It was super busy so we waited a very long time to get our coffees, but we were able to learn a bit about the coffee shop. We took our time walking around the store. I like the atmosphere here. The music is good, the vibe feels right. It seems like a small family-owned shop rather than a chain, which makes it easier to connect with the people around you. Two women dressed up for a girls' outing were there, and a few others were chatting with the owner. When each person left, they said goodbye to everyone -- it didn't feel like a cold or anonymous place, but more like a little community. We stumbled upon this sweet little coffee shop after checking out of our air bnb and not being quite ready to head home. We were greeted by the very nice barista who was quick and helpful. I had the strawberry matcha which was made with fresh strawberries and whole milk. This was a wonderful spring tea pick me up! My husband ordered a pour over, and he enjoyed in. We love that they are using Rwanda beans as that is some of our favorites. Our friend ordered the peppermint chair latte which was also super yummy. Ordered 2 lattes. Neither one said they cold and the gingerbread one even said the word "warm" in he description. Nothing on the venue said they were "frappacino" they were literally listed as "cappuccino/latte" which as any person who drinks or sells coffee knows is hot. When I bright this up with the guy who made them, he tried to argue with me that they were fraps not lates and they are supposed to be cold. Then have serious attitude when I said I wanted it hot to which he said he can't make that becauw it's a different drink. The menu says otherwise. The guys is clueless about coffee and has no business behind the counter especially if he's the owner. I ended up giving my untouched drink to the couple after us. No refund offerers and no apologies either. Just arguing with me. And I tipped him $5!!! Rude and clueless!!!! read more

This place has a LOT going for it. Ambiance is mellow, relaxing, and welcoming. Seating is comfortable. Service is friendly and helpful. Cool, laid back, little, local coffee shop. Love the iced coffee. You can tell that the coffee is well-brewed because it isn't bitter. It has a rich, earthy flavor to it. Panini was really good as well. Just the right size with a crispy roll and creamy melted cheese. So good. Perfect with the small bag of chips and garlic aioli. I stopped here on a whim on my way out of town, with no time to make caffeine at home. My toddler loved his chocolate milk, and I enjoyed my matcha latte. I've had better matcha lattes, so I think there's room for improvement, but the ambiance and decor were fantastic--beautifully done and very inviting. Even though we only had time to sit while waiting for our drinks, it was still a great experience. I'll definitely be back soon to enjoy the atmosphere and a fresh cup of coffee. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We came here wanting to support this Black-owned business, which makes this experience even more disappointing. If you're looking for friendly service or even a decent cup of coffee, this is not the place. From the moment we walked in, we were met with attitude and hostility. The cashier's behavior felt not only rude but flat-out discriminatory which immediately set the worst tone. My coffee was mostly all milk to coffee and to make matters worse, they don't provide the proper lids or straws for their large cups and said "if we had a million dollars we would" instead of taking constructive criticism for their business. While one worker did try to make up for the cashier's terrible attitude, it wasn't nearly enough to change the overall experience. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. I will never return to this coffee shop, and I won't be recommending it to anyone in the Pahrump Valley. read more

Barista was somewhat rude to the person ahead of me when she complained that she expected a hit drink and received a cold. I went into this coffee shop once Friday morning. I was the only customer in there which was weird for a Friday morning. They suggested an espresso with lemonade which i found disgusting so I went with a latte. It tasted burnt and had a weird over sweet taste. I told myself I wouldn't be back. Flash forward a few months and I find this business arguing with patrons about how they are racist. Huge turn off as a business and completely unprofessional. Although I didn't like the coffee the fact that this business feels the need to get into unnecessary drama in feed into it makes me never want to step foot in there again. I would worry more about your coffee tasting like crap then worry about how many people step foot into your shop that you don't support their beliefs.
