I've never been to a worse Starbucks. While I sympathize with their (slow and untrained) staff, they need to seriously I improve this place. The line as long and slow. For such a high volume area, this was not enough to handle all the people who wanted Starbucks. When we finally got to the front, the lady wrote each order on the cup, no stickers! Again, way too high volume of a place for that. She was horribly slow punching in the order. Somehow 2 venti cold brews and 2 trenta peach white tea lemonades came out to $26 (will have to check at another Starbucks). My Starbucks card took forever to process because they were on dial up according to one of the baristas. The teas came out without the lemonade and the tasted off. I think it was mostly watered down peach. Color was off. We needed to get back on the road and took it as is. Most of the staff were much older and I'm sorry but this is not good for a high volume Starbucks. I can only imagine how much business they lose because the line is too long for most people, and for those passing through Primm who have already been here, will never come back. Finally, I am an employee and they didn't do partner discounts for their overpriced drinks. Arrrgh! If I were corporate I would get in there immediately and fix up. Not good. SLOWEST STARBUCKS OF MY LIFE!! One person taking orders and making drinks. Took almost 20 min to get a regular coffee

They seem confused on a blonde double shot on ice with almond milk, when i always order this drink at any starbucks, others get it right on. They got that wrong and they forgot to give me some items from my order. read more

$1.50 for tap water. I left and walked across the street to McDonald's for my two frappes (at half the cost) and free water cups

By far worst starbucks experience ever!!!! Employees have 0 urgency... it took a good 25 min to get 2 tall drinks that were seriously watered down to the max. The sad part is that they weren't even close to being slightly busy. Manager was so disgustingly rude as well. No wonder the employees don't give a damn about their work performance. Horrible horrible service. They don't take mobile payment, the barista barely speaks English. I will never return here!

The service was so slow and we were planing on going in for a few minutes but we ended up waiting for 35 mins. After a grueling 35 minute wait we finally got to one of the two cashiers took our order. The lady who was helping us took our order then waited for the other guy ( who was working the cashier) to finish helping the other costumer and then she told the other guy our order because he cashier didn't work. We then had to order a second time. Each time I asked for an item, the cashier looked dully around and slowly input our order into his machine. This is the worst Starbucks location I ever visited. They wont accept the App, and the credit card reading machine malfunctions. Quality of chai latte was at its worst, for the price that was charged over $5. If you are passing through Las Vegas, pls have coffee in the city itself and not to put off to have your coffee in this store. And if you are about to reach Vegas, just hold off for 20min more to have your favorite coffee in Vegas. read more

Went in this morning to grab a coffee got help by some older asian women she didn't understand what I wanted her tone was rude and her english was broken maybe she needs to go back to school to practice her english price was especially high just for cup of coffee never again. read more

Terrible attitude of server. My husband ordered a strawberry scone and it was all dried out and did not look like the one in display case. The server said that is what it is. The server making the coffee brought him two others to choose from so it turned out to be ok not dried out like the first one. Would never order another scone at Starbucks. read more

Worst Starbucks ever! Hey corporate office, you really need to work with these employees. One lady watched the line grow all the while slowly ever so slowly replenishing the tea bags. Most of the time she watched from behind the counter and did as little as possible. The cashier was over worked, forgot items; however apologized for the wait. The barista was not proactive and tried to do as little as possible. Didn't want to hustle to pour a venti half caf for my husband. Whew very disappointing! The staff here are very lazy they don't want to work together as a team I saw a worker in a red apron talking about one of their co-workers to someone in the most degrading manner. They didn't even greet me when I walked up. I saw people on there phone. One employee came back in from smoking that I saw outside when I walking into the building and didn't even wash his hands just grabbed their apron off the wall and started to make drinks. Rushed to get here before they closed for my 4 hr trip home. Got there at EXACTLY 9:51pm. They SUPPOSEDLY close at 10pm. Place was shut down as 2 young guys were cleaning and being "smart" saying no we close at 9 after I asked "Don't you close at 10pm" Place SUCKS. 0 stars needed read more

If I could give this zero stars I would, but think of the longest time you've ever waited for Starbucks....now double it, then add another 5 minutes and maybe you will be close to your wait time at this location. So slow. Save yourself a trip and avoid this one at all costs. read more

I came to this Starbucks and I was very disappointed with the service . I understand some place don't accept rewards points but I wanted to pay with my gift card through my app, but they can't do that because this store is outdated and don't have a scanner . This is a huge inconvenience and waste of time do Yourself a favor when you get off the freeway go to the one across the street until this store realizes it's 2016 And can at least take payments without having to have an actual card because when I signed up for Starbucks rewards I was never offered a card.. read more

Line is typically long and they often mess your order up. They do not take the Starbucks app - only if you have the physical Starbucks card. Ridiculous that they make it so hard to pay them for coffee! read more

If you have time to waste, this is the Starbucks you want to go to. The employees must be fueled with molasses. The line is wrapped around the corner and the cashier does not seem to be concerned. She's the hold up. read more
