WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I would rather not get coffee and starve before ever returning to this location!!! My friends and I decided to stop by Starbucks to grab some coffee and a snack before we headed to Antelope canyon. We thought it would be quick and simple because that would be the norm for starbucks. We thought wrong... There were 3 people working at 10am, so who knew we would be there for 30 minutes!!!!!!!! There was a couple ahead of us. They looked like they were ready to order already. They even said, "excuse me, we are ready to order." The person behind the counter told them they needed to wait. I didnt understand why because she was CLEANING, and a line was forming. After about 7 minutes of us standing there, they ordered. Who knew how long they were already waiting before that. Then my boyfriend and I ordered a grande coffee, a tall iced latte, and a cheese danish. Simple right? USUALLY, the cashier just pours the coffee into a cup, grabs the danish (if its not heated up, but we didn't even get that option), and hands it to you while you pay. I just figured they do it differently here. We went over to the pick up side and waited. Meanwhile my friends order a tall vanilla iced coffee with 4 shots, a coffee cake, and a banana nut bread. They got their cake and bread right away, so I was confused. They started to eat it while we waited, and turns out the banana nut bread was STALE!! They didn't want to bother complaining because at this point we were running behind on time, and just wanted to get out of there. We were already there for 20 mins. I finally got my iced coffee, my friends vanilla latte came out, but she noticed the coloring wasn't right- she ordered extra shots it looked like mines, and hers should be darker. The guy told her it had 4 shots in it, but she had to triple check. A lady yelled and told her to wait because she believes it didn't have 4 shots, so we waited. I also told her that I was still waiting for a coffee and cheese danish. She reminded the cashier to grab that for us. When the cashier poured it... she handed it to someone else. I tried to be patient before I said something in case she was going to pour another one after she took an order. My friends latte was fixed, so now we are all just waiting again. 5 minutes later, I remind the lady I'm STILL waiting. She then reminds the cashier to pour it. That is when the cashier RUDELY yells, "I already gave it to them!" I stated that she did not, and that she handed it to a different person (who was still standing there). He got offended and told me he just got a black coffee, so she told him to wait while she poured his coffee for him while he pays (WHICH IS THE NORM). I let him know it's not his fault, I was just letting her know we are still waiting, and that we also ordered a BLACK COFFEE. Then I asked, "if you gave us our coffee, where is our danish?" She then YELLS AGAIN, WAVING A BAG IN HER HAND, "I STILL HAVE THE DANISH HERE!" That is when I couldn't hold it in anymore, I said, "if you gave us our coffee, why would you still have the danish? Why wouldnt you have handed us the danish as well? That makes no sense at all!" We just grabbed our danish and left. I usually don't care to complain, but this was HORRIBLE!!! I left feeling like I got ripped off. Even though it wasnt much, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!! Who waits 30 minutes for plain coffee when they were next in line? NO ONE!!! I just realized on yelp that I am not alone on this. They are making STARBUCKS LOOK BAD!!! This location should be SHUT DOWN because of the way it runs. Either that or they need to reevaluate the employees or hire new ones with better customer service skills. read more

Horrible Starbucks experience and it makes me regret driving the 2 miles off track. They were out of everything, hot cups, Frappuccino base, milk options. I am adding my one star to the already pathetic rating this Starbucks has. The employees here are literally zombies. No life, no emotion, no sense of urgency, no sense of customer service. Very slow service, it took us over 20 minutes to get one drink. I felt sorry for the several people standing around waiting on their orders. The employees were Navajo Nation Natives and there was definitely favoritism given to others from their tribe. Two girls(Navajo Nation Natives) received their drinks before me and others despite the fact they came in some time after us. I would give this "0" stars if I could! Sucks that this is the only Starbucks in town. There's a older lady who works here, she is very rude. I ordered here and the drink tasted disgusting, asked her to remake it as it did not taste good. She rolled her eyes and rudely took the drink from me and tossed it in the sink, she then served all the other customers that were after me. I waited 30 minutes to REMAKE my drink, after that it still tasted nasty. When she gave me the new drink she literally threw it to where it almost slid off the counter. She was also being very rude to the new girl that they hired there in front of customers. On another occasion my BF was getting us drinks and she was working there again, we waited for our drinks as other people got theirs. He went up to ask her about our drinks and she just walked off and made them, took 40 minutes to get the drinks. Once she gave us the drinks she slid them again to the point where they slid and hit other drinks she made, the other drinks spilt all over the counter and she just seemed more upset.
