    Staff was super friendly great service! Order a ice vanilla coffee and the coffee was made just right! Couldn't be happier!

So today I go back there and the coupon is gone and they refuse to make good on it I showed them where the Google search showed it was 30 days however they said that they changed the policy to one week and then they changed it to just the day I said yeah but in good faith I did do a search on it and it's not my fault that every place on the internet says it's good for 30 days. They said we don't have the authority to do anything here this was Veronica talking she said you would have to contact corporate. So I contacted corporate and got a call center in the Philippines The gentleman Steve I spoke with had a heavy Tagalog accent and it was hard to understand him but I explained the situation to him and he kept misunderstanding it and getting it wrong because of the language barrier I finally prevailed and he said he'd give me a coupon that would be good until tomorrow I said I come here almost everyday I don't know if I'll be here tomorrow can you just give me a couple more days he said no I can only give you one right now and I said come on be reasonable I've already ordered today look at my purchase history I spend hundreds of dollars every month at Starbucks in any rate he was unmoved and I kept trying to find a way to reason with him but I was unsuccessful and then all of a sudden the line was disconnected I went and talked to the store manager who was very unsympathetic she said it's not anything that they have control over it's all done by corporate and you'd have to talk to them and she would not budge I said even if I wanted a $4 coupon could you do that she said no they could not if it was a physical coupon they could but they have no interaction at all with the electronic stuff anyway I literally spent thousands of dollars a year at Starbucks because I also give out certificates to my customers I don't want to be that crank that sits here and complains about a $5 coupon but it just seems wrong that a giant corporation like Starbucks can't even give their store managers the ability to fix an issue I jump through flaming hoops for our customers as do my employees and this is what we're supposed to do we're supposed to establish a connection we're supposed to leave the customer with a good feeling and it's not about the money trust me it's just a principle of the thing people hiding behind a giant system that they have no control over This is all by design

    The Experience I Had Yesterday Was By Far The Absolute Worst Experience I've Ever Had At A Paul…read moreDias McDonalds Location. I'm Usually Not One To Be Going Out Of My Way To Write Bad Reviews But What I Experienced At The Green Valley Continental Location Was Definitely At The Bottom Of The Barrel. I Had My Order Messed Up Twice. One Kid Came Up To Me & Politely Asked Me If Everything Was Alright, I Responded Kindly Telling Him My Order Was Wrong. He Quickly Ran To The Back To Fix The Issue & Nicely Asked Me For A Refill. While I Was Waiting In front Of The Cash Register The Kid Brought Back My Refill & Told Me My Order Was Getting Remade And That He Was Sorry. So Then He Got Back To The Register Helping An Elderly Couple, When I Overheard Some Sort Of "Manager" By The Name Of "Monica" Cursing Repeatedly In Spanish Under Her Breath While She Was In The Back Filling Up Drinks. I don't think she realized i speak Spanish so I'm assuming she thought she was in the clear. I would type what she said but I'm afraid the words she used are to vulgar. (She was basically annoyed of me asking for my correct order & was also cursing at a fellow co worker). The vibes and ambience were absolutely terrible. I will not be returning here WILLINGLY & if do i hope to not see Monica AGAIN. I do wanna appreciate those who were helpful at this location but i definitely feel bad you guys have to put up with such poor management.

The welcoming counter is gone, prices have become silly so forget anything under $10.00, and under the newly purchased ownership of the Diaz Group, it's just become unfortunately, a hollowed out chasm to grab a meal filled with preservatives... There's no color or kids here no matter how many times we have visited, only kiosks. A blank, humanless environment with no overhead menus. The push to be an ONLY electronic interface is a total loss to me. We're losing humanity to processes like this and It's absolutely NO place to bring children anymore. Everything that Ray Croc stood for in the food and environment vision here is gone. Completely gone. - The food? Just filled with the worst of nitrates and preservatives. For a community of 50K+ of retirees, this is not a welcoming atmosphere and I've seen it only decline with this version of remodeling. Not a fan, and almost done with the 'McDonalds' way of thinking myself aside from the point that orders here have almost always been wrong and only adds to the LACK of employment standards and training... Shameful.
