Such a waste of time and money. I went this morning and ordered 2 drinks. I ordered the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso which they made completely wrong. I don't even know what they gave me. As well as the iced matcha latte I ordered which wasn't blended right. The whole drink has clumps of matcha in it which are disgusting to get. Every sip is full of matcha clumps and full of matcha clumps on bottom of cup. Can't even enjoy it. I would've went back to get them fixed since I spent the money on it but had to head to work instead. That's what I get for not boycotting Starbucks from the beginning I guess. Last time coming here. I ordered a cupcake frappe, caramel crunch frappe, cookies and cream frappe, and my venti dirty chai. Y'all I had to give the lady on the speaker the recipes without fully knowing myself.. please note it's also happy hour.. I get to the window and the cupcake had coffee in it.. and the other drinks were not happy hour size.. grande or larger.. so they fixed it but the guy in the back makes a comment ad the window is closing to tell the customers the drink orders need to be right in advance.. because we can't be wasting time.. First sir... train your peeps on the speaker and this wouldn't have happened. read more

Unfortunately, I realized pretty soon that I had ordered from a nearby Starbucks and not this one. No problem, a sweet guy with glasses said "no worries ma'am, what did you order?" I ordered pumpkin creme cold brew and it tastes nothing like pumpkin. I usually order this every year and it's always tasted great, but this location makes it horrible. There's usually pumpkin seasoning or cinnamon seasoning on the top and they didn't add that for me. And my drink tastes like straight up milk. So disappointed. read more

Welcome to the Starbucks with the slowest service on earth!!! The baristas are hit or miss. Most of them are friendly, but some stand around talking instead of making your drink when it's slow. It has now been 18 minutes, and my wife still has not received her freaking frappucino! So, it's been a few years, and the service has gotten a lot better! Justin is the best barista here, but there are several great ones like Christian and Tyler! If you've had slow service here in the past, give it another try. If the manager(Natalie) is working, you better believe they'll be on point! If you come during their rush hour, expect to wait a little longer. And if it's taking longer than expected, it was probably just an honest mistake. FYI, if you are looking for a good wi-fi signal, my speed test showed they're getting at least 50mbs download, and 11mbs up! read more

This Starbucks was initially my go-to coffee shop to write a paper or work on some project because the place does not get too overcrowded. They play really nice music, and it is clean most of the time. I always order the classic espresso coffee like caffé mocha or chai tea latté or cold coffee such as frappuccino. They have a new flavor of coffee which is the cinnamon chai latté that I ordered 2 nights ago, and it was really good. Yesterday, I ordered it again, and the taste was not the same w/ another person making it. I told them about it, and they immediately replaced it, but it was not the same again like the other night. I think they need training on consistency on making the coffee. Today, I was standing at the counter. Several staff had looked at me and ignored to take my order. Finally, the 5th person did. I ordered a tall caffé mocha. I lifted the cup after it was made, and the cup was only halfway full. I would have said something, but I thought I would just put the complaint here so all of their staff can possibly read this including other customers. For such a new branch of Starbucks in this location where sales is dependent on the residents around the area and not business people, I think it's important that they establish consistent and good customer service. I like Starbucks, but I also love Dunkin Donuts' coffee where price is cheaper, and coffee is comparable. I wouldn't mind driving to hwy 6 to get DD coffee that will save me money. My mom lives around here so I always grab a Starbucks when I visit her. As an avid coffee drinker (gold card member that drinks coffee throughout the day, everyday) the joy that came over me when I saw that a Starbucks was "coming soon" was beyond describable. I decided to give them a month after they opened before visiting so they can work out the kinks and let the newness die now. My first visit was horrible, I ordered a drink off their secret menu and that was an epic fail. They were not able to comprehend the drink order and gave me an attitude about ordering that drink. Lesson learned. Next time I came back I order their typical holiday drink to keep it simple. They charged me twice for one venti watered down flavorless frap. 3rd-5th time visiting here was the same, disgusting. Their baristas need more training, they're being light on their pumps, or they're just being careless. It's either diluted or unpalatable. I will not come back. read more

Ah, expensive coffee, thy name is Starbucks! So I was pretty psyched when this place opened up because its close to home, but it is also close to a high school. So what does that mean? It means lots of those kiddos are going to be hanging around the area, or worse, working there!! Overall, this is your typical Starbucks. Not much space inside, packed drive thru, and a couple tables outside. Since im not a fan of waiting, I assumed going inside to order would be my best bet, oh no! All these young teens are running this place on the insde, so you better believe its gonna take a while. I wish I could rate them no stars! They have consistently messed up my order for weeks and then complain when having to fix the drinks they messed up. At this point they need to retrain the staff as a whole because it literally makes no sense that I repeat my order a multitude of times and it still comes out incorrect?! I had a chai latte and it was pretty good! I was working on my thesis about can birds see the wind. I was having a mental block. I was getting very frustrated and then I had to use the restroom. The restroom was fabulous! I dropped a nice deuce in relaxation! I came back to continue my work on my thesis and my mind was so clear. It was like once I cleared the pipes, I was free as a bird to continue my writing! I will definitely be returning to have a chai latte and to use that nice restroom! My friend and I came when there were only 2 cars at the drive-thru with no line inside. We're thinking this can't take long at all. WE WERE WRONG. Dead wrong... There were 6-7 people deep behind the counter and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for 5 drinks. Stock order too... None of those complicated requests to add more to a drink. Customer service was OK. Friendly but were lost and confused with the customer line building up. They need a few veterans in the starting lineup. In the end... What a terrible horrible example of an "experience" at this location. I orders they the drive thru today 6.29.16 around 3:30 pm. I have been buying Starbucks for over 20years. I ordered coffee with Creme and sugar. One with soy. Pulled up to the window and girl with glasses did not smile, greet, or tell me the price. Oder came. Asked which one has soy she says, "it's says it on the right there". I asked where? She couldn't find it either. Pulled down the sleeve and oh there it is! Rude! Coffee came cold. Would need to brew new post or make amaricana for us. Ok make the americana with cream and sugar one soy. 5 minutes later (still rude) here you go! Which one has the soy in it? She says that's not what an Americana is. It doesn't have Creme and sugar - you need to specify what you want in the drink! Ok. I did! I mainly come through the drive-thru and it has always been fast/great service. Favorite coffee drink to order is the vanilla iced coffee with soy, but will be trying the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew soon (it is said that it'll be less sweet and stronger so we'll see how I like that). I enjoyed the iced coconut milk mocha macchiato (JUST MAKE SURE IT'S MIXED so you don't gulp down syrup like me, yuck lol). As for the teas, my top choice would have to be the strawberry acai drink. Recently tried the refreshers after 3pm, it was not as good as I anticipated so I don't think I'll be trying the other flavors. read more

I've ordered curbside pickup twice. Both times it took 20 minutes for my drinks to be ready. The first time I called and was told if you want you can come down and get your drinks it'll be faster....so what's the point of that service. How ever the last time I ordered "CURBSIDE PICKUP" I had to get down and get my coffee. When I got down my coffee had just been sitting all watered down.
