Honestly this Starbucks visit didn't go very well. Stopped in on a long drive for a pick me up. First up, ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, and was told "sorry we're out of mocha." This is Starbucks. What? Ok so we changed to caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccinos instead. One with soy and one with coconut milk. When we got to the window I was asked for a tip first, which is garish when no service has occurred in a drive thru, and then handed a drink with no indication of which one it was with coffee dripping from the bottom of the cup. I had to ask which one it was and have it wiped. They handed it back, and then handed me the second one we ordered but with the sip top lid and no straw. By the time I realized I couldn't drink it like this I was out of the drive thru. No worries, I'll just pop inside, thus defeating the purpose of driving thru and get my straw, except no I won't because the interior was closed for a staff meeting and even though I walked to the door and gestured for a straw, the staff looked at me and then shook their heads and looked away. In the end I went next door to Carl's Jr and the lady gave me a straw. Total waste of my time, rude unhelpful staff, inconvenient location, and mediocre overpriced coffee. read more

I rarely right reviews... but these girls deserve one!!! Truly the most thoughtful Starbucks I've been through. Clean store and Brooke + the girls were the kindest staff. They had a rush of customers and still took the time to make my drink with care and put a cute little doodle on my cup. Who knew Pahrump had a stand alone Starbucks? Has it been that long? I used to have to park at Albertsons and go in there to get my Starbucks. Coming back from a day in Death Valley, I was pleased to see this new to me stand alone and I pulled over quickly to enter their parking lot. I generally don't do drive through, so I parked and went inside. I ordered my standard four espresso shots over ice in a venti cup. The drink was made quickly, and I was back in my car in a short time. The rest of the way toward Las Vegas was a time to enjoy my espresso as I left Pahrump to go back over the hump. read more

If you go thru the drive thru and you get a lady with attitude it's probably Danielle. The days she works they also make the drinks awful or hold them so long they are halfway melted by the time we get them handed to us. I only like when Haley is there, she's blonde and super sweet. She handles the drinks with care. But I get a mix of employees since I only visit Pahrump for a week at a time each month. (I go to Starbucks everyday I'm in town) and of the few times I've been in just now leaving a review since I got a good, comfortable feel for this establishment. The inside is nice. It's small but there's a lot of seating and places to hangout. It's cool inside so a good place to go if you need out of the house one summer day. I guess the best way to put it is you got a 60/40 chance of getting a good staff who is nice, makes your drinks fresh (since there's no line you'd think they wouldn't be melted or would taste good in the least) and would have a good experience that's quick and easy. 4/5 probably wouldn't recommend it unless you're that bored in this town and need to do something. read more

Nice and roomy inside with a patio. Good place to stop coming/going to Death Valley. Friendly service and fast enough.

Avoid this Starbucks, honestly, unless you are OK with a 30+ minute wait. If you need to use the bathroom as well, bypass this place. Always a long line, at least one bathroom out of order. Parking lot is set up to cause confusion. We just walked out last time we went. read more

I visited the location on July 1st, at around 10 am. A young, red headed, girl was working the drive thru. She is a perfect example of why the younger generation has a reputation of being lazy. She made not effort in doing her job. I had to shut my car off because she claimed she couldn't her my order. I had to extend my hands pass the widow to get my drink and give her my money. Even that was too much effort for her. She dropped my change into my hand, and the paper bills blew into the parking lot, the. She walked away. She has no manners. The world's WORST customer service and the entire state of nevada. The manager is as incompetent as they come. When dealing with an issue with the drink instead of an apology and offering to remake it they come at you with attitude. I've reported to the DM multiple times and she's in cahoots with the manager so nothing has ever done. I've reported to the 800 number multiple times and nothing is ever done. Recently they fired the only Barista who could competently make a cup of coffee and had Superior customer service skills. Insult to injury they tell all the general public as to why. Unprofessional. I visited this Starbucks today, Wednesday, at around 11 AM. While I was ordering in the drive through the women cut me off. I was trying to order extra whipped cream in my cookie frappe. Then after I paid she closed the window on me and they were 100% gossiping. Then when she opened the window a girl who works there, Thalia, looked at me and started laughing. I have never been rude to these Starbucks workers and always say please and thank you. There was no reason for those girls to be rude to me, the reason I doubled down on there being whipped cream in my drink was that last time I ordered it there was no layer of whipped cream on the bottom. I am aware that is how the drink is made, but they already messed it up once. I would recommend going to the Starbucks in Albertsons instead. If you want good Starbucks, go to Albertsons... There seems to always be a higher standard there & I've never had a problem. I get Starbucks a lot, I admit that I rely on it when I come into town for work or family... I was asked multiple times what I meant when I ordered my drink, even though I've never had a problem in 8 years ordering any of MY staple items. Iced caramel macchiato with light milk, leave the room and extra caramel drizzle.... I did not get any of those requests after explaining myself over and over. The coffee was bitter and sour. I got two different sandwiches that weren't over cooked or soggy but they were DRY. I was extremely surprised by how gross everything was when typically Starbucks is great quality & very fresh. The service here is the worst I've seen at any Starbucks, and I've been to way too many to count! My 2 drink order (one of them an iced tea to boot) took over 30 minutes. I placed the order on my phone so went in to wait.. after 25 minutes and trying in vain to get the barista's attention, I finally went and waited in line just to ask if they received it - the answer then was "yes, they're working on it now". Today was the last time I will ever go to this location. That is after several times giving this place a chance. The barista at the window handed me my drink, and the outside of the cup was covered in caramel. I was surprised, obviously his hand was in the caramel before mine was. I asked them to make me a different drink because of the cup covered in caramel. No apology, turns around walks away. I quickly asked them to come back and give me a refund. Still no apology. I am very happy more local coffee shops are opening. Obviously the manager at this location does not care about customer service. I can see why it has 3 stars. read more

We did come here during the COVID pandemic but we actually got some of the nicest employees! We went through the drive through, ordered two coffees, one item with blonde roast, one with dairy milk, one with non dairy milk so we were a little confusing. The girl took our order, repeated to make sure she got it right and within a few minutes we were at the window. They were all wearing masks and she was being cautious to not touch our hands when we passed the credit card. Even more exciting, was when she saw our puppy in the car through the window, she gave us a pup cup. He sure was happy. Good coffee and even better service for us. Just take the extra time and go to the Starbucks inside Albertsons. I thought I would give the one on 160 another try today as I was buying gift cards. Big mistake. It took 25 minutes to get my drink which was made wrong yet I was told it was right. Don't they know we can watch them make the drinks? The counter at the area where fraps are made was downright disgusting, I don't know how long it had been since a wipe down but it was nasty. I watched the blender jugs go into the rinse sink and come out looking murky multiple times. By all means give this store a pass and head up the street to Albertsons where the people are friendly, fast and pleasant. They don't provide it at the counter anymore so you need to put it in or I've got worthless coffee WITHOUT THE SUGAR I REQUESTED. Can't order baked goods at all until you arrive because they won't have the item and then I'll have to call for the refund. That's nothing at the end of the day. It's the consistency of the errors and lack of care. I don't want a free coffee. I want it right. If you're expecting a real Starbucks DO NOT GO HERE. Quick pitstop Starbucks which also has a drive thru option. Very convinient when coming back from death valley as it's located close by from the exit of national park in Pahrump. Tried a holiday special drink here and the staff was kind to provide regular water when asked. You'll still have mountain views in the vicinity and I ended up seeing sunset around here! read more
