The Experience I Had Yesterday Was By Far The Absolute Worst Experience I've Ever Had At A Paul Dias McDonalds Location. I'm Usually Not One To Be Going Out Of My Way To Write Bad Reviews But What I Experienced At The Green Valley Continental Location Was Definitely At The Bottom Of The Barrel. I Had My Order Messed Up Twice. One Kid Came Up To Me & Politely Asked Me If Everything Was Alright, I Responded Kindly Telling Him My Order Was Wrong. He Quickly Ran To The Back To Fix The Issue & Nicely Asked Me For A Refill. While I Was Waiting In front Of The Cash Register The Kid Brought Back My Refill & Told Me My Order Was Getting Remade And That He Was Sorry. So Then He Got Back To The Register Helping An Elderly Couple, When I Overheard Some Sort Of "Manager" By The Name Of "Monica" Cursing Repeatedly In Spanish Under Her Breath While She Was In The Back Filling Up Drinks. I don't think she realized i speak Spanish so I'm assuming she thought she was in the clear. I would type what she said but I'm afraid the words she used are to vulgar. (She was basically annoyed of me asking for my correct order & was also cursing at a fellow co worker). The vibes and ambience were absolutely terrible. I will not be returning here WILLINGLY & if do i hope to not see Monica AGAIN. I do wanna appreciate those who were helpful at this location but i definitely feel bad you guys have to put up with such poor management. read more

Unfortunately, this is another example of a soul-less shadow of the former glory that 'McDonalds' use to be. Recommend: No. Simply no. The welcoming counter is gone, prices have become silly so forget anything under $10.00, and under the newly purchased ownership of the Diaz Group, it's just become unfortunately, a hollowed out chasm to grab a meal filled with preservatives... There's no color or kids here no matter how many times we have visited, only kiosks. A blank, humanless environment with no overhead menus. The push to be an ONLY electronic interface is a total loss to me. We're losing humanity to processes like this and It's absolutely NO place to bring children anymore. Everything that Ray Croc stood for in the food and environment vision here is gone. Completely gone. - The food? Just filled with the worst of nitrates and preservatives. For a community of 50K+ of retirees, this is not a welcoming atmosphere and I've seen it only decline with this version of remodeling. Not a fan, and almost done with the 'McDonalds' way of thinking myself aside from the point that orders here have almost always been wrong and only adds to the LACK of employment standards and training... Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Big Mac that came to almost $9.00! I live less than 5 minutes away. When I got home it was already cold and mushy. I would give it a zero but not available. I guess a 1 is because my dog liked it. The only thing McDonald's is good for anymore is to buy a bag of Ice or if you have to make an emergency bathroom stop. read more

The first thing I noticed was that there was no cashier or order taker. The place had undergone yet another renovation. The place felt uninviting and did not give a feeling of welcoming you in to dine. Next when I was able to flag down a server, the appeared upset that I had asked for help ordering. Their ordering Kiosks are not really user friendly. My order was finally taken by the server. Payment was by credit card. The cost for 2 egg McMuffin breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns was unbelievable! Over $25 dollars. Then when I got my order, the sandwiches were very very small and the hash browns were greasy. It was not what I expected! I've eaten at this restaurant in the past and it was way better. As for the restaurant as for the ambiance, it was a very stark feeling, unfriendly feeling. I used to work for McDonald's and the key to a perfect stop/ drive thru experience was friendliness, smoothness, and order correction. Everyone love a big mac once in awhile. I was impressed with the new facility (the old one needed serious updating). There were no lines when we arrived...never been to a Mc Donalds that delivered a big mac to your table. In fact they were delivering to the table (looking for us) while we were still getting our soda. A nice feature. When we were there the cashier/order taker was pleasant, and a little more senior than the usual kids that run most McDonalds. The next time we ordered Breakfast Burritos .. again service was ok. I went to the drive thru after the vet, so I had the dog in the car and couldn't park and go in. After I paid, they told me the fries weren't ready and to pull up to the waiting spot (in the sun in 110 degrees weather midday). I waited 10 minutes and no one came. I called the local phone number on the receipt and the number was not working. I couldn't leave my dog in the car, so I continued to wait. Eventually a car pulls up behind me and waits a minute and gets their order. The employee comes to my car, puzzled and asks why I'm there. I tell her what I'm waiting for 2 plain cheeseburgers and a large fry and she goes back in. 5 minutes later, the guy who originally told me to wait comes out brings me my order. I later open the bag and the cheeseburgers are loaded with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. I am allergic to tomatoes, so just scraping it off isn't safe. Again I try the non-working local phone number. Then I call the 877 phone number on the receipt, who says they'll get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. So i go home and throw the now cold gross cheeseburgers away. And by the way, french fries are $4.59 --- you can get a whole meal at Wendy's for that. read more

