I was in the area and had an offer so I decided to try this location out (I've been to the one on Rancho numerous times). This spot is located in a complex off of Blue Diamond and has ample parking as well as a drive thru. The interior of this location is much more updated and sleek than the Rancho location with communal table seating as well as tables and booths. I placed my order ahead of time and when I arrived my wait was only a few minutes. The barista was friendly and greeted me once she was finished with the customers ahead of me, advising she was just finishing my drinks. The crème brûlée latte has a subtle sweetness, but not so much that it overpowers the espresso. Overall, I find their coffee to be average. Newer spot in the Southwest area with nice ambiance and various seating inside. Ice mocha was coffee strong with mocha complement not all chocolate. The croissant sandwich was delicious and had egg, cheese, bacon. Staff was friendly and fast will be back to try other drinks and food. read more

Took my daughter here for breakfast before church. I ordered a Turkey Havarti Avocado Croissant sandwich, a Double Chocolate Muffin, and a hot chai with oat milk. For each of the items, I was asked if I wanted it hot or not; I said hot since it was a cold morning. The muffin did not arrive hot. The sandwich and chai were bland. The avocado needed seasoning. The chai wasn't terrible--it would be a nice compliment to something sweet. There's half a dozen tables, if you want to sit inside but you might have to wait to find seats, depending on the time of day. I was not impressed with the staff, or rather, the cashier. She had a headset on talking to other staff while I was ordering. They have a drive-through which was pretty busy. I don't think we'll be going back to this place. read more

We stopped by for a quick coffee this weekend and couldn't be more impressed. I hadn't been here before so I took a bit of time in the drive thru, but our barista taking our order, Mark, didn't mind answering any questions we had or giving us suggestions. We ended up ordering a medium iced vanilla latte and a medium iced Mr. B's. The Mr. B's drink had a perfect amount of sweetness (and I don't like super sweet drinks) and came with three shots of espresso. He recommended a few favorites and noted that his top one right now is a blended Mr. B's with an extra shot of espresso added. We got to the window, paid for our drinks (~$15 for both) and to our surprise were offered a sample of the blended Mr. B's by him to try! Such a nice gesture and honestly, the blended version was so tasty. I'll definitely be back to try more from their menu, thanks for being kind and making our Sunday! read more

Plenty of parking in a private lot. We decided to try it out. We ordered a latté and a cappuccino (both hot), and a chocolate muffin. Customer service was nice. They asked if we wanted the muffin heated up. After ordering and paying, we sat down and were called when the order was ready. My drink was significantly hot, so I used a spoon to cool and drink it down to a level that I could then add ice... a lot of ice. The cappuccino had good flavor. I eventually noticed the sticker on the cup and... I hope that was a typo, I hope the shots were smaller than average... I didn't ask for 4 shots (medium size drink; wonder if that is the norm?). The flavor was strong even after adding a lot of ice to cool it down. I did not finish it. The muffin was good. I was informed that the latté was good and was not too hot (no ice needed). I didn't notice egg bites were on the menu until going up and asking for a cup of ice. I wish it were in a bigger font size and pictured bigger on the menu board, as I would have ordered them, but we were leaving at that point. I also wondered why the hot beverages are also posted in smaller font size and not featured like other cold beverage options. At first, we were not certain they even offered hot beverages and asked. Didn't notice the hot beverage listing on the menu board until after ordering (smaller font than the featured items and located at the bottom of the menu board). No wonder they looked at us oddly when we asked if they offered latté and cappuccino. LOL. IMO the menu board layout and design needs work. Overall, it was still a good experience. P.S. This coffee house is close by to where I live so I decided to stop by one morning for an iced coffee. I'm not a fan of overly sweet drinks or blended stuff w/whipped cream on top....nope, just give me a good ol iced coffee. Their Cane & Cream Cold Brew caught my eye. I like how their "small" is already a 16 oz and it's a little over $5.00. Overall, I really enjoyed it. The cold brew is smooth and does not have a "burnt" funky taste to it like other coffee spots *ahemAwareCoffeecoldbrewtastegross*. Personally, I'd like it a bit less cream...my cold brew looked a bit too light for my preference but I'll know next time to ask for light cream. Small indoor space with a few tables and chairs. It's a good spot for a quick breakfast but I would not recommend this as a study/work space. I'd say this is more of a grab n go coffee spot. Employees are friendly as I let them male cashier know it's my first time here and he was patient with me as I quickly looked over the menu. Classic coffee shop set up. Came on weekend brunch time so parking was quite busy and I didn't realize that they had a drive thru. Always wanted to try a drink since it's a company that's been around 30 + years. I was craving sweet and went with an iced mocha. I asked to put less chocolate syrup. The iced mocha was fine. I didn't taste too much coffee which I typically prefer so be just be aware of the chocolate milk resemblance. I also opted for whipped cream which was holding its thick consistency. When I went to enjoy some it was definitely more on the cool whip taste rather than a traditional whip cream. The display case