a long time to get one of the girls attention (they literally walked away/turned their back to you if you tried to get their attenrion), I had to go back to the cashier and told her that my drink was wrong. she looked at me blankly, took my coffee over to the second girl and they both looked at my coffee ? and told me it was what I ordered then handed it back to me and walked away. I expect a $7 coffee to be made correctly. I was not in the mood, so I threw it away and moved on with my life. I was traveling and will NEVER Go back there, would not reccomend this place to anyone. This Starbucks is located inside a Safeway supermarket. It's small, but is functional and decent for your caffeine fix. It's conveniently located across the street from where many of the Antelope Canyon tours depart from. Contrary to many of the other negative reviews, I found the service to be friendly and drinks of average Starbucks standard. It conveniently opens up early and they were ready to serve when I had stopped in about 6:15 am. They have a very small seating area for 2 adjacent to the Starbucks, but I recommend the seats right outside the Safeway as they offer a wonderful view of the scenery surrounding the city of Page, Arizona. read more

This Starbucks needs attention. Really bad. 90% of the time they're our of something. Whether it's all cups except the vente, their blender is broken every year, and this last time I went there they were out of hot chocolate. HOT CHOCOLATE! Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience. I ordered a Cold Brew with Salted Cold Foam drink. At least 12 people were served before me. When I asked about my drink, I was told, "Oh, I don't know how to make it." Sigh. So I got back in line only to ask the gentlemen to please help his partner out. I was made an incredibly bland drink that didn't even look like my drink. I asked if he had made the correct drink and he asked me if I'd rather get a remake or a refund. Hmmm, ok. I asked for a remake. Different looking drink but equally bland. I asked him how many pumps of caramel syrup did he use. He told me, "None, why? Was the drink supposed to have some?" I walked out. But after 25 minutes (my wife said it didn't reach 30 yet but definitely felt like it), I just pleasantly took my drink and left. I'm almost too empathetic on the lady who didn't know my drink and served 12 others. I'm definitely too empathetic to the guy who would rather refund me than to make my drink correctly. Worst Starbucks experience ever. P.S. Went to Lake Powell Espresso right afterward and it was excellent. The worker here told us it's because this wasn't the "real" Starbucks, as it sat inside of a Safeway. Took 10 im tires to order coffee because the people I. Front of us had issues with their points not the cashier fault I get it. Than after that we were late already so decided to just order 2 dark roast coffee so we can head out. Took 20+ minutes because first off coffee was not brew, then the ran out of filter, than they had to strain it and they didn't have enough to make the second cup of coffee.
