Really cute coffee shop. The modern and clean ambiance of Homebrew creates a very inviting atmosphere. I was particularly happy to find the vegan sandwich option. The ciabatta bead had a delightful crisp on the outside and soft fluffy inside complemented by fresh vegetables that left me feeling full yet light. The staff is friendly and helpful. They checked in on us and even offered to put away our cups and dishes. I'll definitely be returning to this place.

I forgot the name of this croissant but it was so delicious! It was flaky and in my opinion, had a good ratio of filling to bread. This is one of those moments where I forget to let the camera eat first. This place was pretty busy, however the service was still kind and inviting. The food comes out fresh and the environment gives a nice place for brunch, coffee, or study spot! I would love to go back and try more things off their menu.

I tried the pistachio cream mocha and the peppermint bark drink. The pistachio cream mocha was delicious and honestly a great combo since I love both mocha and pistachio flavors. I'd recommend ordering it half sweet because the syrup definitely makes it on the sweeter side. The interior is really nice with eco-friendly vibes, small games, and comfortable seating. Parking was also very easy.

The tiramisu latte is amazing a must try. Atmosphere is nice but expect crowd. It's quite busy but service is pretty quick.

What a delightful surprise! Between name brand chains on Westgreen (e.g. Starbucks, Dunkin') you'll find the locally owned & operated gem. Great vibe when came in to place a to-go order. Menu offers pasties, muffins, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, paninis-- and variety of coffee & teas. Plenty of seating for socialization or to get a little work done. Even cozy tables outside. Definitely coming back!

I have not been to homebrew in YEARS. I remember it being mid, but my friend said it has changed a lot, and it's one of her favorite places to go. We went on a Wednesday morning around 9am, and I was surprised by how packed it was! The menu was very impressive!!! So many wonderful items to choose from. I got the golden pecan iced latte. Smooth and nutty. I enjoyed it. I also got the strawberry ricotta toast, which was delicious. The strawberries were fresh, the toast was crispy, and the honey added extra sweetness to the already sweet strawberries. Everything blended so well together. Loved it and would get it again. The inside is small but there's ample seating. The vibes are so chill and comfy. They even have a toy box for kids, which I thought was very considerate! I will be back!!

A solid breakfast spot that seems very popular with the locals. This was my fourth visit here. It is family run and the owners/staff take the time to get to know the people that frequent here which is nice. Plenty of parking in front, it's a free lot. On this visit I tried the pistachio latte, the hibiscus tea (unsweetened) and the morning plate. My favorite was the hibiscus tea. They also allow groups to meet in the back tables if you want a have a gathering which is nice. A little pricey but what isn't these days.

This is such a cute place and seems very family friendly. Not sure if they are always this busy at 10:30 or if it is because it is the first day of spring break but most of the tables were full which was ok since I planned to sit outside. I ordered the breakfast croissant and it was big and flavorful. When was the last time you smelled a breakfast croissant? I have never and as soon as she places it on the tables I could smell how good it was going to be. The croissant was crispy, filled with fluffy eggs (only way I'll eat eggs is in a sandwich) with bacon and sausage. The hollandaise sauce gave it the extra kick that it needed. I knew I wanted a coffee but was not sure what kind so I told the gentleman what I liked and he suggested an Americano with lavender. Never would I have thought to add lavender to an americano even thought I will add it to almost anything. It sounds so simple but it elevated the americano tremendously. If nothing else I

This cute coffee shop has great vibes both inside and out! The coffee tastes fresh and they have a list of fun seasonal drinks to try. Their vietnamese and pistachio coffees were delicious. They also have basic pastries and sandwiches, which are good as well for simple breakfast and brunch. Staff was friendly. Seating inside and outside. Clean setting. Will come again!

There is no other coffee house in katy that compares for its service, care and attention to detail and their coffee + food is always soooo good. Went for breakfast this morning. The food was good, but the coffee was amazing. I had the Pistachio Mocha Latte with oat milk and my husband had the Vietnamese coffee. Both were so good. I wish I had taken a photo of mine before I tried it, but I was sipping it before I even realized. It had this rich dark chocolate and this pistachio cold foam...they mixed so well together. The coffee itself was rich and bold. Ugh I want another one! Anyway. I will be visiting again for the coffee for sure.

