They refused to upsize my drink from a grande to a venti- I tried to upsize at the window BEFORE I paid and BEFORE my drink came out. SHONDRA or SHONDA refused my business and refused to give me her name when I asked- she said "Ella" ushering to the barista behind her and walked away from the window. I got my grande (was forced to take my grande because they refused to allow me to upsize to a venti) and left. Ella was polite- didn't apologize but polite. I'm a reserve member and spend 3k a year on Starbucks I only have a problem at THIS Starbucks! Save yourself the headache and subpar experience and go to the Starbucks on Highway 9 and Holcomb bridge. I've complained several times about their poor customer treatment and lack of service especially from this woman she's heavy set tall and African American and still no changes. Study review: pretty nice spot to study. Not a very busy location so stays pretty quiet. Music isn't too loud and playing easy listening. Has about 4 square tables, one bar style community table (sits about 6-8) with outlets, 3 bar style round tables, and a larger rectangular table that comfortably sits 4 (no immediate outlet access). Lighting is pretty decent with natural light. Overall, pretty good place to sit down and get some work done. Starbucks itself is pretty standard. Clean interior. Friendly staff. Normal menu items. Nothing particularly outstanding about this Starbucks to warrant anything other than an average rating. read more

I love Starbucks but this location's service has gone downhill. Everytime I order on the app and am quoted 5-9 minutes it takes upwards of 15-20. I get that this location gets a lot of orders but it shouldn't take this long. read more

Good customer service but they do not make the drinks well. I ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew and there wasn't any cream it was just foam on top, so after a couple minutes the foam settled as you can clearly see by the picture. Therefore the drink tasted terrible, basically drinking black coffee when there's no cream. I had them remake the drink and I told them what was wrong and they made it again the exact same way :( I don't like paying for something that is wrong. read more

Fast and efficient! Great customer service. If your crunched for time this is the location to go to. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a cheese danishes warmed and a green tea latte with 3 pumps of peppermint. I'll be sure to go to this location more often! I love Starbucks, but this one is not up to the usual standard. The people are very nice, but my order is often wrong. A cookie crumble Frappuccino with no cookie crumbles. A caramel cloud macchiato that was iced for some reason. That sort of thing. The store is also cluttered or messy much of the time--cabinets standing open showing the mess inside, for example. The location is convenient and the people are nice, but that's all I can say for it! read more

One of 3 or 4 local Starbucks, I occasionally stop in here on the way to work when we've run out of bean or half and half. This one's a little smaller than most, but still provides adequate seating and free wifi, so if you want to kill some time and sip on a starbucks drink, this will do this trick. read more

Very friendly bunch of workers at this location. They were even very friendly to my toddler. They have a drive thru but you do have to enter the shopping center to access it. There isn't a ton of places to sit so if you're there during lunchtime you may not find a place to sit. A few tables and some lounge chairs. Small location but nice. read more

This is the worst Starbucks location. We ended up here twice in 3 days and both times the service was awful. I can get past slow service but I don't appreciate attitude. Ordering a house coffee with cream shouldn't be a difficult drink for any Starbucks but that's apparently very challenging for this location. It's great to have a Starbuck's near by. My friends and I will go there to get some homework finished. The environment is very clean and friendly. The space gets a little tight at times and noise level can get higher than I would like. The drinks are made well, except I've always had a problem with chunks of ice in my fraps making it hard to sip from the straw. The bathrooms are large and clean. Attached is a photo of my "Violet Drink".... I ordered a Dragon Drink & a Violet Drink and when I get to the window, it literally looked like two identical Dragon Drinks coming out. So I mentioned that one of them should be a Violet Drink, then the guy who actually made them tells me that he messed up on one and that they taste the same anyways...um, what?! He ended up re-making it and somehow I'm left with a Pink-Violet drink & basically ANOTHER Violet Drink with dragon fruit in it (after tasting the "Dragon Drink", it's actually the Violet Drink the guy messed up on and they have the real Dragon Drink with them!) *sigh* ...it was BOGO happy hour so I'm not too pressed, but when customers order a specific drink, you don't just mess up and expect them to take it as it is, you immediately start making a new one the correct way. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. I'm giving this location 3 stars because the person taking my order at the box was definitely in friendly-mode, almost robotic, but I still appreciated the effort & the guy taking payments at the window was great too. (Plus, since it was kind of getting hectic due to it being the start of happy hour, that may have effected their judgement too) I'm not giving this review to turn people away from here, but to really help the staff be mindful of things like this because maybe not every customer will be as patient if hiccups like this persist. read more

I don't know about this place. I love the taste of most of their drinks/food, but the staff is rude and talkative. I brought my service dog in and they were Indescribably awful. They were unwelcoming. Sometimes when the drinks are given to me the lids are loose and spill. It's very pricy for the quantity. This is probably one of the best starbuck's around. Its good to have it so close. (Only about 5 minutes away from my house). It's got nice clean bathrooms. It's always neat and tidy in there and the employees are really friendly there. I usually get a latte with like a blueberry muffin when I drive by. read more
