They're getting 4 stars because I love their sugar free options (the golden eagle is awesome). However there's been a couple times I've ordered online, showed up and had to wait about 20 minutes to get my drink order (as I watch people who walk up without preordering getting theirs first). It's frustrating to not be able to count on a timely pick up when pre ordering. However, the employees are always super nice and I like that their medium drinks are the size of Starbucks venti but cheaper. If they can figure out their pre/online order game they'd be 5 stars for sure. read more

I was feeling like I could use a pick me up, and I probably only come to dutch bros maybe once or twice a year. The broista was rude and had attitude which I wasn't expecting. I ordered 4 drinks (two smalls and two mediums) When I got to the window they tried to hand me 3 smalls and a medium. I corrected them and then they had to remake the drink that seemed all too complicated (a mango smoothie parfait style with soft top) note they don't do real fruit anymore so they did float, whatever that means. I didn't get an explanation. I'm not a Dutch bros expert, so I don't think I will be returning. My husband said his drink tasted like cough syrup(rebel aftershock) Don't come here unless you know the menu really well. Also, no drink carrier. read more

My friend and I went here to get coffee and last minute decided to get to get some muffins. When we arrived at the window we were chatting and collected our drinks and drove away. Since we are used to only getting drinks we totally forgot about the muffins. As we were turning the corner and getting pretty far away from the store an employee came SPRINTING with literal high knees just in the nick of time to give us our muffins. Today I was in line for coffee by Myself and arrived around 6:55 AM. Not many cars in line, so I just pulled behind last car in right lane which was almost at the merger point of both left and right lanes. A couple more cars came in behind me in right lane (still no one in left lane). There were no servers outside taking orders for a good 5 to 8 minutes. Finally, 2 workers came out to take orders, and all of a sudden a car with multiple people in car pulled in left lane in front of me and other 2 cars behind me in right lane. At 7:08 my order was finally taken, and the car with multiple people who came long after I did was still ordering, so I told my server that I was moving up because I have been there a long time and I had somewhere to be. Little did I know that my ticket had the word "LINE-BUSTER" on it so when when I finally got to the window... They served several cars behind me before I got my one single coffee. Obviously they thought I was the one that busted the line ... so Dutch Brothers you won't see me anytime soon if that's how you're going to treat people who have waited patiently, but instead inconsiderate people who took advantage of those of us patiently waiting get served first. I love that the employees are a perfect example of why you don't partake of your own stash LOL. They were all super energetic and sweet this morning. The lady at the order menu help me figure out what I wanted as well as my coworker. We decided on a dinosaur egg for me. And for my coworker we got an iced coffee with hazelnut creamer. My drink which I thought was gonna be that strong as other two did nothing on me. But I had some sips of my coworkers coffee and I swear I wasn't moving fast enough!!! One of my new favorite places to grab a coffee, I go about once a month at least! The wide variety of flavors and the array of ways you can have your drink made is impressive and has easily made this my top choice for coffee on the go! The employees have all been incredibly helpful every time we have gone and they are more than willing to suggest either a flavor if you tell them what you like or what type of drink to have a specific drink made as. The birthday cake frost is my favorite drink and definitely satisfies my sweet tooth! They also have puppacinos that have dog treats mixed in the whipped cream and our pup loves them! Overall, I would highly recommend going to a Dutch brothers and ordering a drink! Ok, disclaimer- I drink a lot of coffee! I had never had Dutch Brothers until I moved out to Vail a few months ago. So happy to see this location and other one opened on Golf Links Road recently. The employees are so upbeat and helpful and will help you select a flavor combination that works for your iced or hot beverage. I've tried most of the sugar free flavors already. So many more flavors than the other big coffee chain with an "S". I love their Golden Eagle- Caramel and Vanilla and the German Chocolate- Chocolate, Caramel and Coconut. And they can do them regular or sugar free. They make their mochas with real chocolate milk, instead of chocolate syrups. I have yet to try their standard Americano, I'm a flavors kind of coffee drinker. Highly recommend this location. Oh and don't forget to get a punch card and a secret menu! read more

We came by on Mother's Day and the drive-thru line was SO long. Probably 20 cars. The staff were outside taking orders so it actually went pretty fast. There was a walk-up window too, which wasn't busy. I got online to look at their choices. Their menu is huge! I was looking for a sugar free flavored coffee but I couldn't find where the choices were for that in time. I asked when we got up to the person and she was very knowledgeable and rattled off a bunch of options. I ordered the White Zombie, sugar free, and everyone else got unsweetened citrus green tea. The tea was amazing, very refreshing. My coffee was seriously the best flavored coffee I've ever had. I even went back the next day to get another :) Compared to my usual drinks from the green mermaid competitor (skinny vanilla latte, sf cinnamon dolce etc) Dutch Bros is MILES above. I don't care much for DD coffee bc it's too acidic for me. I don't think Dutch Bros should even worry about being so close to DD- they don't even compare. My advice if you haven't been here yet is to look at their online menu before you go to have an idea. All of the staff we spoke to were very helpful and gave excellent advice. So if you're not sure, ASK! I'm so glad we have this great coffee and tea (and other) drive thru on our side of town. read more
