Good flavor but they were a little dry. I'm assuming it was one of the other owners who waited on us. Again, super friendly (and fast). On many visits, I've noticed employees standing around chatting or appearing idle while customers wait longer than necessary. The bigger issue seems to be a lack of effective management and leadership. Having adequate staffing is only beneficial when team members are directed and working efficiently. There often appears to be little oversight or urgency, resulting in slower service despite the number of employees present. The staff are generally friendly, but the operational execution leaves much to be desired. With stronger management and better accountability, the customer experience could improve significantly.
