Really cute coffee shop. The modern and clean ambiance of Homebrew creates a very inviting atmosphere. I was particularly happy to find the vegan sandwich option. The ciabatta bead had a delightful crisp on the outside and soft fluffy inside complemented by fresh vegetables that left me feeling full yet light. The staff is friendly and helpful. They checked in on us and even offered to put away our cups and dishes. I'll definitely be returning to this place.

I tried the pistachio cream mocha and the peppermint bark drink. The pistachio cream mocha was delicious and honestly a great combo since I love both mocha and pistachio flavors. I'd recommend ordering it half sweet because the syrup definitely makes it on the sweeter side. The interior is really nice with eco-friendly vibes, small games, and comfortable seating. Parking was also very easy.

    Nice spot!

What a delightful surprise! Between name brand chains on Westgreen (e.g. Starbucks, Dunkin') you'll find the locally owned & operated gem. Great vibe when came in to place a to-go order. Menu offers pasties, muffins, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, paninis-- and variety of coffee & teas. Plenty of seating for socialization or to get a little work done. Even cozy tables outside. Definitely coming back!

There is no other coffee house in katy that compares for its service, care and attention to detail and their coffee + food is always soooo good. This place has become family to me over the years and it's always my first choice. Plus I always see atleast 1 other person I know in there! It's not just MY first choice, it's everyone's

I have not been to homebrew in YEARS. I remember it being mid, but my friend said it has changed a lot, and it's one of her favorite places to go. We went on a Wednesday morning around 9am, and I was surprised by how packed it was! The menu was very impressive!!! So many wonderful items to choose from. I got the golden pecan iced latte. Smooth and nutty. I enjoyed it. I also got the strawberry ricotta toast, which was delicious. The strawberries were fresh, the toast was crispy, and the honey added extra sweetness to the already sweet strawberries. Everything blended so well together. Loved it and would get it again. The inside is small but there's ample seating. The vibes are so chill and comfy. They even have a toy box for kids, which I thought was very considerate! I will be back!!

A solid breakfast spot that seems very popular with the locals. This was my fourth visit here. It is family run and the owners/staff take the time to get to know the people that frequent here which is nice. Plenty of parking in front, it's a free lot. On this visit I tried the pistachio latte, the hibiscus tea (unsweetened) and the morning plate. My favorite was the hibiscus tea. They also allow groups to meet in the back tables if you want a have a gathering which is nice. A little pricey but what isn't these days.

This is such a cute place and seems very family friendly. Not sure if they are always this busy at 10:30 or if it is because it is the first day of spring break but most of the tables were full which was ok since I planned to sit outside. I ordered the breakfast croissant and it was big and flavorful. When was the last time you smelled a breakfast croissant? I have never and as soon as she places it on the tables I could smell how good it was going to be. The croissant was crispy, filled with fluffy eggs (only way I'll eat eggs is in a sandwich) with bacon and sausage. The hollandaise sauce gave it the extra kick that it needed. I knew I wanted a coffee but was not sure what kind so I told the gentleman what I liked and he suggested an Americano with lavender. Never would I have thought to add lavender to an americano even thought I will add it to almost anything. It sounds so simple but it elevated the americano tremendously. If nothing else I

This cute coffee shop has great vibes both inside and out! The coffee tastes fresh and they have a list of fun seasonal drinks to try. Their vietnamese and pistachio coffees were delicious. They also have basic pastries and sandwiches, which are good as well for simple breakfast and brunch. Staff was friendly. Seating inside and outside. Clean setting. Will come again!

Went for breakfast this morning. The food was good, but the coffee was amazing. I had the Pistachio Mocha Latte with oat milk and my husband had the Vietnamese coffee. Both were so good. I wish I had taken a photo of mine before I tried it, but I was sipping it before I even realized. It had this rich dark chocolate and this pistachio cold foam...they mixed so well together. The coffee itself was rich and bold. Ugh I want another one! Anyway. I will be visiting again for the coffee for sure.

