Only after I had finished and was about to bring everything inside did an employee, a young blond man, come out and tell me they wanted the delivery brought to the back instead. A simple heads-up at the beginning would have saved a lot of unnecessary work. Instead, I had to haul the entire load around the building after already unloading it. To top it off, the tip was just $1. Delivery drivers work hard, often in extreme Arizona heat while handling heavy loads. A little communication and basic consideration go a long way. Based on this experience, I won't be accepting deliveries to this business again.
