The management of this store is a mess. Most of the baristas are so friendly and doing their best despite being chronically understaffed. However there's one employee, Natalie, who i think is actually a shift lead or shift manager which is shocking considering how immature she is. Shouting across the store to joke and antagonize the other employees is one thing. But when I was in the store recently, I heard Natalie telling another employee that she should "unalive" herself by jumping off the nearby overpass. She told the other employee, "you should just do it" then came a conversation about how the employee should jump to ensure maximum bodily harm. I don't know who in the world would think that's funny, or who thought it was appropriate to put dollar store Daria in a position of authority, but I wish management would take notice. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch. Every. Time. I've reached out to corporate, not that it'll do anything, I'm sure! I won't be patronizing this store again though, and I'd encourage others to do the same. Never been to a Starbucks that did not have Oat milk. Is that a thing? Lol we stopped at this location while road tripping and it was disappointing. I mean it's a drink spot so I was shocked when they didn't have my milk. So I got one of my fav drinks, the brown sugar oatmeal latte with almond milk instead of my oat milk since they were out. It was okay but because almond milk is a lighter milk my drink had a slight burnt taste but it was okay, but I would never order again. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years so I can say what rude is and that's waiting 10 minutes before attending to me to order at the front while they clean the lobby and bathroom and still didn't wash their hands after handling trash and such the lady with the long hair and dreads who looks pregnant you are so rude and you deserve to get fired read more

I admit it, I'm a Starbucks fan, much to my wife's relief. This is a big, industrial looking shop, lots of seats, not sure where all the outlets are. Unlike Dunkin Donuts, their plugs seem to be hidden, not easily accessible. Anyway, about 530pm, on 6.7.18 and the young kids are friendly and helpful, something you don't always find at these places. My coffee was strong and hit the spot. Not dependable open one day closed next hours varied during the day . My husband who rarely visits Starbucks went to get me coffee while I was at work as a surprise but he got to Starbucks at 1:30 and they were closed. He didn't see the sign on the drive through and went to the window the workers there were standing around by the drive through window would not even address him or look at him. NOPE STARBUCKS you lost a customer. Shame on this behavior. read more

I was running errands in Rolla on a Saturday afternoon. I saw this Starbucks with a drive-thru so I pulled in for my favorite summer drink, 1/2 blueberry black tea and 1/2 lemonade with no cane sugar. Service was slow but my drink was great. I'll certainly be back next time I'm in Rolla. read more

Stopped in after a brief road trip and this place was buzzing, as they usually are. This mega corp does something right with their employees... 99% of the time, they're super friendly, helpful and never standing around. Kristin served me, a gem of all gems. Went to get coffee at 7:30 am and the entire store was closed. No sign or anything. They may be closed permanently

They need to listen when some one tells them about points. Not all reps at the drive thru ask about you using your points. Isn't that customer service and helping to prolong the establishment by using their app and by participating in points. It shouldn't be put on me to receive good customer service. "You didn't tell us" I shouldn't have to settle and simply accept your mistake. Refund the purchase and use my points. Do better. read more

On our way back home we stopped here for some coffee, and David was the most awesome Barista! He helped my husband in figuring out what flavor in his latte to try, and he was really cool to talk with! I wish there were more locations like this. Finally Rolla has a Starbucks and it is only just okay. Yes you can use your Starbucks rewards here, yes there's a drive-thru. But they don't have half of what a normal Starbucks should have. They are constantly out of certain food items, they don't sell the "you are here" mugs, and the atmosphere is cold and uninviting. They are missing half of the protein boxes, yet they are listed in the app for the location so you never know if they actually have or even have ever sold certain ones. Service is ok. read more

I realize these are trying times with the covid...but, this location has been closed too many times. Its very frustrating when you go out of your way to go there and then theres a tacky handwritten note posted on the door and the drive thru...it infuriates me. When I look at maps on my iPhone and it says they're open, and they're not,that's really aggravating. At least put it in maps so people don't drive over there. "We like going to Starbucks for good and reliable coffee." That is what my husband said prior to visiting this location. Our first visit was in the drive-thru. We ordered a few drinks including a chocolate milk over ice. We were told they can't make chocolate milk but they have cartons of it and they can give us a cup of ice. We said that's fine. We'll take the carton without the ice. When we picked up our coffee the barista seemed frustrated that we didn't want the ice. It wasn't a terrible experience so we went back. This time the drive-thru was backed-up so my husband went inside. He ordered a few things including a venti Pike Place, an espresso and a warm hot chocolate (not too hot bc it was for a child). He asked for a receipt bc it was unclear if the order was entirely received, and he noticed the hot chocolate was not on the order. When the woman at the register asked the barista to make the hot chocolate the barista said she would not, so she asked someone else to make it and after a good amount of time it was made. When my husband asked about his Pike Place he hadn't received he was directed back to the register to get it and by then they were out of both the dark roast and Pike Place, so he could only get blond. Then when he asked if an unlabeled carafe was half n half nobody responded and a barista said, "we're out of creamer!", then she came over and lifted it up and said, "it's full" to which my husband responded, "yes I know. I want to know if it's half n half". Sooo...pretty much we experienced lack of drink knowledge and rude communication on our first visit, then poor customer communication and lack of communication and teamwork among the employees on the second visit. This Starbucks has the nicest window person I have ever met. Nate was an amazing employee and genuinely cares about our day's and he was amazingly friendly. I think that Nate definitely deserves a raise for this service. Better than any chick-fil-a employee. I Highley appreciate this Starbucks and I will always be back. read more
