You order at the counter, and then they call your name to get your food, so not much service-wise. I ordered the Roma crepe. We researched on their gluten free offering before coming and while they use the same hot griddle, then clean it and use separate utensils, gloves etc. to handle gluten free orders. Crepes are a wins but the coffees are not. The crepes are light and flavor. The woman who makes them is a master on the grill. The guy making coffee spends his time talking to people. His cappuccinos are really lattes with the weakest espresso. The drip coffee is weak (coffee flavored water). Maybe it's the Nemesis Coffee they "proudly serving" but if it's the beans, then I suggest a new supplier. As for coffee guy talk, people walking in and go behind the counter to have conversations the whole place can hear. Maybe they are off duty staff but seriously unprofessional.