My bad girl that I didn't know what was in a nutcracker and a secret santa latte. Didn't mean to inconvenience you into telling me what was in the drinks. At least the drinks are good and the toys in the place are very cute (although dirty)

Far West area is definitely an area that I didnt expect to get a kitschy and trendy coffee spot like this. Truly thought I was in the loop with how well put together the interior and branding was here. Wood tones and a letterboard style menu; the vibes the millennials with families who want to remember their younger days are captured here. Kid friendly area with some hot dishes and fresh pastries. I just stopped in for a to-go coffee for my wife, but I liked the packaging and taste of the drink and muffins. I'm skeptical if the muffins are house made, they have the infamous brown wrapper that I've come to associate with pastries that come from a truck. I got a golden pecan latte myself, it tasted so good that I never got it back after the wife took her first sip. I think that speaks for itself.

Homebrew is a great coffee shop with a quiet, low energy vibe that's relaxing even if grabbing a drink to go. They do really well with Mocha Lattes, perfect balance of espresso, chocolate and milk. Also, the baked goods are outstanding. The cinnamon rolls and muffins were fresh and delicious. Do yourself a favor and get more than one baked good or regret it later.

It's been a while since I've been to home brew but it's just as amazing as I remember! The ambiance, the food, and the staff are all so welcoming. They even had a live pianist today and they usually have some sort of musical experience going on. Today for indulgence, I decided to go for the Spicy Chicken Croissant which is comparable to an Asian chicken sandwich, tater tots (my guilty pleasure) and a con panna with almond flavoring. Whether you're looking for a calm and welcoming place to visit, good coffee and lite bites, or looking to work remotely; I highly recommend Home Brew to any and everyone

We just stopped by for a few minutes and were recommended the honey nut latte as one of their more popular drinks. We got it hot. It was perfect! Not too hot, definitely not cold, great flavor, strong coffee flavor, and not too sweet. There's also a wall of fancy teas that's definitely worth checking out. (See my photo.) Service was also good! This is a great place to come study or do work on your computer. Some tables have outlets too. The service was good. No complaints. I came here because I heard their matcha is good. Each matcha is $8.5. They claim to use ceremonial grade matcha but under the matcha latte list, there is only one drink labeled CG (ceremonial grade) while others do not. The CG is the basic and they use agave for sweetening. They also don't hand mix per cup. It is pre-batched. I'm not a pre-batch hater although I do prefer each cup to be hand mixed, so I will give it a chance if it tastes good. The CG latte was surprisingly smooth and pretty good! Not bitter at all imo, but it was slightly grainy. They used the perfect amount of agave to balance. It wasn't sweet either. Just perfect balanced flavor for a regular CG matcha latte. The other matcha latte I ordered was the banana. It is SO GOOD! A lot grainier than the CG, though. But I would definitely order that again if I come to Katy. It has a cinnamon flavor in it (probably why it felt grainier than CG) and mixed with the banana flavor was just very yummy. Highly recommend!

The nuttiness of the sesame goes SOOO well with the espresso taste and it's a good creaminess too. I also like the texture of the bits of sesame seeds in the drink. The aesthetic of the cafe is modern with street-style flairs, it's a really cool space. I also love that there are Filipino flavors on the menu like ube and pandan. Most workers are super nice and say your name like they know you. They're also super attentive to ensure that everything with your order is perfect. Jonah was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we got a menu while in line! The weekdays seem to be better for wait-time, with little to no wait. The weekends however are packed and usually have lines. If you're not a line person, I would definitely come on a weekday. TwoTone is probably the best specialty coffee you can get in Houston, especially in terms of Asian flavors and creaminess. If it was closer to inner Houston, I would probably come here everyday.

I had to ask the worker for the prices and it was $8 for my smoothie. Hmm.. okay. For 2025 prices, that's pretty normal. But when I got it, it was already melted. Nearly liquid. I took a sip, hoping maybe the flavor would be good... nothing. There was not an ounce of flavor in it. Not only was it already melted and runny, but I'm serious when I say this was one of the worst smoothies I've had. I literally drove to HEB down the street to buy honey for it, and it just made the smoothie taste like honey with no flavor behind it. And sitting there waiting for it was so awkward. The silence is really unwelcoming added with the buzz of fluorescent lighting. There's nothing really in there except a couple of couches and some tables.