had a small selection of pastries. I didn't try any this time since my drink was sweet enough. I do like that they have lots of items for guest to use once they get their coffee. Great local coffee shop that originated in Utah. I had the Iced Pumpkin White Mocha. It was really good! There is a small seating area in the location on Rainbow. A coffee bar, some booths, and a few tables are inside. Everything was filled except one table when I got there at 12:45. So it seems this place is a go to spot for quite a few people! Not sure why Beans & Brews has a 3-star average. I've been eyeing this place since they opened and decided to stop by here on my way to my boyfriend's house, who lives close. Seeing all these new places pop up in his neighborhood has been tremendous and I can't wait to see what this new plaza has to offer in the future. They have a drive thru but I chose to go inside, since this was my first time here. I was greeted by baristas Andy and Ben when I walked in. I took a minute to look over their menu, as they had numerous selections available, whereas it was a little difficult to choose just one drink. After making my decision, I ordered their Frozen Caramel Cielo in a 24 oz cup, which is technically a caramel-flavored slushy. With the weather becoming warmer over the next few weeks, I'll be sticking towards these kinds of drinks. Other drinks that they have available besides coffee are energy drinks and soda. The Frozen Caramel Cielo was a very refreshing drink with that amazing, sweet caramel flavor. At first I couldn't find where the straws were and was just about to ask the baristas for one, when I turned to my right and found them. When I'm on this side of town again, I'll definitely have to try out their other drinks, but probably not their energy drinks because I can't drink those anymore. Inside they have lots of available seating, which makes it a great place to meet up with friends or get some work done. On the wall next to where you place your order, they have their official mission posted, which I found interesting. I love this coffee shop! I will drive out of my way to make sure to get my coffee from this location because the staff is so nice and my order is all ways correct. My car and phone have started to recognize my routine because I'm here so often. Let me tell you about why I prefer this coffee shop over the others in the area. Their medium latte is 20 ounces and you automatically get three shots of espresso. Most places only give you 2. They have a wide variety of sugar-free syrups you can add to your drinks. The food taste fresh and not frozen and no matter what kind of drink you get it never taste burnt. Their large cups are huge and worth the money. They also have drinks for everyone even non-coffee lovers. If you're into saving money, make sure to download the app because they alway special deals and discounts. You can even accumulate points to get free items. I often stop at her location in Ely Nv and use my app there as well. This location offer of the rainbow is fairly new. They do have a drive-through, which is nice. Just make sure if you're driving a bigger vehicle to make a white turn around the corner otherwise you'll have to back up to get to the window. We will be honest with this coffee shop , like we are with every our review that we write . We were expecting more, way more. Unfortunately, it was such a disappointing experience with this place and we have visited them twice . Their staff is ok , they try to do their best, helpful and nice. The atmosphere is great, a few tables to sit down, and they have a drive-thru also. The place is not busy at all, and there were no cars in the drive-thru either. But their coffee is awful. We could not believe how awful our lattes tasted - both ( hot drinks and cold coffee drinks ) , it was Like really burnt and Super watery . Also we couldn't taste any of the flavoring nor the coffee either. It is such a weird taste, that can't be explained. This was our second time trying them out and still the drinks were awful. Also, they don't have prices on their menu???? Super weird!!! How is that even allowed to open a store without prices??? Overall: Do yourself a favor and go to Dutch Bros. This place is located south on rainbow boulevard and blue diamond, has a big blowup cup outside in case you miss it ;) Today was the opening of their new location and guess what, I got 4 FREE small drinks along with some goodies like cap, mugs and bags. I was thrilled and so was my husband ;) I got myself a cold brew and Mr B's with whipped cream to beat the heat while my husband got an espresso float and an energy drink- Gold Rush which had mango & pineapple flavour! That whipped cream was something else, very creamy and thick and it dint wither away in the wind like the usual cream does ;p All of these drinks tasted delicious, but my absolute favourite would be the espresso float which did give me the kicks !!!!! The staff were so warm and sweet. They were patient enough to help us out with our choices of drink and were quite generous with the quantity too, it no way looked like small drinks ;) We also got coupons for our next visit. I am obsessed with coffee! I was waiting to be seated at whidbeys and decided I needed some coffee while I waited. BIG mistake! This coffeehouse just opened on blue diamond and rainbow. The employees were kind and helpful. I love mochas, so I ordered an iced mocha. My daughter ordered the frozen mocha. My husband got the desert night. The iced mocha was horrible. It tasted nothing like chocolate. It was like watered-down milk with no coffee flavor at all. I took two sips and threw it away. I don't know how you can call that coffee. The frozen one was not much better, just slightly sweeter. The desert night was not too bad. The coffee is very disappointing here! We have many other better places to choose from. Coffee shops have really expanded their drink options to include non coffee drinkers as well. I am not one of those people but for those who are you gotta check this place out. Doesn't have a coffee house vibe. Reminded me of a donut shop. 2) Service. Them against the world type, inconvenienced that you're there. Maybe I'm just old, who knows. 