Yes, sbux has numerous flaws. However this location was great today. I order on the app, arrived at the store a good 5-7 minutes sooner than the quoted pickup time, and took my chances going inside in spite of my the odds being stacked against me. I'm glad I did! "No diggity" from blackstreet & dr. dre greeted me on their speakers just before the smiling baristas shouted a friendly hello. The music choice made me feel young before I realize this was a hit in 1996. Oh well, Chrysler uses "back day azz up" in their minivan commercial now, so middle age beckons. After that, I mosey over to the mobile pick up area to find that not only was my order ready, but it was made exactly as I requested! Perhaps this is a low bar, but other sbux don't usually get fancy espresso orders right. This place gave me a quad long shot and a good value for my money- not something you always expect at this chain. Beverage was finished promptly before I made it home. The parking lot is very Trader Joe's-esque, a tiny potential nightmare. I rolled the dice and parked at a spot on the other side of the big fence with a sign saying no sbux customers. Oops. My mother and I ventured out for a sweet treat before my daughters Halloween parade at school. We found ourselves greeted in the drive through with less then desirable customer service words and phrases while ordering "anything else" after every coffee order (2) vs "what else would you like today" and that was only the beginning. We were then greeted with a girl at the window doing push ups with her feet on the counter where coffees were waiting while she was distracting a colleague who was trying to accept our payment. I hate to be that guy... but was one of the only people in the store, took us 25 minutes to get our coffee while they were fulfilling everyone's online orders and drive through orders instead of the people that were right in front of them at the counter. Hm, I was skimming the reviews for this location and noticed a bunch of negative ones. The vast majority of my experiences here have been really good! First, the inside is actually super nice. I haven't spent a huge amount of time there just yet (I mainly just go in to pick up my coffee and leave), but I'm pretty impressed at the number of comfy chairs and the general spacious feeling. I also go through the drive thru sometimes and they've never gotten my (admittedly simple) order wrong. Sometimes, the line moves a little slowly, but I blame that more on the customers ordering a bunch of beverages and snacks versus the employees being incompetent or something. Speaking of which, it's true that sometimes they're drive thru only. In fact, on some occasions they've actually been closed completely well before the supposed 7 PM closing time, with a piece of paper taped to the front door announcing the news. It's pretty frustrating, but I guess they're having trouble hiring people to fill the shifts. Also, to correct something that another reviewer said, you can definitely order ahead, at least through the app (my wife does it all the time). I'm noticing that the employees are purposely taking long to fulfill your order when you don't tip... I've had the same employee serve me on 6 occasions and the two times I tipped ,he was quick to fulfill my medium hot coffee (black no sugar). However, the other 4 times I did not tip, he legit made me wait 10 minutes minimum. Mind you it was dead and I'm in no position to tip if I don't want too. I love this place! I am a usual customer at this place but starbucks has a lot of usual customers obviously. I love the staff members at this place. They are always so sweet and quick to work. They make it exactly how I order it online or in person. Even if the place is just about to close, which happens to me a lot actually, they make the perfect drink. Sometimes when I order less ice in my drink, they don't always use less ice but that isn't really an issue to me. I also love the birthday cake pop, tastes so good. When I do drive through, they make my order very quickly too. I love how we can add things to our drink. Talking about drinks, I am in love with the drink variety. I have so much to choose from! The one thing I really don't like at this place is how loud it is. I sometimes sit on a chair trying to work on something or talking with a friend but there is so much noise inside. I even started sitting outside. Overall, I love this place and it is my go to place when I need something refreshing quick and yummy but can be very noisy. read more

Drive thru is consistently good. The number of cars waiting on the drive thru can seem a bit long but it moves quickly enough. It's definitely not the fault of the employees. I'm always in awe of those on the drive thru queue that wait until they get to the window to prep their payment options, be it app or credit card. There always seems to be one dum dum in front of me searching for their wallet every few days. If you're one of those dum dums, on any drive thru line, get you app or wallet out earlier please! My scone and my Frappuccino was waiting for me when I got there the line through the drive-through was over 10 cars long And there was no parking spaces. However everything taste good and the service was fast but I do have one complaint I got a petite vanilla bean scone and are they for real do they think that it's made out of gold. Pretty generic Starbucks. The product is what it is, you either like Starbucks and its price point or you don't, no point discussing it in a review. This particular Starbucks is characteristically clean and well stocked, with ample indoor and outdoor seating space. Service is generally quick and accurate. As others have mentioned, the employees here are notably friendly and outgoing. The parking lot design is a bit of a mess, and having crazed customers in search of caffeine navigating a shared parking lot with a day care center seems like questionable decision making, but c'est la vie. I'm not generally a Starbucks person, but if I do decide to get a cup, this is my preferred location. read more

Great and spacious Starbucks location with plenty of seating and a drive through. Even though I grabbed my drink to go, I noticed how nice everything was set up with the displays and layout. The employees were super friendly too, but then again, I came pretty late in the evening and there was no line. I was surprised that the place is open until 11 pm on a Saturday, as I'm used to most Starbucks locations closing up by 10 pm. If you can avoid this place you should. Go up the block to dolce and Clemente and they have a bakery and coffee in the back you'll be much happier. Wawa and Panera are down the street as well. Nice place easy access and looks fairly new. Parking in the lot is very limited as they share the lot with another business and the spots are restricted. Also don't try parking if you have a large vehicle. The big downside to this Starbucks is their WiFi is HORRIBLE! 100 to 300 kbps at best. When I asked them to reset the router or do something about it the employee just shrugged and said they couldn't do anything about it and it has been an issue for "awhile" which is unacceptable at a Starbucks. Despite many employees (more than I usually see behind the counter at rush hour), they take forever for drive through drinks (worsened x100 during covid) and the kids who work there are always playing around and seem distracted. I've had messed up drinks often. That being said, a terrible experience at Starbucks only exists bc of the high bar set by the company. It's completely satisfactory, clean, good place to hang. They just need to supervise the young employees a bit more who are screwing around. read more

I adore this place and am so glad it came to our town. The staff is terrific to a person, the manager is amazing and very attentive to all customers - the place is definitely a happy one.
