We learned there was a car that ordered 18-20 drinks and until that car was complete, no other cars were served drinks. Ok, an isolated circumstance. I'm back now, been waiting 7 min and have not moved in line nor given my order. I am giving them another chance but highly recommend the team figures out how to manage a drive thru smoothly and consistently. And quickly!! As I was writing my review, a truck in the other line was giving his order. He JUST pulled up. I've been here 8 min now. Patience thin but still giving benefit of the doubt that this team will get it figured out. Still here! The truck that pulled up 8 min after I did just pulled out with his drink. Staff were friendly and asked us if we wanted to try some of their ice cream flavors before we ordered, which we took them up on. My wife enjoyed her slush (it was pretty large, too) and I enjoyed my filter coffee flavored ice cream. While their website states they are "one of India's foremost ice cream manufacturers" - and they do have flavors with a distinct Indian flair - they have several familiar classic American flavors too. Along with indoor seating, there are tables with umbrellas outside - that came in particularly clutch on a scorcher out there today. They have a few different "buy this get that for free" placards along the counter but we didn't select any of those on this visit. There are certainly some interesting/new ice cream flavors I will need to sample the next time we come in. All in all, we were pleased with our maiden visit and look forward to returning in the near.

I ordered four drinks and the employee took forever to make 2 of them, then left them sitting there to melt (ice blended) while she started working on the order for the people after me, instead of handing them to us so at least 2 of us could enjoy drinks. Then never even STARTED on the other two drinks, yet AGAIN - was working on drinks ordered after me. I am so bummed I didn't get my drinks, as I had to ask for a refund.
