The coffee shop has a cool, open-space layout -- perfect for working, studying, or hanging out. The barista was almost too cool to be bothered, like how dare I interrupt his vibe by ordering a black iced coffee. Or maybe it was just the language barrier. This spot is right on the main ave in Isla Verde near the hotels right on the beach. TJ was a super nice guy, and walked us through what was on the menu. He was super friendly & helpful. We got 2 iced coffees, they come in bags, almost like IV looking bags. We got 2 iced coffees, the Dulce de Leche & Tres leche. Both were awesome & had strong & great flavor. The coffees came in plastic bags with a straw, probably bad comparison, but the bags are similar to the IV bags you see at the hospital. Give this local spot a try.

We ordered three of their frozen chocolate drinks, and every single one was absolutely delicious. Thankfully, it wasn't busy when we stopped by, so it was the perfect place to cool off and take a break from the heat. The café had a modern, inviting atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I asked if one of the frozen drinks could be split for the kids, and although they didn't split it for us, they happily gave us two extra cups so we could divide it ourselves. It was a simple gesture that we really appreciated. The frozen chocolate drink was rich, creamy, refreshing, and perfectly chocolatey without being overly sweet. Even the whipped cream was delicious, especially with the chocolate pieces on top. Everyone in our group loved it, and it quickly became our favorite sweet treat of the trip. This is located in the lobby of the Condado Palm Hotel. There are 2 entrances. Don't make the same mistake we did by trying to access at street level. That door is locked. You'll need to enter through the hotel lobby. The service is very slow here. There was only one other person there. We ordered a box of 6 chocolates and payed for it. I'm guessing he was making a drink for the other guest because he asked us to wait a few minutes. It ended up being longer so he told his colleague (who just came back from a break) to make up the chocolate box for us. Unfortunately, it took even longer as this other guy was more interested in the 2 young girls who just walked in. The chocolate bonbons were good, but nothing unique. It's the same artisan chocolates that you see everywhere for the same high price. Perhaps this location is better for their specialty cocktails in the evening time. I was looking forward to trying the choco-latte at some point. I doubt there will be a next time.
