I go every day, we enjoy the coffees and sweets. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. They are always busy in the mornings when I usually go but our coffees are still hot to drink. Lots of parking. Handicap friendly. The staff will go the extra mile to be sure you are happy with the experience. I travel to Sask. often and by far this is the Timmie's with the most happy, smiling staff. read more

Not being from Canada we love cheap coffee and tasty donuts from Tim Hortons. I wish they had these in the states! The donuts melt in your mouth and are really fresh. The Timbits are a great deal, 3.99 for 20 small donut holes and they let you mix and match. The new cake donuts with sprinkles are my favorite. The employees were trying really hard to go fast but it is always packed so there was a line. read more

Came here to get some coffee. Parking is available in front, as well as the surrounding area. Wow this place is a war zone. Definitely a strategic location, as pretty much everyone and their dog passing through this intersection stops here. The place is consistently packed. So why 2 stars? As Mike L. mentioned, this place has a tiny tiny washroom. In fact, this has to be the tiniest washroom I've seen at ANY Timmy's. You can't even wash your hands or go pee without 5 people bumping into your back. Seriously, avoid this washroom if you can. read more

We saw this Tim's had a 2 star review.... We though 'meh', it's Tim's; how bad could it be? Bathrooms were filthy, as were all the tables. Garbages overflowing both in dining area and in bathroom. We were standing at the front of the line with no one at the registers for several minutes and no one acknowledged us. My poutine was ready.... And was potatoe wedges, no gravy or cheese. Stopped here a coupla times on our way to and from Victoria Island (homeland Québec), wow. U got some pretty slow staff there Revelstoke! First time i was enchanted to be able to order in french!!! A Québecois cashier?? Too kool! But he didn't understand trois grands....it took me saying large before he pronounced large with a french accent. Hmmmm Québecois as u claim to be i think not...that's a typical France french error... 2nd time...sweet service in english but damnnnnnn it dus not take that long to make coffees ladies... A lil less chatty a lil more pour-y whaddya say?? Can't fault this restaurant for being busy. Fast & Friendly Service, and the food was very good. Best Coffee in Canada! They are even open 24 hrs per day! One of the best Tim Hortons I've been in. Obviously well run, the staff were amazingly polite and the place was very clean. read more

This Tim Hortons is a busy location but should be better. I purchase a coffee & ice cap with a Boston Cream & 2 Apple Fritters. The Boston Cream was place face down at the bottom of the bag and the fritters on top. I called to let them know not impressed but the Team Leader didn't seem to care. Routinely this place is a disappointment. Sicamous is dying and the attitude of the people that work here is typical and give you all the reasons why this is just a summer place. More than 8 staff behind the counter when I walked in on a Sunday morning. I waited and waited for someone to even acknowledge I was there. I waited again for over 15 mins just to get my order. and I was the only one in line! Every staff member was working the drive thru. This is a fast food place, but no one seems to understand that. I had to explain my order three times to the lady, to which it came incorrect and cold. They made me feel like "shut up and leave your money". Next time, what next time? read more

Snowed-in in Revelstoke. Have spent lots of time at this Tim Hortons. Clean, friendly and cozy Resturant. Relaxing in the leather chairs by the fire place watching the snow with great tasting food and excellent cup of coffee. Great staff! read more

This particular Tim Horton's seems to have no end of business because it is right on the TransCanada and attached to a Shell gas station so the line up is out the door. Firstly their bathrooms are too small encompassing about 36 square feet. One urinal and one stall for a restaurant that seats at least 50 - 75 people. There were 4 or 5 of us crammed in there squeezing past each other like sardines. It has those old hand blowers that take forever, and when you leave you get to pull the grimy door open with your freshly washed paws. Certainly not designed with the customer in mind. I spotted the large lasagna on the menu and thought it would be nice for a change, and it comes with garlic toast. It looked quite nice in the picture, all dolled up in nice china bowl. They sold it as a combo for $8.55 and then ask if you want cheese on it, and then ring up another 70¢ for that. I had never heard of lasagna without cheese on it before so that was about their 4th strike. This restaurant is about as disorganized as any I have seen and their large complement of staff did not seem to have any system whatsoever. They were all running around seemingly doing nothing. Some of them seemed as young as 12 years old. Some stared blankly at the screens and all of them seemed overwhelmed and confused. The orders took too long to get out and were served without napkin. When I received my order I had to go back and butt into line again to ask for them as the dispenser was empty. When they first served me my order I looked up in dismay half wondering if they were joking. It was about a 20 oz. frozen lasagna, warmed and served up in a paper cup. They forgot the cheese and noticing, one of the staff took a bag of what seemed to be Kraft process cheese bits and sprinkled a couple of tablespoons on top. The garlic toast turned out to be a slider bun cut in half and warmed slightly in the oven with a little garlic spread on them. I told them I thought it was incredible that they would feel good about charging $9.25 for that. The micro-waved lasagna was not heated properly and tasted more like tomato soup with overcooked noodles than lasagna. I could not find any meat in it at all. It was at this point I asked the manager over and told her the lasagna was a huge disappointment, cold and bad tasting. I asked her whether she thought that advertising garlic toast and substituting warm slider buns with garlic paste was acceptable and where is the nice plate like in the picture. She just shrugged her shoulders and explained they do not have large ceramic plates (It wasn't that large), didn't know what slider buns were but in any case that's how they served it and said that corporate makes all the decisions on their menu. She made no offer to exchange it for something else on the menu, reheat it or any other effort to satisfy me. I was in awe of her lack of consideration because this has not been my typical experience at Tim Horton's. It's unfortunate but my chances of going back to any Tim Horton's in future has been greatly diminished. read more
