I'm actually a huge fan of this location--it's extremely spacious, lots of outlets, a great place to get some work done. My regular order is matcha lemonade, which admittedly is not the most popular drink but it is an official item on their menu & according to the Starbucks website is an option that is still being served at all locations. I ordered a great matcha lemonade at this location before, but my experience today greatly disappointed me. I waited 25 minutes with no sign of the drink, though I did spot a green tea latte. I eventually realized the miscommunication and told the bartender I ordered a matcha lemonade and not a green tea latte. He then proceeded to ask me if I meant a matcha lemonade as in "just matcha, lemonade, and water." I said yes as I don't know exactly how the drink is made. When I finally received the drink a full 30 minutes after I ordered, I got an extremely watered down drink that has only the slightest lemon flavor. I'm aware that there was just a miscommunication but I do expect Starbucks baristas to be aware of all the drinks that are offered and how they are made, rather than just throwing together a watered down drink. read more

I was excited when this location opened literally around the corner from my house. It didn't take long to start getting terrible drinks. I'd allow time to pass and would go back to see if things improved and would get a terrible drink again. I was running late on my way out to work last night and decided to order since it was close and on my way out of my neighborhood. It was well past the 6 minutes. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. The barista asked what order I was waiting for. I gave him my name. I anticipated another watered-down drink as he quickly threw my "Upside down extra caramel macchiato with an extra shot" together. I knew it was too quick to be good. I grabbed my drink and hustled out of the door. Once the drink was cool enough to drink I was disappointed with just how watered-down this drink was. I'm officially 100% done. This location can't seem to make consistently good drinks. I'd say over the few years they've been open, we've received about 10 or more terrible drinks - and that's with us giving plenty of time between visits. I've always ordered my refreshers "sparkling" and never had an issue. But today when I ordered mine that way the cashier looked at me like I was stupid. I say "the fizzy stuff, it's called sparkling" and she goes "oh ok". My drink comes out not sparkling and she didn't even put on the order that I wanted it sparkling. If you're gonna work at Starbucks then you should probably learn the way drinks can be ordered. read more

The barista was incredibly rude, the first girl greeted me and said I'll be right with you and out came a second girl, she took my order and I get it's complicated( I get two things substituted it gets confusing) she then gets a snarky attitude and walks away without saying anything not giving me a receipt. Let me start off by saying I probably pay two of the Starbucks employees salaries alone, due to how many Starbucks drinks I purchase for myself, my family, and my employees (Yes I need help). Anyways, I drove through this Starbucks location and this is the second time I received a drink that tastes nothing like it's supposed to. First time I went back and exchanged the drink. This time I didn't have the time and I called and spoke to Crystal. She said if I came back she'd replace it and I explained to her that I will not be able to come back today because I don't have time. Crystal at this point tells me to come back tomorrow and to make sure I bring this cup with my drink in it. I said you want me to keep this drink. She said yup! I said -Why? She said to make sure you don't drink it. Wow! I am not that hard up for a Starbucks drink... Crystal, prior to questioning a customers integrity, I think you should check how much your company profits from them first. Listen, guys. This happens all the time (not just with this location) but today was just the wrong day for it to happen. Unfortunately I'm in a hurry to get to LA this morning, otherwise I would've gone right back in. I just ordered a Venti that had 2 inches of room at the top. Not exaggerating. It's embarrassing and ridiculous. They say, "Oh well that happens if there's froth" or "we have to leave room for whipped cream". No. AFTER the whipped cream, there was two inches left at the top. What's the point of ordering a Venti???!! Absolutely ridiculous. If this review allowed for pictures, I would post them. AND!!!!!!! We ordered banana bread and we got PUMPKIN bread!! Just terrible! Made a mobile order at about 932 for 2 drinks and come in to the store to find only one made. When I asked the barista with glasses and braces about my missing drink he said he'd make it for me in just a bit. Here I am sill 10:05 still waiting for this idiot to make my drink as he said he would and when I asked a different barista about that same idiot replies with an attitude "your drink is sitting right there" seriously? This location ALWAYS seems to have some kind of issue. For the past week every single drink I've ordered has been wrong be it that I ordered iced and was given hot, ordered a specialty drink and was given a regular, or my personal favorite ordered a peppermint mocha and was given a drink with no flavor syrup what so ever. It is extremely frustrating as I typically go before work so I don't have time to wait while they make a new drink that frankly should have been correct the first time as it's not all that difficult. This Starbucks just opened December 18, 2014. Great location and very spacious inside. Love the bar area! The service was very good as well. There is still a lot of construction going on around the cafe, but after it's all completed this is going to be a nice little shopping area. read more

Just moved to the area and live around the corner to this Starbucks. Plus, its the only one around my area unless I wish to drive across town for another Starbucks. I'd have to agree with some of the prior reviews, this Starbucks location blows. The lines are constantly full in the morning, limited parking, they constantly run out of stuff: cup holders, sugar, certain cookies, etc. Most of the staff here is very rude and act like they're inconvenienced that you're there hoping to give them money. Or, maybe they're just stressed because they're so busy and simply can't keep up the amount of people that travel to this spot. Either way, Starbucks, get your act together. Either hire more employees, or better yet, hire people that actually have customer service skills or ones that actually know how to smile and "fake the funk".... read more

Sad first Starbucks location that's stingy on water. I've been to countless Starbucks usually drinks for my children and venti iced water for me and first time I got declined by a barista. Barista Joe is not the most accommodating Joe I've ever met. On top of of that my daughter's TRENTI iced tea has 3/4 ice and 1/4 tea Oh well.. This place is soo slow , the workers needs more training on how to move there legs faster so the line in the drive through is not backed up.

I mean it's Starbucks so what do you expect? This one has a fun little bar next to the baristas working so you can check out the Starbucks system. It's new so ultra clean. It isn't in a huge main shopping center so I've not seen it with a long line yet, so that is a plus. read more

This location isn't very good. Coffee is always extra burnt and bitter. Their fancy drinks are even off. If you live in quartz hill just a little farther or walk into the one in vons. Save your money. More then once I've just poured my coffee out right away. read more

Was in the drive thru for soooo long. Waited about 15-20 minutes for two drinks and there was only two cars ahead of me. Was late to work because of them. They're probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Never coming back here again; I'd rather go to the Starbucks off the freeway because even if they're super packed , they're still faster. And to top it off, their drinks sucked. *update* Came back to give them a second chance for the night crew, still very slow even though it's empty. Drinks did taste better though so that's a plus .
