Most of the folks in and out during the 2 1/2 hours I was there were known. It means something when folks come back, and they had a lot of them. Dark-ish, quiet, but not too dark for reading. You can choose either a croffle or sweet toast and we went with the sweet toast which was delicious. I also loved the dressing they used on the salad. (I was disappointed to later find out that they actually sell the dressing!) The soufflé pancakes, however, were a bit of a mixed experience for us. We chose the mini version so we could try four different flavors: blueberry cheese, tiramisu, matcha tiramisu, and strawberry cream. In the end, we were actually glad we ordered the minis instead of a full-size pancake with just one flavor. Out of the four, the blueberry cheese was our favorite. The tiramisu flavors didn't really taste much like tiramisu to us and the strawberry cream topping was fairly simple as well. The pancakes themselves were also a little drier than we expected. I also ordered a matcha latte but unfortunately, it wasn't my favorite. It tasted a bit watery and didn't have a good matcha flavor. I accidentally dropped the muffin on the floor right after ordering it, and the staff was incredibly kind and replaced it at no charge.
