Local artisans were there in full force with the woodworking and hand knit toques standing out above the rest in my book. Our prize score was five, count them five, kinds of homemade sausage from Kurt's Sausage stand. This Salmon Arm based butcher makes some of BC's best. We sampled the bison, chorizo, and pork and cranberry among others. I can also recommend Kurt's beef jerky. If you happen to find yourself at this market, don't miss out.