My bad girl that I didn't know what was in a nutcracker and a secret santa latte. Didn't mean to inconvenience you into telling me what was in the drinks. At least the drinks are good and the toys in the place are very cute (although dirty)

Far West area is definitely an area that I didnt expect to get a kitschy and trendy coffee spot like this. Truly thought I was in the loop with how well put together the interior and branding was here. Wood tones and a letterboard style menu; the vibes the millennials with families who want to remember their younger days are captured here. Kid friendly area with some hot dishes and fresh pastries. I just stopped in for a to-go coffee for my wife, but I liked the packaging and taste of the drink and muffins. I'm skeptical if the muffins are house made, they have the infamous brown wrapper that I've come to associate with pastries that come from a truck. I got a golden pecan latte myself, it tasted so good that I never got it back after the wife took her first sip. I think that speaks for itself.

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their wait list in advance/text notification system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5. - 15% gratuity is included at checkout, as you pay you'll get options for an additional % or custom % like 0%, 3, 5% or more.

They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday until 330. The brunch menu is huge. It is not a super large menu, which I feel very endearing. We decided to try the bagel and lox with cream cheese, the Buzz burger with fries, and their homemade chips. They start off by bringing you this beautiful craft of bottled water. That to me was an amazing bonus. We also ordered two sodas which came in a can. I sort of wish it was a more of a fountain drink than one can of soda for the price. *Now service was super slow. However, the waitress did come and tell us that they are running a little behind and she apologized for it and she was super sweet, so that made up for the weight. How do I known how long it was going to take, I don't know if I would've stayed, but in the end, the food was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection. My boyfriend is a hamburger snob and he kept saying how good it was how fresh it was and how perfectly cooked it was. They serve you shoestring fries that feel like they're double fried and they were phenomenal. My bagel was toasted perfectly and had a very good amount of cream cheese and lox. As a Jewish girl living in the area that I do, it's very hard to find good bagels with lox and cream cheese. I will most definitely be back for this sooner than later. The homemade chips took quite a while to come out, and at one point I was ready to say we don't need it, but these potato chips beat Buccees beaver chips, 100%. They were super fresh and very crunchy and tasted amazing. I will definitely recommend those to anybody that orders some. My boyfriend then ordered a tropical sunrise smoothie and it was so tasty and tasted like a strawberry banana smoothie. Now once again that did take a long time to come out and at one point, we were wishing we had not ordered it but once we did get it, it was really good and I highly recommend it. The restaurant is not very large and it's the perfect brunch spot for anybody looking for a smaller Cafe with very good choices.

I didn't even finish my potatoes because of that. Initially when I called I spoke to a young lady. I explained that I wanted to waitlist but the wait list was currently showing 0-5 minutes for a party of 11. I asked if I should waitlist earlier and she said yes. It's about 11:30 am at the time. When I asked her name, she said I'm so sorry I can't give you my name. The only reason I didn't decide on another place was because it was already last minute. Like why couldn't you give me your name? In the day we live in now where service is mediocre at best, like why? I brought quite a few dollars to the restaurant that day. Anywho, that annoyed me. My food was good, sans onions, my pomegranate was amazing. This was my first visit to this location and I definitely won't be back. Her not giving her name irked me. The noise level was normal. I added a side of jollof rice, which paired perfectly with the fish. Another colleague ordered the pork chop with green beans and mashed potatoes -- absolutely delectable. I didn't finish every bite of my snapper only because I wanted to save room for dessert. Our table tried a variety: pineapple upside‑down cake, cheesecake, and key lime pie. Each one was a great finish to the meal and made the evening of catching up even sweeter. The chef personally greeted each table, which added a thoughtful, welcoming touch. The staff was attentive throughout the night, making the experience feel special from start to finish. Added a side of white gravy. MELTED IN MY MOUTH GOOD. Hot and soft. Best biscuits I think I have ever had. I tried their fried catfish with 2 sides. I had their steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes with country white gravy. The catfished was fried to PERFECTION. Crispy on the outside, soft and hot on the inside. The broccoli was seasoned perfectly too. Mashed potatoes werent my favorite but it was still good with the gravy. Also, the hush puppies were amazing. Overall, this meal hit the spot. I will definitely be back for their breakfast. Their orices were fair. Service also had a side of southern hospitality. A great place to visit and look at their shop inside.
