I've been coming to this Tom N Toms location since before the new management took over, and it's always been consistent if anything, it's only improved. The baristas and owners are genuinely welcoming and usually greet me when I walk in. Of course, if they're busy with orders, that might not always happen, which is completely understandable. What I really appreciate is how helpful they are. I'm pretty indecisive when ordering, and they've always been patient and willing to recommend drinks or answer questions. I usually go for their chai latte or spiced chai latte, and everything I've tried so far has been really good. Taste is subjective, of course, but I've personally enjoyed every drink I've ordered. From what I understand, they're also willing to remake or adjust drinks if there's an issue though I've never had to do that, even during busy times or when they're hosting events and pop-ups. So please double check with barista/management. One of the things I love about this locally owned coffee shop is their food. It's actually filling, which isn't always the case with cafés. My favorites are the honey garlic toast, bagels with cream cheese, and the buldak pizza. The shop itself is clean, well-maintained, and the restroom is always fresh, which I really notice and appreciate. There's typically a barista at the front to take orders, and when it gets busy, there's also a kiosk available. The layout is clear, with signs showing where to order and pick up, so it's easy to navigate. They also host events and offer space for meetings or casual hangouts, which adds to the community feel. It's a great spot to relax, read, study, or get work done. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here all the time. They also play great music definitely my vibe, though that comes down to personal taste. Overall, it's a solid, welcoming place that I've consistently had good experiences with. I've been here three times and have been reminisced in leaving a review. The staff here is incredible, always so friendly, smiling, and helpful. The space is clean and very cute. I like the variety of snacks and drinks offered. I recommend the their wrapped hit dog and the Pandan Vietnamese coffee is my favorite! There is plenty of parking, never had trouble finding space. We're not in the Katy area very often so we needed a pick me up as soon as we were in the area. The place had very clean lines, making it a minimal and very simple aesthetic. The menu had a mix of traditional drinks and some featured menu items. We ordered the iced lavender latte, an iced mocha latte, and a tomdog. The lavender latte had just a hint of lavender which I really liked. It didn't taste like I was drinking perfume. The mocha latte tasted like your typical drink, nothing to write home about. The tomdog was a large hotdog wrapped in what I think is a pretzel dough. It was good, but I can't say it was the best hotdog I've ever tasted. What I thought was smart was the had these markers on the tables that indicated which tables were clean and which ones needed the staffs' attention. I kept watching the show they were playing on the TV that looked like a food tour in China. It was a nice mix up from your typical screens in coffee shops, but it also made me really hungry for Cantonese food. As an introvert, I enjoyed the use of the self-service kiosk. Each drink had a description and you can easily modify within the app. The establishment was clean and full of commuters and students. The coffee was ok in taste - wish my iced drinks were actually cold instead of lukewarm. Nothing is worse than drinking hot coffee in hot weather. read more

This place is close to my house so I come here whenever I get the chance but today my Vietnamese coffee is horrible. It is so diluted and tasted nothing like Vietnamese coffee. My kids still enjoy their cheese toast and pepperoni toast. read more

Fine place to work. Photogenic and comfortable. The espresso is terrible. The oriental latte which is their cross between a latte and a Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is also terrible. (Too sweet, cloying and does not go down easily). The rules here may be similar to those of Starbucks. Enjoy the nice room. Avoid the espresso like the plague. Concentrate on sweet espresso beverages such as lattes without getting anything too exotic. They do a lot of tea lattes. Those might be better. They also do a lot of interesting snack starches such as exotic pretzels. Those might be okay too. read more

Saw a honey lavender matcha on the menu so that's what I ordered. Didn't take a picture of the first one, but it was not what you'd expect when you order a matcha. I asked them to remake it. Took two tries to "get it right." This brown drink is a "matcha latte"... There's chunks of powder and sugar at the bottom. Unfortunately we will not be back. read more

Been here twice already, got their oriental coffee and it was really good. The second time i got the taro latte and it was too milky in my opinion, couldn't taste the taro too well and it wasn't sweet enough for me, basically slightly flavored milk. I also got their Honey cheese toast and it was soooo good. It was served all warm and I have no complaints about it, looking forward to trying their other foods! Plenty of parking available in the lot for this shopping center. Contemporary Korean-style coffee shop. Looked like a great place to bring a book or your lap top. I appreciated the note on the front door from the management, urging customers to "please be patient" with the local youth who are still learning the ins-and-outs of their jobs. My Iced Thai Tea Latte was sweet and rich. My friend ordered an Ice Blended Cinnamon Mocha and she really liked it. The staff wasn't sure how to register for the rewards program, but I found it in the App Store. Yummy Frappuccino (or whatever they're name for them is) drinks and delicious soft pretzel based food. They take the dough of a soft pretzel, flatten it, add stuff (marinara sauce, cheese, chicken beef, whatever, bake it, then serve it with a dipping sauce). I'm not a coffee snob, so I can't tell you if the coffee is excellent quality or not; but my wife is very picky and she likes going to this place too. It is a local business, not a national chain; so, that's a plus for us. It definitely shows in the folks who run it; because, they are super friendly & helpful. I've never had an issue with the service... of the dozen + times we've been, there have been errors with our orders; but, the staff has bent over backwards to help us get what we wanted (even when the error was ours). The atmosphere is very relaxed and chill. Love the vibe. This place is definitely one of my favorite two places for coffee-ish drinks and a bite in the West Houston/Katy/Richmond/Fulshear areas! Tom N Tom's is so good! We came in on Sunday father's day and unfortunately their big oven busted in the morning. They went to go buy a conventional oven that way they could still make bakery orders. It was honestly worth the wait! Our group got the bulgogi pretzel, hawaiian pretzel, caramel cinnamon bread, pizza toast and pizza. All are so good and super flavorful. They had great service manners and were apologetic considering the time. I had no problem waiting and will be back! 10/10. read more
