By the time I realized I couldn't drink it like this I was out of the drive thru. No worries, I'll just pop inside, thus defeating the purpose of driving thru and get my straw, except no I won't because the interior was closed for a staff meeting and even though I walked to the door and gestured for a straw, the staff looked at me and then shook their heads and looked away. In the end I went next door to Carl's Jr and the lady gave me a straw. Total waste of my time, rude unhelpful staff, inconvenient location, and mediocre overpriced coffee.
