How lucky are we to have such a unique brunch spot so close?!! This cute little diner offers the most delicious aerated pancakes that, if you're a foodie for real, you've seen on many a-viral video. And then so much more! First, the diner is located in a nondescript shopping center across the street from The Avenue in East Cobb. Plenty of parking, and even a cute locally-owned home decor store a few doors down. There are only a few bigger tables and more 2-toppers towards the back. I'm shocked the line isn't out the door here. You order at the counter, where the ladies there are helpful if aren't sure how or what to order. I recommend checking the menu online before coming in because it can be overwhelming. They warn you that it takes like 20 minutes to get the fluffy pancakes (worth the wait to me). Come when you have time to savor everything! The food comes to your table in good time. Prices are reasonable for the novelty and QUALITY of the food! In addition to the pancakes with typical sweets, they have a selection of savory sandwiches--lox, benedict, etc.--and the amazing "croffle" (waffled croissants)! Both sweet and savory selections again. The display case showed some additional dessert options, which I'm excited to try next time. The service at the table was ok, as one person cleared the tables as we ate but no one seemed terribly happy. The servings were very filling! We can't wait to come back. Buyer beware, you will smell like the griddle when you leave. It's something I notice but may not bother everyone

This is a Japanese inspired pancake house. They do offer salads with waffles, breakfast sandwich and an assortment of drinks but I must confess I came for the pancakes. The pancakes themselves were light and fluffy and not weighted down like so many other places. The chicken, maple syrup and sliced/sauted jalapeño slices was great if you crave mostly savory with a little sweet. A good portion of fried/breaded chicken that was seasoned well. The green matcha was more decadent with a layer of whipped cream in between the cakes and shavings of white chocolate to garnish with. The mango and kiwi pancake is nice if you want a lighter fruity version and the two pair quite well. Underneath is a mango purée perfect to sop up with your pancake fork in hand! The Nutella and banana came with the chocolate separate that you could drizzle on top. So much fun! I don't think you can go wrong with the food choices here. I'll certainly be back to try their drinks and others.

The pancakes are an amazing texture and so dang good. I appreciate that when you order it tells you the timing on the pancakes. Our minus a star moment came when the chicken and waffles came so much later than the rest of our food... like everyone else was done eating late. It did have great flavor and the candied jalapeños were a nice touch, just needs a few more. Overall it was a very cute and yummy spot and we'd go back.

Tin the owner Is serious about trying to please his customers. Even ordering pure maple syrup immediately after we suggested it making sure that it was there for the next time we came. I was very hungry, so I had two entrées, one sweet and one savory the savory one was the chicken and waffles entrée. The waffles were really croissants that they smashed into a waffle iron so it had the waffle look they were delicious! The other one was a sweet fluffy pancake, which was also delicious I will come back again and again! I'm glad someone finally figured out how to make those wonderful Japanese pancakes that I love!

Fluffy fluffy is an adorable, small cafe! My friend was visiting Atlanta for the first time, and we came by here to try the fluffy pancakes. We shared the matcha flavor pancake, and the serving size was very big--we couldn't finish it, I'd say it serves at least 3-4 people! The interior is really cute, and the service is mostly self service after ordering with the cashier up front. The inside is clean, with cute decor, and there's plenty of free parking in the parking lot. I would recommend trying this cafe out!!

Amazing! We had heard the buzz about this new place and finally we did. Why did we wait so long? My partner and I split the raspberry banana fluffy... our dessert was made to order and we waited 15 minutes or so for a warm, pillowy plate of lusciousness to be delivered to our table. The staff were very helpful and helpful as we ordered. It was a very pleasant experience! We will return again soon and frequently!

Finally, East Cobb has fluffy pancakes! I love their pancakes--they're super airy and have that rich, eggy taste. The Tiramisu Soufflé Pancake is my favorite so far, but I definitely want to try the matcha one next time I visit. If the eggy flavor gets a bit much, I'd recommend grabbing one of their refresher drinks (like the soda-aid style) instead of the milk-based frappes. fyi, plenty of parking. they also have more seats inside, and kiosk located near counter area

A new Fluffy location in Marietta! I got the Matcha Tiramisu Pancake and the Blueberry Cheese Pancake--both were super light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. I also tried the Fluffy Fluffy Latte and a Matcha Latte, which were smooth and rich, perfect alongside the pancakes. Definitely a great spot for brunch or a sweet treat!

Loved the fluffy, fluffy pancakes which weren't overly sweet but very indulgent with the fresh fruit and whipped crème. Presentation was beautiful. Noticed other diners enjoying the breakfast and sandwich options which looked great as well. Definitely need to return!

-wait time was longer than 25 minutes and we were one of the first ones in line -staff was generally friendly -very limited seating -pancakes were just okay--not as fluffy as they should be and it's overpriced for just one stack of 2 -croffle came out cold and toppings inside weren't warmed up it was just cold ham and cold cheese -although staff worked as fast as they could I personally don't think the food is worth the wait or the price

First time trying fluffy pancakes. I really enjoyed the pancakes. The staff was very helpful even though they were really busy. I had the creme brulee pancakes and recommend you try the at your earliest convenience.

Strawberry matcha pancake and Oreo pancake

The owner of this location was here to check in on customers the day my friend and I visited! He asked why we chose such different flavors for our two pancakes lol. We chose the Oreo and strawberry matcha pancakes to share. And we did wait about 20-25 minutes for them. The staff emphasized that the pancakes would take at least 15 minutes to prepare. The pancakes were both delicious once they came to us, but yes very different flavor profiles. Pancake was light and fluffy. Will deflate and become less fluffy (like most other soufflé) if you wait more than 5 minutes to eat. They do have a drink menu and some small bites/non dessert type stuff. They have plenty of seating but again it's a long wait for the pancakes. Very chill place especially on a weekday

Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from start to finish. We had reservations for 10:45 AM on May 23. Due to the rain, we arrived around 10:53, but some of the ladies were already there waiting. After being seated, it took about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us to ask for drinks. We all ordered water... and then we waited. And waited. About 30-40 minutes passed without anyone taking our food order, even though the restaurant was not busy. We noticed another group who came in after us eventually just get up and leave. Honestly, we should have done the same. Around 11:30, as we were gathering our things to leave, the owner came over asking where we were going. I explained that no one had taken our order and that we were hungry. She convinced us to stay and brought out chicken croquettes and biscuits "to hold us over." The biscuits were decent, but the croquettes were not good. Then we waited ANOTHER hour. Our food didn't arrive until around 12:30 PM. During that time, my sister and I literally walked to another restaurant nearby, ordered food there, ate, and came back -- and our food had just arrived. To make matters worse, the chicken was undercooked. As shown in the photo, it was raw inside and dripping excessively. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. On top of all of that, when I went to pay, I noticed I was being overcharged. I had to ask for an itemized receipt, and suddenly the total dropped significantly. That alone was frustrating and unprofessional. The overall environment was also uncomfortable. The cook was sweating heavily over the food while talking, which did not make the experience any better. I paid for meals my family didn't even enjoy just to leave and go somewhere else to actually eat. The only thing decent about this experience was the homemade-style biscuits. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are expecting good service, timely food, professionalism, or quality control. This was my personal experience, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst brunch experiences I've had in a long time.
