They seem like they are protein focused due to their emphasis on quality steaks and seafood, but the plates have a wide variety of vegetables to accompany the protein. Root vegetables, asparagus, and the sauces really make the meal. It's not like going to a steakhouse where you get a lonely slab of meat - here you get a well-rounded plate.
