i've been to this spot here & there from the moment i first checked them out a few years back. with…read moreall of the drinks, they were never a letdown. from the recent visit, i saw the honey bun latte available & there was nothing else for me to look at. when i first came here, i tried their honey latte so with this update + upgrade, it's an automatic outside of the fact that honey buns are in my top 3. i got it hot this time around, it was around 2-3pm & usually around that time, i get something iced. boulder coffee did a good job with replicating the honey bun to the core. the sweetness wasn't overbearing & the aftertaste lingers & helps that honey bun kick. instead of dairy, they had coconut milk available & i made the swap (coconut milk is my favorite... i have it up there with oat milk). the lady who took our orders was super nice & made sure our drinks were correct before putting them together. the wait wasn't long at all. outside of the drinks on the menu, there are plenty of treats (cookies, muffins, parfaits, etc) to match. there are even more things like coffee, pickles, etc that you can purchase & take home with you. i've been visiting 5 years in, i'll continue to do so until further notice.

The bigger issue seems to be a lack of effective management and leadership. Having adequate staffing is only beneficial when team members are directed and working efficiently. There often appears to be little oversight or urgency, resulting in slower service despite the number of employees present. The staff are generally friendly, but the operational execution leaves much to be desired. With stronger management and better accountability, the customer experience could improve significantly.
