Venti Soy chai latte - no foam no water. Add shot.

Loved this store for a long time. Situated in Redmond Town Center right near its center. Service is usually great - very nice people Drinks are made well. Great place to be when it's sunny out. During pandemic need to check RTC mall hours.

This is a pumpkin cream cold brew. Ordered a small but asked for it in a larger cup with ice.

This is a review for the Starbucks in Redmond town Center, the one that is in the Central Circle plaza. It's on the lower level, not too far from Bath and Bodyworks body works. I'm leaving this review because initially I didn't like this Starbucks! The barista's were unkind, and not very helpful. However, after some time spent there today, that proves that the staff truly make the difference. The staff that was working today was 100% helpful, super kind, and very patient even if it was a busy morning. Putting the customer first, informing me about drinks, teaching instead of telling. I was really impressed with three of the women who work here in particular. I hope somebody who has some power reads this, and does something nice for their staff. They deserve some appreciation. Thanks for today guys. Made a bad morning much more nice.

    Unicorn untouched

I had been to Starbucks many times, but never felt the need to write review since it seems like everyone in Seattle visits these daily. However, with the test run of the Unicorn frappuccino I thought it was time. In general, I like their frappuccinos. They are often perfect for hot days as a nice treat. The Unicorn is probably the sweetest I have tried. It is really unusual. The first taste before swirling was very sweet--almost too much so (even for someone like me who loves their sugar). You can definitely taste the mango. It becomes fun when you stir it up. The colors turn lighter and it seems to unlock some tartness. I heard someone say it was like Sweettarts which is probably the best comparison--although this was better. The Unicorn is a really unique drink. I am not sure I would order it regularly, but if they bring it back every year or so I would probably order it again. It is a good change of pace.

I love everything about this place…read more First off the interior is beautifully done, probably the most ornate coffee shop I've ever visited. The coffees are all very unique, and surprisingly affordable. When I decide which is my favorite I will be sure and update my review. The baked goods and savory food cases look fantastic, I just haven't had the opportunity to try them yet, a feat of incredible self control. It's just a brief walk from the Marymoor Village light rail station, so you can hop on in downtown Redmond, ride 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes, and you are there .

Based on all the recent buzz, I finally tried out this Redmond location! Parking is primarily…read morelimited to the street, so this was a minor pain point since it's become such a popular spot, even at 10:30A on a Tuesday. However, once inside, there was plenty of seating among regular tables, couches, counter seating with outlets and a bunch of patio tables. They offer more sweets and bakery options than your typical coffee spot including cheesecakes, milk cakes (tres leches), cookies, savory pastries and their famous honeycomb bread! + ICED QAMARIA LATTE: Flavored with pure cardamom, cinnamon, and honey, it has a delicious spice-forward profile where the cardamom really shines. However, it was quite milky and the double shot of espresso surprisingly took a backseat. It comes with a nice amount of ice (less than standard, which was perfect), but it was sweeter than I prefer. I didn't request 50% this time since I wanted to taste their baseline, but I will definitely opt for that on my next visit. (Note: They don't have decaf coffee.) + HONEYCOMB BREAD: Small balls of soft dough were all baked together into a bubble pattern, each filled with unsweetened cream cheese. Since I dined in, they toasted it and then topped the bread with a drizzle of honey right before serving. Delicious! My companion ordered the PISTACHIO LATTE (hot) which was also on the sweet end. It was creamy with a strong pistachio nuttiness, but again the coffee flavor was more subtle. We also got a slice of the GODIVA CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE. It was decadent with a rich chocolate flavor, but could have had a smoother consistency. On another occasion, I tried their pistachio and saffron MILK CAKES, both of which were so moist! As much as I love pistachio, I actually preferred the saffron one for its more complex and warm flavor profile. The staff was really friendly and had upbeat energy. Despite a consistent stream of customers, including a large group, service was pretty quick and efficient. I loved the natural lighting that brightened the whole space. While it appeared to be more of a social spot, this is a great place for remote work if you don't mind some background noise.

I ordered a hot tea with honey and went back to ask for more honey because I didn't taste any. I was told I would have to pay for honey from the person who took my order originally. I said I already paid for honey and she said yes I know. So, they are charging for additional added honey when there was no honey to taste. Now they give one bag of tea regardless of size ordered and charge for ore bags and anything added. Why is the owner and management of this coffee shop so concerned with their employee conversations, culture when they have little regard and very little attention to customer experience and satisfaction. Months ago, the district manager made sure to tell employees to not allow me to split my two bags of tea into two orders because I wasn't paying for the added honey. Seriously?!?!! When I used to spend $30 a day every day they want to give yet another reason to not give them business. Ugghhh! Customers are numbers and not people. Point made over and over now. I guess I am a very slow learner or hoped for better.

If you haven't been yet, the entire bakery setup is amazing, but their cakes are the absolute crown jewel. Here is what makes this place stand out: Perfectly Balanced Cakes: As you can see from the beautiful mango cake ,their desserts are a work of art. The best part? They use high-quality ingredients and have significantly less sugar than typical American bakeries. It's light, airy, and not overwhelmingly sweet. Excellent Savory Selection: Beyond the sweets, their savory pastries and baked goods are top-tier and always fresh. Great Service & Cozy Atmosphere: The service here is exceptionally welcoming and efficient. While it's a popular spot, they do have a few seats inside if you want to sit down and enjoy your treat on the spot. Whether you're picking up a signature cake box for a birthday or just grabbing a morning pastry, this place completely delivers on quality. Highly recommended!

LOVED the spinach, yuzu, and milk bread here. Would definitely come back for those!! 4/5 for the mango cake. It was a hit with a crowd of 6 and various ages. The fresh mango on top and inside the cake were tasty. My only negative rating is for the cream, it was way too heavy and I didn't like the texture of it. Although this may be personal preference. Aesthetically pleasing! I like the ability to pre-order and pick up too. Would come back again and try more items. Thank you!
