Ordered a quad espresso long shot and they hooked it up!

Yes, sbux has numerous flaws. However this location was great today. I order on the app, arrived at the store a good 5-7 minutes sooner than the quoted pickup time, and took my chances going inside in spite of my the odds being stacked against me. I'm glad I did! "No diggity" from blackstreet & dr. dre greeted me on their speakers just before the smiling baristas shouted a friendly hello. The music choice made me feel young before I realize this was a hit in 1996. Oh well, Chrysler uses "back day azz up" in their minivan commercial now, so middle age beckons. After that, I mosey over to the mobile pick up area to find that not only was my order ready, but it was made exactly as I requested! Perhaps this is a low bar, but other sbux don't usually get fancy espresso orders right. This place gave me a quad long shot and a good value for my money- not something you always expect at this chain. Beverage was finished promptly before I made it home. The parking lot is very Trader Joe's-esque, a tiny potential nightmare. I rolled the dice and parked at a spot on the other side of the big fence with a sign saying no sbux customers. Oops. No complaints from me, I'd go back.

Over $3 and it could easily be eaten in one bite

My scone and my Frappuccino was waiting for me when I got there the line through the drive-through was over 10 cars long And there was no parking spaces. However everything taste good and the service was fast but I do have one complaint I got a petite vanilla bean scone and are they for real do they think that it's made out of gold. It is the tiniest thing I ever saw and I know I paid over three dollars for it. Shame on Starbucks!!!!

The latte was good (not delicious), but a tad watery with a fullness of flavor missing. It was a rainy Saturday afternoon and the place was busy, but not overwhelming so. Tables were full, but it was only a short wait for me to place my simple order (by coffee shop standards) of a small, vanilla latte. However, once my order was taken (yes, the wait-server was pleasant) and I paid, I was left to figure it out. First time in and so I didn't know what the deal was: do I wait where I am? Pick up at a different counter? Ok...but where? Does someone call my drink out when it's ready (there's no put-your-name-on-a-cup thing -- which IS annoying, but apparently can be more handy than I've previously thought)? Is the order stated when the cup is placed down? The person who waited on me had vanished into a gaggle of chatting and giggling girls behind the counter, so I asked another customer. (FYI: you wait at the perpendicular counter to your left of the register.) No big deal, but it's one of those "little things" that separates the four stars from the five. I moved to the "wait" counter and observed a few drinks being placed down -- all beverages in similar cups -- and had to (again) ask someone else for help (i.e., which order was mine), as the barista who made my drink put it down and then disappeared into that gaggle of girls. (Also minor, but another separator of the three and three quarter stars from the four.) In short, the latte was good, but not the best. The service? Ok, but not the best. The ambiance? Again ok. Maybe because I've lived in SE Florida for more than 20 years, but it definitely does not have that true Boca feel. Nonetheless, given the options in the area, Hamilatte is a welcome attempt at something different, and definitely a preferred choice to Starbucks. I will return if I'm nearby, but I won't go out of my way (as I do for a truly 5-star establishment).

They've an impressive range of flavors, and I try to always try a flavor that I've not had in a long time, however I need to have my chocolate cherry more often than not. It's also very common to see people walking along the counter to pick their flavors. If you haven't made a decision, and the people behind you in line know what they want, do the right thing and let them go first. They give healthy scoops, and one scoop, although it doesn't sound like much, might be enough for someone with less post-dinner space available in their belly. If it's your first time visiting, watch the scoops being given to the person in front of you before making your decision. As an added bonus, during Spring and Summer Saturday nights, they have live music in the room as well. It's a cheap, fun date.

They keep leaving the boxes of ice cream on top of the counters to restock and then serve long lines of customers. This makes the ice cream very melty and causes freezer burn. Halo Pub does not allow tastes anymore so when they are out of your family's favorite flavors, it is a blind guess as to what to order. The hot fudge is delicious, but hard to enjoy when they give so little and the ice cream starts out melty. I hope the management will start listening to customer feedback and fix the stocking issues. The staff says that they request more stock of popular flavors, but don't get them. Lastly, the bathroom is nasty.