A friend and I went in there about 7:00 p.m., last night. It wasn't very busy. The prices are horrible! It was $4.59 for a large fries! That's all that we ordered. I hadn't been in a McDonald's in many years, and we're new to the area. The service was fast, but the place looked dirty, especially behind the counter. The staff was friendly enough. As with other McDonald's locations, customers inside the dining area seem to be second class citizens, relative to drive through patrons. I drove up to the speaker and was asked by a young male what my order was but got no response to my first question. I waited a few minutes without response and figured the person had switched to the other lane. Sure enough, when that care was done, a young-sounding female took my order: a Deluxe McCrispy meal "4b" with water. When I got to the window to pay, a short, pretty Hispanic girl listed my order as a spicy McCrispy with iced tea. I said that was incorrect. She checked her screen and told me that I was incorrect. I really like the fresh quarter pounders with cheese and bacon. I like the freshness of the meat, and you can tell the difference, I'm hoping one day all of their burgers will be fresh. That said, I am really disappointed how often we don't get all the food we have ordered. We live 8+ Mile's from McDonalds, so it's not like we want to drive back for a correction. My husband has started bag checking. And if they have to add the food that was ordered and charged for the other food gets cold. I do know McDonalds can do better. My Drs office is in Main Marana, and there is a new McDonalds off the Hiway. Their food is always fresh and best of all, hot off the grill. Yes we are usually asked to wait in the driv-in wait area but worth the wait to have the food hot and yummy. So it can be done. Went through the drive-thru and ordered two biscuits with two jellies. Pulled up to the window and paid and then I was asked to pull forward. Where I then set for 15 minutes until I got out of my car and went in and saw the whole staff just messing around and only when I brought up that I've been sitting there for 15 minutes, did they actually go and put the biscuits in the microwave and then give them to me. The drive-thru representative a guy told me they can't add extra orders of scrambled eggs to my order. Its a fast location and it's recently been renovated. I like going here for breakfast with friends or a quick lunch on occasion. It's a little out of the way for me but I prefer it to the Rancho lactation which is always slammed. Plus the ice cream machine is always working here so it's rarely a gamble. read more

Literally the worse McDonalds ever!! Avoid it If possible...Service is terrible, not just once , but consistently. It's the closest to me so I go there thinking it's convenient when I would've been better off driving a few miles more to get better service. They have 2 drive through lanes but tend to only work one( should just close the other one). Car in front of me sat and waited at least 5 minutes to order while the other drive through lane had 6 cars order before the car in front of me even got their order taken. Had a fairly small order, after sitting down i was only brought half of the order, coffee was said to take 4 more minutes for a fresh pot, started eating and my double quarter pounder was pink inside, told a manager and she informed me that it just looks like that and offered to replace it. Went to my local McDonald's this morning for my sweet tea....they were out of sweet tea so I ordered unsweetened tea and some donut sticks in the drive thru. Get to the window and they ask me to pull around to the side to wait "a couple of minutes. This is nothing new, they always make you wait.