3) Music. This place refuses to customize orders. I asked to add ham to a sandwich and was told no. I asked to put a croissant on a sandwich and was told no. She was like a broken record "it's our policy" I don't know what the problem is. We offered to pay extra and just have a sandwich made that I wanted to eat. It's just disappointing and gone are the days of customer service. I worked in restaurants for 9 years and we always tried to accommodate people. We promptly turned around and went somewhere else. I won't lie, all of the not so great reviews had me wondering....but the die chose it and so off I went, bringing my roommate in tow... He ordered a Blueberry smoothie and loved it. I ordered the Cane and Cream Cold Brew, Oatmilk of course being that I am vegan... Delicious, Not sweet--Just a hint of sweetness! The woman at the drive thru was really wonderful, we had a chat with her about the weather which was nice, it's always nice when someone connects with the customer! I will be back for sure... The only negative I could give is that I don't see any designated vegan items on the menu or the drinks do not say if they can be made without dairy so it could be confusing if you do not know or do not like to ask a lot of questions... I love catchy names & I thought this name was cool. I have been watching and waiting for this location to open. If I decide I want to try a place out, I always look to see if they have an app. A post on Instagram also suggested I download the app. I looked over the menu to see what they had that was different to my usuals and what sounded good. I ordered on my app and then it gave me a wait time of about 10 minutes so I waited in the parking lot before driving up to the drive thru. The drive thru is a long straight drive behind the businesses and then WHAM! As soon as you turn the corner, the pickup window. It is close to the turn. Just be aware. It's not awful. You aren't going to pass it. I just got a giggle from how close it was. I decided to try breakfast and with my download of their app was able to get a free 16 ounce caramel cielo. I decided on the 2 Brekky Tacos and for $1 (why not?) glazed donut holes. The tacos are very thin. I am from Southwest Texas and breakfast tacos are our thing. These were decent but you will want to eat both tacos. The eggs were nicely cooked and didn't taste super eggy. I don't know if that makes sense to you but sometimes eggs just overpower. This was not the case. As simple as these flat tacos were, the flavors all worked together nicely with no competition. I was impressed by the smoky bacon pieces. I like my bacon with some crisp. These were not overly crisp but they weren't limp. I changed the cheese to white cheddar instead of pepper jack. It was super easy to do on their app. The tortillas were toasted a bit which definitely needed to happen. I don't care for plain tortillas. All in all I was happy with these little tacos. I decided to try to donut holes since they were only $1 for 3. They were served warm but they stuck to the bag as I pulled them out. They seemed more like cake donuts and the warmed glaze was very sticky. I don't recommend for young children in the car unless you have wet naps ready. I probably wouldn't do these again. To be fair, I am not a big donut person either. I spoke with the guy at the drive thru. I told him it was my first time and asked what he suggested. I get next time. He was very friendly and had a great smile. He told me their cold brew is really good. I also explained that I like lower sugar and lower calorie options. He told me they have multiple different sugar-free syrups and different types of milk and you can always customize your drink. My caramel cielo was decent. It wasn't overly sweet, which was good but I couldn't really tell you it was caramel flavor. The coffee wasn't very strong either. It was good but nothing overly exciting. I will definitely be back to try the cold brew though & get some more of the brekky tacos. read more

Feels like this place is just a cash grab, they use very standard flavoring which they do way over the top. So much sugary drink the coffee is pretty much nonexistent. I think they're trying to mimic a particular Oregon coffee chain, but doing it poorly. One of the blonde baristas was especially rude in talking with her own coworkers complaining about how they write things on the label. Located just off of Rainbow & Blue Diamond, I attended their grand opening yesterday. They were offering free small drinks all day which is amazing! They now have two locations one in the southwest Vegas area & another in the northwest Vegas area. Beans & Brews offers a wide variety of drinks. Cold coffee; Brewed drinks like tea; Cold drinks like smoothies & frozen lemonades. And of course your hot drinks like lattes, mochas, hot cocoa and more. They also offer quite a bit of breakfast items on their menus such as avocado toast, burritos, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, etc. I don't drink coffee so I tried the hot cocoa. Their small is very generous & for just over $4 I think it is totally reasonable for the size of it. The hot chocolate was the perfect temperature to be able to start drinking it right away which I loved. The hot cocoa has this amazing whipped cream on top that is so delicious. They also offer free wifi and have tons of seating available inside. The real perk as a mom to two young kids is that they have a drive through!! There is a ton of parking available so you don't have to drive in circles trying to find a spot. The staff was super friendly & helpful!
